If you come with Flixbus, it is between centrum and bus station. walking distance for both. When you arrive you need to contact via whatsapp through number on the door. Doors are opened with code. Room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff was so friendly. I cannot say anything for reception as there was no one but it is ok through whatsapp. I can recommend it

Very well located hotel, spacious and clean room. A little difficult to identify my Tripcom reservation at reception but in the end everything went well. No breakfast option.

Very nice service. There was only a slight problem with opening the front door in the morning (an instruction would have been useful).

15-20 minutes walk from Guillemins train station or the city center. The hotel is correct, clean and in a quiet area. I am removing one star because the elevator and TV are out of service and the insulation between rooms is very average.

The host was relatively accommodating and allowed us to access the 10 a.m. accommodation at no additional cost.

Stayed 1 night in 3 bedroom apartment at the back of the garden in a separate building. Good points ☆The beds were comfortable ☆The garden is lovely to sit in and well lit ☆walking distance to grand place ☆free parking between 5pm-9am on street ☆fridge with plenty of water provided in the door. Down points which i hate to make but ▪︎ the bathroom smell takes your breath away ,like a nappy bin/urinal...

Charming little studio 5mins walk from the Grand Place. Equipped with a functional kitchenette, a little lounge area and a small but adequate bathroom/toilette, its like having one's own pied-de-terre in Mons. The best in Mons! Our stay was amazing! The hotel was exactly what we where looking for. Oscar was also amazing. He helped us with locating a pharmacy late in the night, reserved a wonderful restaurant dinner for us, helped me find a ATM and provided some information around the hotel and the town. He is a big asset to your hotel. We hope to be back in the near future for another stay.

Me and my 21 year old son booked a room durig the F1 race at the track near by. The room was nice, simple, clean, and had all we need. Brakfast was tasty, good fresh every morning. We went to L‘Esprit Sain for a cycling weekend and got a room on the first floor of the second house of the hotel. There is a kiosk right next to it. In the night it’s getting loud, because people are meeting there. The breakfast is good but only basic. After the first night there was no cleaning service in our little apartment room. We took our really clean roadbikes into the room because it was big...

We stayed here for the 2022 F1 Grand Prix in Spa. Vincent and his crew were wonderful. The room, restaurant and the shuttle service were all top-notch. Vincent knows all the secret/private ways to the track so it only took 10 mins get there and back. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Pluses- amazing views, right on the water, spacious and clean apartment/hotel room with a well-stocked kitchen. Minuses- definitely some maintenance needed in the shower and bathroom area. Lots of water damage. It also does require your initiative to find out how to check in. It is five or so rooms arranged over several floors (no elevator) and there is no front desk. I had to call to get instructions...

Location was great - in the middle of Dinant. Room was really large and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Lots of stairs to unit. The code entry was interesting to us.

Our Stay We have previously stayed at this hotel. We found the staff extremely courteous and friendly. The food was very good with a good variety of food available from the menu. Breakfast was good and caters for all dietary needs. Our room was at the rear of the stablishment and was quite quiet.The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

The hotel is located on a busy road, convenient for those making a stopover on a trip (like I did). It has free parking, and the restaurant is excellent (but arrive before 8:00 PM or you won't be able to eat). The room is quite dated, but it's more than adequate for one night. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Booked a double with twin beds, ended up with a double and told fully booked yet a twin room was empty and unused. Been before but not again.

Could do better You have to run the water for a very long time to get a steady stream of hot water. The comforter isn't wide enough for the bed, and the pillows are worn.

Once you understand that this is a rustic classical hotel with an Old Farmhouse feel you can relax and enjoy the experience , a modern trendy place this is not. Adequate. Atmosphere is standard. We ordered steak. It was a bit overdone and the quality wasn't worth the price. The Aperol Spritz was meh. We should've been tipped off by how empty it was on a Sunday evening. We were the only two customers for the first 45 minutes or so. I won't be going back.

We were in a deluxe room. This was not in the monestary, but in the building next door. Breakfast was good. They don't have a restraurant for lunch or diner. The room was good.

The room was large and comfortable. The lady working the front desk was great. Easy walk into town, but the walk back is up a big hill. Not bad, but heads up. If you’re into beer, take advantage of the museum.

Spacious room, quiet, peaceful, private sauna in the room, large terrace, good location, large parking lot. The only downside was the cleanliness. There are things that need to be improved, such as hair on the clean sheets and under the shower, the toilet door, etc.

This is a 3 Star hotel but a 4 Star experience. This is a Cloister so you really need to think of this as an experience. It’s different from what we are used to. Everything was as we expected from the place after seeing various reviews and feedback. Lots of parking. The room of decent size and very simple. The breakfast was fine. The staff were overwhelmed with visitors, but very courteous. We would stay again here if we are back to Dinant. Though we were booked in the new building, the room seemed rather worn and already needed some better maintenance.

Everything went well and the dinner at the restaurant was definitely the highlight!

Picturesque, quiet, great service from all of the staff, great food and easy walking access to the Citadel and the town of Namur itself.

The exterior has an older flair, the interior corridors definitively need a refresh but the rooms are up to date. A sticking point is that anybody can enter the building from the ground floor and go straight to the floors as the reception is on the first. Réflection of a time when security was less of an issue I guess. Can't beat the location if you're coming by train.

The hotel is located opposite the train station, which is very convenient. Staff at the reception was polite and kind, especially Steve, who was very helpful and offered to take care of our baggage well after we checked out.

Despite being alongside a busy road, I did not hear anything thanks to the good sound isolation. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was a very good value for money. Second time I stayed there, will stay again there if I happen to be in Namur.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. Deluxe room looks.... interestingly :) there is no traditional entrance like you can see in other hotels. Just door and small sign hotel Riad.

The Wavre Village is best for staying, having food and to work. The stay is one of the best place. I personally liked it. I recommend the stay for other. They serve warm crossiont which are great taste.
