Though nobody is welcoming you upon arrival and staff will never smile on you, except the turkish manager Tunar. The rooms are nice, but some light maintenance is needed. Quality, it is a very solid 4 star hotel

All, except food, included into entrance fees: pools, slides, kids pool, seats and tables, towels and lockers. Staff keeps place clean and tidy. Hope this is not anly because it is newly opened

A great place where we spent a whole day. The services are amazing. Options for hamam, sauna and a pool also. You will fill refreshed after visiting such a palace.

Great place to meet weekend or holidays, for full comfort take full board meeting. Pool good for childs ,but i think its small for this hotel

Mainly it is fun place to be specially with kids. But WARNING- the poolside stairs is extremely slippery. I witnessed at least 40 people slip and suffer injuries, including to their legs and backs

Weve been staying here for 3 nights and for that 3 nights we are so delightful,treated and very comfortable! The room are so spacious, the sorrounding are clean, Serving breakfast is amazing and moat especially the staff are so friendly though there is a langiage barrier but they do their best to understand us

Food, however, was a letdown the room service dishes were quite bad, and while breakfast had a good spread, it still wasn’t great. There’s no lift, but the staff helped with luggage so it wasn’t a problem

The hotel is in the very center of the old town next to "hell", there are many cafes and the embankment nearby, I liked the breakfast.

You insert a card in a slot near your room door for lights and electricity, so you cannot leave A/C on or charge electronics while you’re away or leave a child/person in room without key card

In the winter of December, the swimming pool is not open. When I checked in, the front desk couldn't find the reservation, so it took a while, but I was later upgraded to a suite, which was pretty good.

The hotel is located about 7-8 kilometers away from the city. There is a gas station at the turn of the main road, which is quite convenient. For this price, it is quite worth it, and it also includes breakfast for two

Only drawback is that there is no other facilities like gym and spa and breakfast quite basic and same every day with very few options for vegetarians

On the bad side on the weekend the music i was very loud but to compensate they have a beautiful buffet breakfast with lots of choices. The staff are very nice and friendly

The hotel is located next to the beach and has a large swimming pool, but the overall hygiene is average. Breakfast is not served until 9 am and is also very average. The overall operation feels poor

We had a very good night sleep and could visit Sheki on the next day. The hotel also has spa, sauna, and a swimming pool but we did not use them. We can recommend this hotel for a short stay in Sheki

Like a three-star rating implies, it was okay, but with a superior breakfast. They offer a big indoor pool with just the right water temperature but I didn't swim
