Overall it was a good experience from Check-In to Check-Out, I would try to visit again with the same rate. Rooms Cleanliness and the Room size are the top things which will bring me back !!!

I booked this hotel through *********** All - Inclusive !! I couldn't find any deals with all-inclusive in others Hotels and Resorts in Bahrain so I was happy with my decision coz I travel a lot and go for only All-inclusive option. On our first dinner we were given special menu with limited food options and drink was only WATER !! We waited more than one hour explaining our All-inclusive deal but they refused to believe our option. We were feeling so embarrassed and humiliated explaining ....other customers watching , in the end they serve food and drink only for one day. Next day again had a word with the Manager explaining AL option and told them we paid etc. for All-inclusive but they refused to believe even in my booking was clearly explained....but then they agreed to pay soft drinks instead of water which they were charging from us.I tried to contact *********** but no respond. In the end we gave up coz we wanted to enjoy our Xmas and New Year holidays!! Very very disappointed and very upsetting for us......we had to pay for our drinks and other food options !! Only Xmas and New Year we were offered free wine ......haha one per glass . So far *********** tried to contact them and they are not responding. We want full explanation and compensation the way we were treated !! I will post another review of the outcome!! They shouldn't advertise All-inclusive on *********** if they don't know what this means !!

You need to call the police because the reception staff are lying about the entry and exit rules. Very bad guest service.

The worst ever hotel I ever went to. The customer service was terrible, my experience there was so baddddddd like actually the worst I don’t recommend anyone to go there I’ll give it a -5 STAR if I can, the manager siham I want to take this hotel down they are the worst.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramee Grand Hotel & Spa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location is great, and the spa facilities were relaxing and well-maintained. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely return.

I stayed recently at Ramee Grand Hotel seef the hotel was good. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy. They do have a good swimming pool and spa. And especially the front office staff, Ms Puja and Kishore they gave us excellent five-star hotel service.

Slow service, lack of staff. Ladies Bathroom had vomit in it, my daughter had to report it. Men's bathroom is dated and rusty... Place needs investment..

We started with the Crispy corn masa fries; a fusion of potatoes and toasted corn, seasoned with Chimichurri sauce, parmesan blend, cilantro and lemon-seasoned salt. Served with Jalapeño aioli, chipotle aioli and ketchup ? these were delicious! Lightly crispy from the outside and super soft from the inside ??
For our main, we had the Magnificent beef & shrimp burger. The potato bun has taken their burgers to a whole new level; very soft yet holds the sandwich beautifully together. This burger has a beef patty and a shrimp patty, in addition to avocado slices, onion coleslaw, pico de gallo and chipotle aioli. Served with chimi-parmesan fries.
We also had the Shrimp Masterpiece bites. I loved these! I like the idea of the shrimp patty! Its a great option for vegetarians (pescatarians) who cant have beef or chicken ??
I know you might be thinking, it’s too expensive! But listen, it’s your chance to get your meal for a cheaper price now; they have a “buy one, get one free” offer! ? So don’t miss it!

Really the worst experience in chilis ever had, I used going to chilis everywhere else (UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi, Oman) and I can say this is the worst from staff and management
I have seen a couple of feedbacks earlier this year complaining about the same issue and it seems no action been taken ☹️ if there us a zero Star rating I would give them though

Very slow service. Not even a weekend and short on staff. Sat waiting for 20 minuets to place an order.
Food isn’t bad but I wouldn’t visit again on a lunch break
