We stayed at Alpenhotel Kitzbühel for a couple of days to enjoy the beautiful setting at the Schwarzsee, and it was a lovely experience. The location is stunning, and our penthouse suite was very comfortable, featuring two bathrooms and a private sauna. Breakfast was extensive with plenty of options. We had dinner twice in the à la carte restaurant; the food was good, though service was a bit slower in the corner reserved for à la carte guests. Overall, it was a relaxing stay in a wonderful location.

The Alpenhotel Kitzbuhel should be a 6 star hotel. The service is outstanding as always and never disappoints. The food is the highest level and the location and views are one of the most beautiful you will find. What makes it unique and a very special hotel are the hotel staff who are such a fantastic team and really do care and go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. They all work extremely hard and are efficient, professional, and friendly. My husband and I love this place!

I have been to the Alpenhotel several times and have always been more than satisfied. Whether it was the check-in or the catering, they always made a great effort and everything was excellent, including the kitchen. I am already looking forward to my next visit. The rooms are really nice. The wellness area is also perfect for my taste.

It's a pity.... Such a lovely spot...i will never come again for sure... Ordered one burger priced for 23 euro and i almost threw it in the lake..i think even a dog wouldn't touch it...i wonder if this hotel has a proper manager, proper chef, someone that knows the job... The waitress came and sit next to us and started smoking... Unacceptable situation that i don't want to face again... These places don't worth such employees..ZERO stars

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right on the lake. The food was very good. The staff tries very hard. We are waiting for the renovation to be completed. So we want to spend our holidays there again. LG Randolph Dunst-Ender
