Location is perfect for skiing. Super close to the Horn lifts (great if you’re a more advanced skier) and only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Hahnenkam lifts. They also run shuttles back and forth which makes it even easier we came during peak winter season, but I can imagine this place would be unreal in summer for hiking and biking too.
The spa was another highlight one of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the world... 3 x dry saunas to choose from with different temperatures!!
Rooms have a slightly older, cosy vibe (in a good way), bed was super comfy and the bathrooms feel brand new with modern showers/toilets so it’s a really nice mix and genuinely feels homely.
Only small downside for me was there’s no gym/exercise area, but with skiing and walking all day it wasn’t a big issue.
Highly recommend if you’re heading to Kitzbuhel. We looked at a few other hotels nearby while we were there and this one was easily ahead of the rest.
