Metro is difficult with times and one change two stops after which I didng use. The area overall is under construction. I don’t recommend only for location reasons

I stayed there for two days in the last week of November. The rooms are good and well maintained; you get a seat out in front of every room on the common corridor that encircles the interior courtyards of the hotel
