The location was excellent, center of Rio Copacabana. The bathroom fixtures were a little dated. Breakfast was good for starting day. Overall a great place to stay to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't give us the room we booked. When you book a superior room, it's 26 square meters, not 20 square meters. So be careful and check your room before accepting.

The hotel is near the main street, but it is very quiet at night. The local airport is within easy reach and the breakfast was good. Satisfied with the staff's service attitude, the cleanliness is acceptable.

The hotel is very nice and it's close to the airport. It only takes ten minutes to walk there. Our room faces away from the airport, so we can't hear any noise at all. The breakfast in the hotel is also very good. They even extended our check-out time to 2 p.m., allowing us to go back to the room to take a shower and rest for a while.

Wifi is extremely slow in rooms. You can't do any Zoom meeting at all. If you are traveling for business, expect that you won't be able to do reliable Zoom meeting.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's within biking distances of Copacabana beach and the sugar loaf mountain. Also just a quick crossing from Botafogo beach. Super markets and good restaurants are also only walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Rio but has a quiet enough place to sleep. Most hotels around Ipanema or Copacabana are rather loud in the evening.

Hotel location was great, just off Botafogo beach (unfortunately you have to cross2 bust roads to get to the beach, but so does every other hotel) and 10 minutes walk to the Metro. Hotel breakfast was good and room kept very clean. Service from restaurant staff was exceptional.

When your travel for business, in general, your clothes need to be with a well presentation, however the hotel doesn't have at least an iron in the room, the hotel must put some iron in the room, it is really necessary.

Nothing special. Small outdated rooms. First room had strong smell, therefore, asked for a room change. Second room was better. Two single beds instead of one king-size, though. Kettle in the room was broken. Rooms have no view at all. Supermarket is next door. Shopping center with great views to Botafogo beach is two blocks away.

I like that this place was located in a good part of Copacabana. I felt safe and quite comforable. Staff were alright and they spoke English for the most part. The mountain view was awesome as I was able to see the christ the redeemer statue.

Firstly, deluxe room wasn’t deluxe at all. Same as the standard room in all it entirety. They blankets were old and didn’t have a casing. The towel if you hold them up to the light you could see through them. The room had mold. It was an horrible stay. Honestly the beach is nicer further down close to posto 5. But I guess this is also by the beach. Just be careful when booking a room - if it doesn’t mention sea view you will be facing another building. This should be made clearer in room descriptions. The sheets are a luxurious cotton sateen. Right on the beach. The room we had was fantastic, the rooftop pool and bar were excellent and the included breakfast was great each day. They have a spot on the beach as well with chairs and umbrellas for guest if you need them. The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. No problems at all.

Staff were vey helpful We had to wait in the lobby for a ride to the airport for a late flight and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best ‘included’ breakfasts we’ve experienced. Room was good, not great.

While the hotel doesn't have many rooms, the facilities are quite good. They offer valet parking, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive; they explained tourist routes, enthusiastically helped us book a day trip, and even recommended a fantastic BBQ buffet. Plus, the hotel partners with Smart Fit, so you can go there for a workout. I really loved it!

The location is great, making shopping and daily errands super convenient. However, the hotel itself is probably on par with an economy chain like a Motel 6.

Good hotel, with a good location. The only downside was the pool, which was very small and looked old and uninviting. Everything else was of good quality. Also, the generator kept turning on during our stay, which made a huge amount of noise.

Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck. The hotel leaves something to be desired in terms of pest control. The facilities need updating, but other than that we had no major problems. We didn't have breakfast because of the time difference, so I can't rate this service.

For a 3 star Hotel, the room was huge, free breakfast every day, which had a great array of food for every nationality. Small upper deck pool, but it was great to relax in. This hotel could do better. The pool is closed except during the day which is very annoying. Many rooms have two small single beds and they didn’t tell us until we found out that they could make them into a single queen bed. Philip helped us get our room earlier than check in time which was great sunce we arrived at 6 a.m. What I didn't like was the inability of English speaking members of staff who worked in key areas. Excellent hotel, large and well-ventilated rooms. Very attentive and always helpful staff. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, reliable taxi contacts, and an on-site restaurant. The only downside is the restaurant's price, but there's a good variety of shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

We arrived at the place calmly using Waze. Very bad reception. We didn't have a presentation of the place. The receptionist just took us to the suite. She didn't need to be friendly, but at least show us around. The suite (Champagne), even though it is one of the most affordable, should be better looked after. It has its highlight in the bathroom. The location everyone already knows is in the middle of the woods. Very cozy. I went for my husband's birthday. We loved it and are trying to go back for an overnight stay on my birthday, but booking is very difficult. There's never a vacancy. The food is wonderful! Haute cuisine restaurant.
