The location is quite convenient.

We had to escape to this hotel from another terrible one, so we were quite on edge and arrived without a reservation. The front desk staff immediately offered us two room options and even proactively suggested showing them to us before we had a chance to ask. Ultimately, we chose a standard room. Both the hotel and our room were lovely, clean, and bright. It looks just like the pictures. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure. Breakfasts were enjoyable and varied enough that they certainly wouldn't get boring over a 2-3 day stay. This hotel truly salvaged our impression of Baku and saved our entire vacation.

Central hotel excellent location. The owner was very helpful with finding a tailormade solution for our needs, booking and information through phone and whatsapp, Helpful staff on reception. I confirm that the reception hall is tiny and small but as tourist for me the room was more important. Breakfast is on average but is alligned with the hotel cost. Room was normal but was clean and air conditioned so if you are looking for a luxurious hotel is not your place but if you are looking for a central hotel to sleep tight and spend your day for business or tourism it is a well place. 24h supermarket close to the hotel. A fantastic hotel! I believe any negative reviews are likely due to issues with booking, as platforms like *********** and Ostrovok will decline reservations if you don't have an international bank card (Union Pay included). The payment won't process, and your booking will be cancelled as a result (I've confirmed this personally). So, if you don't have an international card, the workaround is to book through a tour operator. I did this back in February, anticipating that prices would significantly increase for the Formula 1 event.

The location is superb! It's just a 5-minute walk to Fountain Square, which is surrounded by numerous restaurants. The Old City is only 10 minutes away, and ATMs and currency exchange offices are conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are excellent; we stayed in a deluxe room. Water was replenished daily, towels were changed, and trash was emptied. I was genuinely impressed by the staff's efficiency – we'd leave for breakfast and return to find our room spotless and smelling lovely. The cleaning team truly works like bees!

Breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! They even offered red and black caviar every single day, which I've never encountered anywhere else. Scrambled eggs, omelets, rice, shakshuka, sausages – everything was delicious. There was always plenty of food available, regardless of when we went down, and the local fruits were simply amazing! An unexpected bonus was the complimentary late check-out until 4 PM on our departure day! Thank you so much; we'll definitely be back! ❤️

Nice hotel, stayed for one night, located near the fountain square and the Old Town. There is a shop in the same house.
The room was not very big, ok for one night. The bathroom is spacious, but somehow outdated, in fact, like the style of the room, I would like something more fashionable or something. Breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from.
It's a little strange that not all the staff at the hotel speak Russian, although the whole city speaks it.
