Rooms are nice. Bed very comfortable.
Quaranteen enjoyable on the whole. Very quiet.24 decibels with air con on. Views externally depends on room allocated and windows rrquire a clean but looks to be a hard task because they do not open.
Externally supplied meals plentifull, too much fir me actually. excellent if rather cold. Breakfast needs to be warmer and toast brown, not dirty white! Fixable. I was served Western tyoe breakfast More seasoning required.

Breakfast is not bad, try to go to rooftop the view is great any time of the day, to reach there go to 32nd then take the right stairs for another level

Excellent hotel.
Nice staff.
The food is delicious and great.
The view is very nice even if it is city side (you should take higher level if you want a view).
They have car parking.
The price is very reasonable.
What I like that they have separate GYM for men and women.
Also they don't offer alcohol which is one of the points that I like it.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to in my 10 years working and traveling around the world.
Coold food, TV didn't work, INTERNET was so bad I couldn't open a email some days! And they lost my laundry bag and told me I was lying and didn't compensate me for it even tho I bought clothes at the supermarket for 25% of the cost and gave them the receipt. Absolutely no sense of service mind. Watch out for this place!!

poor quality of service. needs more effective follow by the management in order to verify the how clean the rooms is. very poor quality of served food unless you make big complaints. better to book without including meals.

Terrible place, hallways smell like ashtray... there are no none smoking rooms... inside the room smell cigarette and it’s dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom and shower floor is dirty.
No daily cleaning of the room or making of the bed.
Worst experience ever in Bahrain!

Before renovation the hotel was very neat but know the hotel looks better only from outside bad ferniture and very bad smell inside the room and in cooridors not recomended at all try (Dilmon hotel) thats walking distance from there much better.

Used to be a favorite, but unfortunately has declined due to always overcharging, taking too much time for prep and the unfortunate plethora of drunk customers. Their food is still good, so better for delivery.

The chef brought us food that was microwaved. It was prepared in the morning by their main chef. And they think its ok to fo that. Horrible service and horrible food

Nice place, good food. Been there once and not really somewhere I would visit again. I would rather go to the village and eat grilled food cheaper
