The hotel is in a good location in the old city. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The quality of breakfast was not as good as I would expect. I was placed in a downstairs room, which I think is sold cheaper. It has a small window , level with the car tyres parked outside.

I was supposed to go here, but when they noticed it was Formula 1 weekend, they cancelled my reservation FOR NO REASON, trying to get more money!!! And this is not the first time, I've read that they have done this before!! KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Located in the heart of the ancient city, it's a great place to explore. The room was quiet and clean. The family room we booked was actually two rooms with a shared door. The third floor didn't have an elevator, making it a bit quaint, but overall, it was comfortable. Breakfast was relatively simple.

We were visiting Azerbaijan with our families and stayed here 4 nights. It was a wonderful experience, special thanks to Mr.Anar (Manager) and Mr.Elvin (Owner) they were helping us all the time.Try it you won't regret for sure.Come to Dastan.

I stayed for two days at this wonderful boutique hotel inside the Old City of Baku, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the historical charm of the city. The hotel itself is in a beautiful, historical building that amazed me with its character and atmosphere. The staff were the best – so kind, professional, and always ready to help. Everything about this hotel, from its unique design to its perfect service, made my stay truly special. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku!

My stay at Dastan Hotel was outstanding. The breakfast, though limited in choices, but was very delicious with new main dishes every day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with special praise for Orkhan at reception, whose exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished, ensuring restful nights. Highly recommended!
