Pilot Baku Hotel in Baku

Mirror hotel's name is Grand Mirror, but one can not know it. I booked in the Golden Mirror Hotel and I undestood that this was Mirror only on the spot. I booked 2 rooms, the booking was confirmed twice but upon arrival at 4 in the morning we were informed that only one room was available without explanation. Women working in the kitchen were really nice and kind. This is or they are the only reason for such a good evaluation.

I had the worst experience in the hotel My wife was sleeping and I was working it was mid afternoom of 15th of October 2024. I was positive that the door was locked suddenly somebody opened the door from outside with the Card key. Turns out it was the receptionist Farid. Who entered the room. On his defence it was accidentally but I was more of concern that Why the management have the Key and they haven't basic manners to enter the room or why didn't they know they have booked the room.
I scolded the Receptionist and complained it to manager. But nothing happen

Worst experience ever, the management claimed the shower faucet was broken, the shower was never used in my 3 days of stay. The management charged me for it. These people are misleading and misguide the travelers and take advantage of them. Would definitely recommend finding a different hotel. The bed was broken, food was stale and the room service was just awful.

This hotel is fraud.
I strongly recommend not doing any kind of business with them. We had reservation for 2 nos of room with Breakfast from 29/sep/2023 to 02/oct /2023.
Upon reaching the hotel they denied our reservation. The front desk staff’s attitude was unprofessional. They told us that the tariff has been changed and were demanding more than thrice the reserved amount that too without breakfast which was earlier agreed. Later we agreed on the deal since we had 9-month infant and 2-year-old kid with us and were totally exhausted after travelling for more than 10 hrs, but they were not willing to allot the room for us. They asked us to cancel the booking & to leave the hotel.
We had to roam about 4 hrs. to get new accommodation with higher price since it was last minute booking.
All the hotels were fully booked in the area since there was a concert going on in the area. So, there was a high demand for rooms in the location.
To make this unexpected fortune they denied hotel accommodation for us, which is unprofessional.
This hotel, their management and staff are total fraud beware of them. Any dealing with them will be like inviting trouble with your expense.

The worst hotel instayed. Before booking they said free airport pick up, breakfast and credit card payment. When i arrived at the hotel they asked cash payment and no airport pick up and no breakfast. Before my reservation, they changed name from mirror hotel to alfa hotel. Maybe owner has changed. Room is not clean, bed sheet dirty and dirty and worn out. Towels same worn out. I do not recommend this hotel. I chose this hotel as they provide airpot pick up. But nothing.
