2) the concierge’s last day at the Grand Tirolia was our first full day at the resort. The hotel did not monitor an outgoing employee’s behavior and activity with guests when they knew he was leaving, and left us, the guests, to deal with the consequences.
3) the new concierge was not able to make any arrangements for us because it is high season. The one “confirmed” dinner reservation he made turned out to not have a table for us.
4) we have asked to speak with the hotel manager for 4 days, but they have not reached out to us
5) the taxi transfer we asked them to arrange for us was told to us by the hotel to cost EUR395. When we got to the airport, the driver said it was EUR445
6) our room was not made up on both of the days we were there
7) a Russian guest slipped on the wet floor in the spa and needed to be taken to the airport.
Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis.

Everything about Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The location is stunning, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is pure luxury. I will definitely return!
We spent 4 nights in a panoramic family suite and it was really great. The room was lovely and the balcony and views were spectacular. The buffet breakfast and the cocktail bar were fantastic. The swimming pool and spa were really great for the whole family.
Overall a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.
