We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There were some bugs in the room when we arrived. My wife got some skin allergies on the second day. Not sure if it was caused by the bed linen or something else so we requested a new room. The staff was super helpful. The staff at the front desk helped me with a lot of stuff. We did a massage and it was great. The breakfast was very good.

Located in a calm neighborhood- unless it’s busy when students return to the near by PUCSP. Hotel needs repair as painting and doors are not in perfect conditions. The restaurant at the ground floor is worth only for the breakfast; avoid eating-in at dinner time.

Nice hotel, well positioned, nice rooms with a minibar and microwave kitchen. Walls are thin, so you hear noisy guests clearly. Very nice breakfast. System of deposit at check-in unclear, but when it was time to pay, everything was sorted out eventually.

The hotel's location is very good! The room is quite small and old. I missed having at least a kettle or glasses in the room. The walls seemed dirty, and so did the shower stall. The towels were new, but there was a towel hanging behind the bathroom door – which wasn't mine. The air conditioning was very old, and the remote stopped working in the middle of the night. I was hot on the last night.

Recently refurbished but badly, i couldn't keep my windows closed because lock was not there at all. No one speaks English at all. Good wi-fi, pretty standard breakfast, derty pool on the rooftop, open 24\7. Very nice location in one of the safe neighborhoods of Sao Paulo.

The Merak Hotel is excellent. There are staff at the front desk for 24 hours, there are 8 floors and I stayed on the second floor, room 21. It was a triple room, overlooking street, refrigerator and a large bathroom. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Place was great! Clean, quiet and safe. Yes, the tv was tricky, but once they showed me how to get the channels, everything was better. Breakfast was complete and the service was very accommodating. The irony was that I didn't speak Portuguese!

The San Michel is a hotel where you immediately notice its age. Lack of privacy The only relevant complaint would be regarding the bathroom and kitchen windows; the transparent glass offers no privacy whatsoever. You can see someone showering and the neighbors can look in. A simple frosted film would solve this.

Unlike other motels, this one doesn't try to offer more for less; it's extremely clean, has an exceptional structure, and the service is incredibly kind and heartfelt—better than any on Ricardo Jafet Avenue, etc. I'd return without hesitation.

How to explain? The place was amazing. Super clean, smelled great, it had the atmosphere of an nice place, me and the wife needed a break. It was expensive but worth it. Just the coffee machine didn't work but it's ok.

They have awesome room design and all workout very well. The app of the motel controls all the functionalitys of the room and all the employees are discreet. Maybe they need some service to stream your media on TV (Chromecast for example), but is just that.

Good hotel with loud rooms They got a very nice breakfast, clean room, quite good bed and is well located. But it's on the way of airplanes on their landing route to Congonhas airport. From 23h to 6h it's calm, but during the rest of the day there is the sound of an airplane landing every 5 minutes. It's a quite good hotel and it deserved noise proof windows
