The most cosy, heartwarming and “best location“ in town, Tyrolean style 4 🌟 Hotel. One of the very few in the area “ski in-ski out”, located at the foot of the famous Hahnenkamm, with a spectacular unobstructed view to the mountain, yet walking distance of 500m. to the unique town center of Kitzbühel, which is the view of the other side. In its big indoor swimming pool, you can swim, watching during the day skiers sliding to the end of the pistes or mesmerizing when it gets dark, the view of the illuminated track of Streif. Superb breakfast with the magnificent view of its “Winter Garden” & the Restaurant is super too with Tyrolean & International cuisine. Super friendly and efficient personnel overall. Clearly a place you want to come back ♥️

It had a nice lodge feel to it. Staff was very curteous. Don’t stay in room 345 because the noise from the elevator is VERY LOUD!

We stayed in Rasmushof this summer with our five-month-old dog. The rooms were very spacious and everything was very clean. The breakfast and food were excellent. You can walk to the center in a very short time. Ms. Reisch and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back soon.

"The" place in Kitzbühel, right on the prime slope of the Streif River. Incredibly attentive, top-notch service. The manager, Ms. Signe Reisch, helps out in the background and lovingly pays attention to even the smallest details. A clean, pleasant atmosphere. A feast for the senses.

The hotel is beautiful, and we again had our dream room with a view of the Horn. A wonderful stay started with our reservation! The ladies at reception upon arrival were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The ladies and gentlemen at the restaurant and bar make eating and drinking a pleasure (thank you, Michael). Of course, we can't forget the award-winning cuisine! Everything was simply wonderful!

Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views.

The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room.
