Centrally located in Baku with excellent transport links, the hotel service was great, offering free printing which is super convenient for business trips. The only minor downsides were that the room wasn't very spacious and the desk was a bit small, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Compared to Mariott Boulevard and Pik Resort Shahdag, where the service is excellent, here the service is avarage. Yet, the location and the comfort is great. Especially the beds are very comfortable.

This is a beautiful and very well-located hotel. I stayed for my entire holiday in Baku and felt really relaxed most of the time. However, I didn't appreciate the reaction when my partner came to join my for a few days. In addition, I think that staff should speak to each other in English when dealing with an English-speaking guest. I would stay elsewhere in Baku in future.

The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The front desk service was exceptionally good. When I arrived, I realized I had left something in my Bolt ride. After I explained the situation to the front desk, they helped me contact the driver to arrange its return, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated! The hotel is excellent. In the best location. The service was good but when I asked for a late check out , they refused. I told them that I have a flight in the evening and that I am alone but they refused. Besides, they upgraded me to a-big room which was fabulous but it was next to the elevators. Best view of the light show! We were on the 18th floor, huge room from where we could see the whole city. Great breakfast buffet. One of fantastic mountain view you may visit in September. I like the atmosphere there specially with light rain at early morning. Service was good. The room is spacious and very clean. Soundproofing isn't the best, but overall it's quite good. There's a large shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping. During peak hours, the roads get congested, so transportation can be a bit inconvenient.

Amazing hotel with very professional management.

Everything was great. Someone was waiting for me at the airport late at night for my pick-up. They also offered drop-off services at any time. There was even a separate walk-in closet. The only minor issue was that the hot water took a little while to heat up when showering.
