Mahir and Rauf deserve praise for their excellence in service
Rauf especially resolved the lack of hot water and the temp in the apartment so all 4 of us could get a good sleep and shower after a long stressful journey
I would highly recommend this hotel.to anyone as the quality is something I have rarely experienced in ally travels
- Ventilation system is very loud, moreover the air coming out seems a bit moldy and dusty.
- Blackout curtains that doesn't cover completely one window, hard to sleep in the daytime.
- Chair is not suitable to work comfortably on the desk.
- Weird light switches.
- Small bathroom.
- The shower floor become a permanent pond since it's not inclined.
- Shower head is good for gym due to its weight...

This hotel isn’t terrible, but definitely doesn’t justify the high price. It’s located quite far from the city center, but close to airport, so if you’re a tourist like me, it may feel too isolated.
Service was below expectations—I had to carry my own luggage to the car on checkout, no one came on my twice requests, as they have less staff than needed. The rooms are small, and the breakfast spread was very limited. Surprisingly, no one even checked our identity at check-in. Even a basic cappuccino wasn’t complimentary—we had to pay for it.
Perhaps it’s geared more toward golf enthusiasts, which might explain the pricing. But honestly, I couldn’t find any reason for it to be as expensive as Radisson Blu, which was far superior in every aspect.
