The room was clean and with comfortable bed. It’s was quite and the staff were friendly. The AC was cold and no heater was available, hopefully they can fix it soon.

Had a wonderful stay here at the Westin. One thing that stands out is the wonderful customer service. Mohsin was polite and very helpful. Staff at the front desk did alot to help may recover lost bags from the airline. Thankyou to you all.

During my stay at The Westin Bahrain, I encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I noticed a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sleeping pillows, and the floor was not properly cleaned. We reported this matter to the manager and requested that he personally check and smell the odor. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the expected standards of the hotel

Breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful in making omelets and providing superb service.

There was no hot water when we checked in and I took bath in cold water. It hen I called room service to fix the problem and the technician took about 40 to 60 minutes to change the part with lots of noise. Moorish style hotel- bit frail on the edges, bathroom require upgrading with low water pressure and lukewarm hot water supply. Ok for a couple of days Area is downtown near the Bahrain Gate and local souk. For a total chill and relaxation I would recommend Seef or near to the Avenues Shopping Mall.

The location was central, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a car park which is free for hotel customers. The restaurant has open buffet and the breakfast was delicious enough. I would recommend this hotel to stay in Bahrain.

The room was spacious, typical of an older four-star hotel, but the facilities were dated and there weren't many power outlets for charging devices. Breakfast had limited options, but at least it was filling. The hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle service. On the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

I stayed recently at Ramee Grand Hotel seef the hotel was good. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy. They do have a good swimming pool and spa. And especially the front office staff, Ms Puja and Kishore they gave us excellent five-star hotel service.

Its a great place to spend the night it was very quiet. The staff was very professional. It is safe which means if you are not a guest, you won't be able to use the elevator because it operated by card. The only thing that bothered me wad the fact they don't offer bath robes.

We have celebrated our son's birthday here. It was a great experience and hospitality by all the staffs was amazing. Overall location is good, but way too many flaws considering it’s a “4 star hotel”. The furniture are very old and tacky, and the carpets somehow always feel wet. Fantastic hotel, one of the older buildings in this area (if you can call it old) but very smart.
