Reviews
The room was quiet large in size with a huge living room and huge bedroom with a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom. The room was well maintained and neat and the house keeping was spot on.
The location is quite accessible with everything available near by.
The breakfast was also very nice with good amount of indian food.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and again.
The hotel contacted me later, around 4 PM, two hours after I left. They were surprised by my departure and what I went through at the hands of the person who works there and claims to be in charge, yet he doesn't care about anyone, the law, or the police.
He apologized profusely and asked me not to file a complaint with the police or contact them because what he did was a crime and deserves punishment. He entered a guest's room and went into the bathroom without permission while the guest was naked and showering.
I still can't believe what happened to me, whether in a country with laws or a hotel. How and who authorized this person to treat hotel guests like that?
My room number was 523, and you have my information and contact number. I urge you to be cautious of them.
You can review the security camera footage and ask the staff about what this disrespectful individual did, violating hotel and country regulations.
The first issue was the reception experience. The reception manager was condescending and spoke in an inappropriate and unprofessional tone. I did not initiate or escalate any issue; however, the manager provoked the situation twice by asking, “Do you have an issue?” simply because I asked the receptionist what the manager was saying while speaking in Urdu. He said and I quote “ any issue I can handle” This behavior was surprising and reflected very poorly on the establishment. I really feel bad for the owner, the front desk is the first point of contact, and such an attitude is unacceptable for any hotel or in this case even a motel.
Regarding the room condition, the floor was visibly oily, with residue evident throughout the room. Footprints and shoe marks were clearly visible due to the reflective, greasy surface, making the room look unhygienic and poorly maintained. The floor finish itself was substandard and unpleasant.
Additionally, there were clear signs of neglect: visible water damage, damaged walls, and curtains that were messy, untouched, and stained with paint. These issues give the impression of poor housekeeping and lack of attention to basic maintenance.
Frankly, the only areas that appeared reasonably clean were the ceiling and the bathroom. Overall, the experience fell far below acceptable standards for the price charged and I will NEVER book here.
We booked 2 bedroom room that comes with a living room. Although the rooms were huge the bathrooms were awful. Complained to the staff to clean the faucet/ jet spray (I feel disgusted even thinking about it now) to clean it and fix the water clogging issue in the wash basin, that wasn't done. When asked the reception while checkout he said it was done as he sent some one to clean. The room didn't have towels and slippers we had to ask the housekeeping to get us towels who handled us 2 towels for 4 pax and no hand towel, etc. Location is good but I won't be going there again as a family.
There is a lounge/ bar in the hotel, and have shitty crowd, I couldn't let my daughter go alone from the parking to the lift alone as people would assume something else (iykyk).
There should be separate access for the rooms. Breakfast was mid, didn't have much variety, I would rather go out and have a nice Arabic breakfast from a good restaurant.
Please note: the restaurant staff were very kind and helpful and offered the best they could. Over all I would give them 2 stars ( for restaurant staff and room size)
