We rented two chalets and paid a fairly high price, expecting comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately, it was far from comfortable. The property itself is nice, spacious, and even has a pleasant balcony to enjoy with friends. However, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the property is located right next to a construction site, so we were woken up every day at 7:30am by loud drilling noise. When we raised these issues, the owner was rude and arrogant, which made the experience even more disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

We were a family group of 7 adults. Had a lovely meal in the modern section of the restaurant. Beautiful setting extensive menu. Lovely red Austrian wine. Everyone happy with their food, large portions.

Great location. Friendly staff. Amazing view from room. Good breakfast - but note you have to sit at a designated table. Hotel a little tired. One thing we didn’t like was the “open plan” bathroom.

When I opened the door, there was someone there, and then there was someone there in the next room I changed to. The third room I was shown to was one of the rooms on a floor under construction, while other rooms were being renovated. I stayed in a storage room. The owner didn't even offer a discount or apologize, and I felt bad about his arrogant attitude. This is treatment that would be unthinkable in Japan. I hope that this never happens again.

Good hotel, clean room, a bit of mold in the shower cubicle. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed with a group. There was a rich breakfast and large appetizer buffet. Groups eat separately from a la carte guests. Unfortunately, I discovered that my clothes smelled very much of grease and cooking fumes after eating.

Excellent hotel!! Lovely, attentive staff, delicious food and location is perfect for the two lifts. We arrived late due to flight times and they offered a cooked meal from the main restaurant. We stayed here last year with a room opposite the entrance to the Apres club and we were never disturbed. This year we were in a smaller room at the back and it was perfect too. We got married half way through the stay and the staff made up a card to greet us at breakfast (along with a bottle of Sekt arranged our family) We will definitely come back, maybe in the summer this time? Thanks again

While biking through Mayrhof Austria we got caught in the rain yet again and stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Had a dry area to put the bikes. Wonderful service from a friendly waiter who spoke good English. Very nice man. We all ate lunch and it was very good. Spent about two hours there eating and drinking wine and beer. The Austria beer is not to my taste but I tried it. Ordered wine later. The wine was very good. Two of us had ice cream deserts that were excellent. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

One waiter did book by room number, while another found it too cumbersome and refused.
The hygiene was good, and the reception was also good. The Wi-Fi was excellent.
