Fantastic Staff & Location Beautiful 12 room hotel - modern upgrades & centrally located. Great staff & they even allowed us to stay until 2p (check out normally at 12 noon) for no extra fee. The only thing to consider is there is no lift & we were on the 2nd floor, so had to navigate two flights of fairly narrow staircase with our luggage.

Hotel Neuvice is a nice boutique hotel in a busy area of Liège. Despite the general activity in the area, the hotel itself is quiet. The rooms are decent sized and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and were willing to let me check in early since I arrived at the hotel around noon. Such a lovely place! Already amazed at the entrance. Lovely host, such a nice room with an amazing view! Breakfast was really good, a big variety of fresh products. Definitely will be back again.

Hidden Gem. Very tranquil place at this time of year , maybe busy in the summer, families type place , lovely contemporary room , open fireplace bungalows available also , lots of walks and cycle routes ,pool and wellness abit dated and the only negative were the restaurant staff ...maybe just a bad day . 9/10

Track Day at Spa Francochamps (Lotus On Track) this establishment is close to the track and worked perfectly for us. Would book again when we come back for another track day.

Hotel is 2 star and very basic accommodation. Like a ski cabin. Garden and tents are beautiful against woodland backdrop Wellbeing area very nice. We paid 2.2K Euros for 3 nights during GP (5 star prices!) and were publicly reprimanded by the owners for mistakenly cooking a Belgium sausage on the BBQ! Apparently only their preordered food is allowed. The owner said I would have to pay 35 euros extra...

Amazing location (I was not expecting a fully operational music studio there) and a great concept. Rooms are great, staff are perfect and faultless. Small spa area which is great for kids along with the pool and chill out areas. Outdoor space is very relaxing too and can imagine this place is very alive in the sun. Will certainly be back to try the glamping in summer.

Super nice place, great vibe, with the musical theme ringing throughout the whole place. Nice little relaxing wellness, comfortable bedroom, stylish shared spaces and a great breakfast. Beautiful outdoor space and in very convenient proximity to lots of nature hikes in the high Fens. We also got the chance to briefly visit the recording studio. Wow. All in all, Daft is waaaaaay cool.

What an experience! This is hotel with the free spirit and vibe of a festival camping. With the beautiful garden, campfire kitchen you can indge yourself into full relaxation. Nice clean rooms, a small wellness and the entertainment package tops it al off. Hasta la vista baby, I’ll be back!

almost everything was great. Great staff, great vibe, great location and facilities, Only downsite was the sauna that was too low on temp (45 degrees) that was too bad but I just stayed in a bit longer. Kids loved the cinema!

If you come with Flixbus, it is between centrum and bus station. walking distance for both. When you arrive you need to contact via whatsapp through number on the door. Doors are opened with code. Room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff was so friendly. I cannot say anything for reception as there was no one but it is ok through whatsapp. I can recommend it

Very well located hotel, spacious and clean room. A little difficult to identify my Tripcom reservation at reception but in the end everything went well. No breakfast option.

Very nice service. There was only a slight problem with opening the front door in the morning (an instruction would have been useful).

15-20 minutes walk from Guillemins train station or the city center. The hotel is correct, clean and in a quiet area. I am removing one star because the elevator and TV are out of service and the insulation between rooms is very average.

The host was relatively accommodating and allowed us to access the 10 a.m. accommodation at no additional cost.

Excellent, but if you want to swim it has to be for 2 hours pre- booked. A swim before breakfast is nice but not for that long. If you need to check out then you really need to be up early if you want to do that. We had a beer in the bar the night before and I paid the bill before leaving. On the invoice I was charged 3 Euro. We were in a deluxe room. This was not in the monestary, but in the building next door. Breakfast was good. They don't have a restraurant for lunch or diner. The room was good.

The room was large and comfortable. The lady working the front desk was great. Easy walk into town, but the walk back is up a big hill. Not bad, but heads up. If you’re into beer, take advantage of the museum.

Spacious room, quiet, peaceful, private sauna in the room, large terrace, good location, large parking lot. The only downside was the cleanliness. There are things that need to be improved, such as hair on the clean sheets and under the shower, the toilet door, etc.

This is a 3 Star hotel but a 4 Star experience. This is a Cloister so you really need to think of this as an experience. It’s different from what we are used to. Everything was as we expected from the place after seeing various reviews and feedback. Lots of parking. The room of decent size and very simple. The breakfast was fine. The staff were overwhelmed with visitors, but very courteous. We would stay again here if we are back to Dinant. Though we were booked in the new building, the room seemed rather worn and already needed some better maintenance.

The exterior has an older flair, the interior corridors definitively need a refresh but the rooms are up to date. A sticking point is that anybody can enter the building from the ground floor and go straight to the floors as the reception is on the first. Réflection of a time when security was less of an issue I guess. Can't beat the location if you're coming by train.

The hotel is located opposite the train station, which is very convenient. Staff at the reception was polite and kind, especially Steve, who was very helpful and offered to take care of our baggage well after we checked out.

Despite being alongside a busy road, I did not hear anything thanks to the good sound isolation. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was a very good value for money. Second time I stayed there, will stay again there if I happen to be in Namur.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. Deluxe room looks.... interestingly :) there is no traditional entrance like you can see in other hotels. Just door and small sign hotel Riad.

Pluses- amazing views, right on the water, spacious and clean apartment/hotel room with a well-stocked kitchen. Minuses- definitely some maintenance needed in the shower and bathroom area. Lots of water damage. It also does require your initiative to find out how to check in. It is five or so rooms arranged over several floors (no elevator) and there is no front desk. I had to call to get instructions...

Location was great - in the middle of Dinant. Room was really large and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Lots of stairs to unit. The code entry was interesting to us.

The hotel is right in the city centre. You need to ring the bell to enter. The lobby is beautiful. I have not stayed here, however I really needed to print something on my trip. The nice sir from the hotel said it was no problem. He printed the document without hesitation and even offered me water without staying in the hotel. I loved the experience, just for that they already get 10/10 for me!

We spent four very pleasant days in Liège. The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, museums, bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean, the decor transports you to Morocco.

I only stayed for a night and didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel itself, but the bed was very comfortable and the room + bathroom were very clean and looked good. The staff was also friendly and accomodating. Breakfast costs 16 euros per person, which I couldn't really justify when you have a lot of tasty choices in the area for half the price.
