I went with a friend. We wanted to visit the beautiful Naftalan. An employee was standing near the gates of the magical Naftalan. She suggested we just check out their facilities and choose another one if we didn't like it. We agreed, checked in, and liked it. We checked in for 10 days. They referred us to a doctor. The doctor asked what we were complaining of and immediately prescribed treatments and sent us for an ECG. The doctor started recommending paid procedures. We wanted to check out first and then decide. In the end, they didn't take any tests from us and started the procedures in the morning. Parking was advertised as free, but before we could even get into our room, a parking attendant came and demanded 1 manat per day. At first, they wanted to refuse, but the attendant hinted that anything could happen to the car and no one would be responsible. We paid. We asked if we needed to pay extra for the procedures, but they told us that initially we had paid 5 manat for each procedure voluntarily. The nurses themselves didn't ask for anything and didn't even hint at it. We also didn't break tradition. The nurses politely thanked us. This was a one-time event. The staff, despite being busy and naturally tired, were very responsive and polite. All procedures lasted 10 minutes. There were almost always lines outside the offices, but the wait was not long. The internet was free, but it was almost always poor in the rooms, so we had to go out into the hallway. The food was very filling. We couldn't finish everything we were given. The rooms were cleaned every day. The linens were changed every three days. All the linens were brown, but clean. There are no entertainment options, and it's boring after the procedures, especially in winter. In the summer, the courtyard is very interesting, with a fountain, benches, and separate exercise equipment. Overall, we were very pleased with the sanatorium and the procedures. We arrived in Naftalan in late January. When entering the city on the way, they decided to look into the resort of Magical Naftalan and were not mistaken. The decision to stay was made immediately. Because it is not the first time we are being treated in Naftalan and there was something to compare. We were very pleased. Nutrition and treatment was carried out according to all norms. The staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Small troubles such as ventilation in the bathroom and lack of hangers were immediately taken into account and eliminated.
