We have stayed here a couple of times, The rooms are generally very good, This time the door looked like it has been kicked in didnt look secured, I reported this, The kettle also, lid never closed I asked for replacement, this never arrived,

My Room number 211 was not cleaed during the daytime. . The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 18.00 and asked if i wanted my toom cleaned. The toilet roll holder was hanging off. The air conditioning control was broken and there was no kettle or coffee making facilities. Thanks Robert Gray

We're regulars here, even after our first time with Trip.com. Our room this time was above the kitchen, so there was a lot of messing around until after 11 p.m. And work started again at 3:45 a.m.

On the mountain, the hotel is very quiet, parking is free, breakfast is good, and the room is okay. I didn't experience it nearby because it rained. The scenery should be pretty good. I'll check it out next time.

It is advertised as having a swimming pool. Upon arrival we heard that it is closed and is being converted into a sports area. Both were now inaccessible, which was a shame. The bathroom was also not very clean and well maintained. Bed comfort was fine. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

Regular place for me to stay if working in the region. Rooms nice. It’s a bit quirky getting around the hotel as in stairs/ corridors .

A lovely family suite, very good value for a modern room. Nice to have the two toilets and separate bedroom for parents. Nice and quiet with quick easy walk to restaurants and the citadel walk. Highly recommend .

Great fond6 What a find! Lovely, quirky place with enthusiastic staff. Some parking right there and big underground carpark with EV chargers not too far away. Right on the river with good access I to town. But we were too tired to leave the building for dinner, and that was great. Superb good choices and every tasted fantastic. This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last.

The air conditioning- if there was any- was certainly not working. It was very hot and the room never cooled down. The first thing I check when I travel abroad is to be sure the facility has air conditioning. I feel it was false advertising to say this property had air conditioning. The room was musty.

A fun place to spend a few nights when visiting Namur. The air-conditioning was great in the hot July weather when I visited and my little balcony, which I was not expecting, was a treat. I often travel solo and take Expedia's recommendation of the suitable room for solo travellers. My room had a single bed which had a comfortable mattress but was a bit on the small side for a 6ft2 man!

Had an excellent stay here very convenient to the town about 10 min walk along the river or the streets lots of car parking near by free after 5pm Outdoor area for food and drink overlooking the river and great bar inside rooms were comfortable and clean no noise heard at all staff were sll very helpful breakfast was good would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

A typical resort town, very beautiful... It meets our travel needs, with convenient parking, complete facilities, and a good breakfast. You can have a drink in the hotel or go out in the evening🍺... Recommended stay👍

The hotel is in a good location and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The place is clean and the service provided was very good. The staff was very welcoming and always smile and greet us. We had a great stay there!

This hotel is located a little far from the bus stop, no public taxi at this small town, however the staff is helpful, he assist us to book a car for us to go to the train station The hotel is at the riverside with nice views. The people at this small town are friendly and welcoming

It's cheap, but a bit old and noise travels easily. However, check-in and check-out are smooth, and the location is excellent, so I recommend it! 🙆

I had booked one twin room but my friend suddenly had canceled the trip so I stayed there alone. The staff were so nice. When I told her that I would stay alone, she offered me a big single room. It was clean and calm. I highly recommend this hotel L

Warm welcome, decent cleanliness. The hotel is located near Liège-Guillemins train station and metro station, so getting around is easy.

The receptionist's service was extremely poor.

The hotel is well located. Directly at the main train station. Cleanliness mediocre. Breakfast was disappointing. Very small selection. Reception was ok.

We had an appartement- 2 minutes walk from the hotel and perfect for 3-4 persons. Lots of space and well equiped, in the city centre (2 minutes from the Inno, 2 minutes from an Indigo parking (very narrow). Excellent price- quality

For the location and price, you can't beat this Hotel. Parking was available at a nearby parking garage (14 euro/night). Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, functional and modern. The wifi working perfectly and the host for check in and out was friendly and accomodating. Don't miss out on the breakfast!!!

Love the shower. 2 shower heads. Really big bathroom. Really clean and loads of towel. Breakfast was really good and filling. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Great location.

Location was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was new and modern. In the hotel lobby, you can take coffee and tea free of charge which it is really good after a long day or before leaving the city. We really enjoyed the hotel and definitely recommend it.

For this price range, it's not bad. We were returning to Brussels from Baden too late and found this place to sleep. The room is quite small, more suitable for one person.

We arrived around midnight and the check in was very quick. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Just what we needed.

Fantastic Staff & Location Beautiful 12 room hotel - modern upgrades & centrally located. Great staff & they even allowed us to stay until 2p (check out normally at 12 noon) for no extra fee. The only thing to consider is there is no lift & we were on the 2nd floor, so had to navigate two flights of fairly narrow staircase with our luggage.

Hotel Neuvice is a nice boutique hotel in a busy area of Liège. Despite the general activity in the area, the hotel itself is quiet. The rooms are decent sized and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and were willing to let me check in early since I arrived at the hotel around noon. Hostel Namur is a decent option if you’re looking for a simple place to stay. The hostel is generally clean and functional, though not exceptional. The staff is really kind Generous breakfast was included. Amazing view! Even dough I felt limited in my room (could just sleep and do nothing else, neither prepared myself, not to disturb my roommates sleeping until late) I had a positive experience.

Hostel with classic youth holiday vibes. Nice building, rooms with large windows. Blankets could be cleaner and the coffee at breakfast really needs an upgrade. At the same time, absolutely excellent service with friendly staff. Very accommodating to cyclists.

A typical roadside hotel for car travelers. Situated next to the road. Simple room. But everything you need is there, shower, bath, air conditioning, TV. The plumbing is a bit outdated, the toilet did not flush well. I recommend for one night, but not for 100 euros! We got there during the holidays, the price is too high.

Had a good night stay in the hotel, with a water cooker in the room and a bath with powerful water spray. Only for breakfast you have to go outside to the other building.

The hotel is only conveniently located if you travel by car, it's not in the center, but very close to the highway entrance/exit which makes it easy if you just stay for overnight. It's basic, but everything you need is available.

The hotel was basic! The beds were terrible! Legit awful. But it was a great location and the breakfast was decent. I wouldnt pay more than 100€ a night though

The hotel is right in the city centre. You need to ring the bell to enter. The lobby is beautiful. I have not stayed here, however I really needed to print something on my trip. The nice sir from the hotel said it was no problem. He printed the document without hesitation and even offered me water without staying in the hotel. I loved the experience, just for that they already get 10/10 for me!

We spent four very pleasant days in Liège. The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, museums, bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean, the decor transports you to Morocco.

I only stayed for a night and didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel itself, but the bed was very comfortable and the room + bathroom were very clean and looked good. We arrived on a Sunday evening and most shops had closed. The hotel is a bit out of town. The room was adequate, but the steps up to the mezzanine bedroom were very steep. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of mosquitos in the room, which we weren't prepared for. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

Very tranquil place at this time of year , maybe busy in the summer, families type place , lovely contemporary room , open fireplace bungalows available also , lots of walks and cycle routes ,pool and wellness abit dated and the only negative were the restaurant staff ...maybe just a bad day . 9/10

Hotel is 2 star and very basic accommodation. Like a ski cabin. Garden and tents are beautiful against woodland backdrop Wellbeing area very nice. We paid 2.2K Euros for 3 nights during GP (5 star prices!) and were publicly reprimanded by the owners for mistakenly cooking a Belgium sausage on the BBQ! Apparently only their preordered food is allowed. The owner said I would have to pay 35 euros extra...

Amazing location (I was not expecting a fully operational music studio there) and a great concept. Rooms are great, staff are perfect and faultless. Small spa area which is great for kids along with the pool and chill out areas. Outdoor space is very relaxing too and can imagine this place is very alive in the sun. Will certainly be back to try the glamping in summer.

Super nice place, great vibe, with the musical theme ringing throughout the whole place. Nice little relaxing wellness, comfortable bedroom, stylish shared spaces and a great breakfast. Beautiful outdoor space and in very convenient proximity to lots of nature hikes in the high Fens. We also got the chance to briefly visit the recording studio. Wow. All in all, Daft is waaaaaay cool.

What an experience! This is hotel with the free spirit and vibe of a festival camping. With the beautiful garden, campfire kitchen you can indge yourself into full relaxation. Nice clean rooms, a small wellness and the entertainment package tops it al off. Hasta la vista baby, I’ll be back!

almost everything was great. Great staff, great vibe, great location and facilities, Only downsite was the sauna that was too low on temp (45 degrees) that was too bad but I just stayed in a bit longer. Kids loved the cinema!
