I rated honestly - I came here for the low price and got exactly what I expected. But - it was clean, great water pressure in the shower. The area is pretty sketchy, especially at night, lots of homeless and “drogas”. But if you’re on a tight budget it fits the bill perfectly. Wi- fi in the room supported streaming but was not always consistent
Hotel located downtown São Paulo on the budget and comfortable enough
The location is not as bad as further north. There are markets and restaurants very close by. The breakfast was not very good though, I had to wait 20 minutes just for more eggs to come out. And the breakfast room is crowded and hot. But the room was very comfortable and I regretted changing hotels after 2 nights.
I would go again
Overall pleasant stay. Pros: good AC, good location, refrigerator, comfortable and clean. Cons: Internet was spotty, very tiny TV with only a few channels, breakfast not so good but it is free/included.
I stay here because of its convenient location relative to where I need to do business. An excellent find, though, as not expensive and has all the basic services. This was my second visit this year. Staff are always helpful.
A normal hotel is very cheap. The bed linen is not white but some kind of blue. The room is very small. For this price it will do for one. The area in the area seems unsafe.

Great location, right in the city center. There's also a fantastic bar with live music just around the corner. However, the rooms are quite basic and minimalistic.
Yes....fresh and delicious breakfast.
Very good São Paulo experience! The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are complete and complete. The front desk service is attentive. The hotel is in a strategic location. It is very suitable for short-term business trips. It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station. It is recommended.
Personal was unbelievable nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, can only recommend.
Te staf was very friendly! The location is realy convenient because there is a subwaystation in 1 minuut walking.
The breakfast was also very good.
Nice and clean hostel. good value for the money and very friendly staff. Central location and safe place to stay with many bars in the area. Excellent for the LGBTQI traveller.

Great location within central Sao Paulo and friendly service at reception and in the restaurant.
Hotel is in good location to shopping, restaurants, bars & metro stop (Republica). Front desk staff were excellent in receiving us and for providing information & answers. Our room was clean & comfortable (no issues with the bed & AC, shower & water pressure was excellent). The breakfast quality & choices were good. More choices would make it excellent. Sao Paulo has a excellent extensive metro network...
The Gran Corona is an old hotel, with good service. The room I stayed in is a little noisy due to the construction work nearby, the windows do not have double glazing. The air conditioning is old and makes much more noise than a split unit. It has good value for money and a good location.
Very nice hotel with a very good restaurant. I have been here few times when I were young. They are located at downtown of Sao Paulo, however the street is quiet and chill, and they also have a good system of sound isolation. The price worth what you pay. No swimming pool, no gym, no sauna service. So, it is a good choice if you come to the city for couple nights. However, if you planning stay a little...
It's is nice old fashioned Hotel , I got good value for the money, it is in a good location ,clean and spacious rooms with a good service and a free parking which is very hard to find in Sao Paolo ,couple of things I didn't like , furniture, was outdated it belongs to 80s , bathroom ,is nice and big but outdated , beds were so,so. overall docent and budget friendly.
The rooms are quite old-fashioned. You will have to manipulate the lights of your room from a central panel. However, overall experience was great. Staff is easygoing and polite and speaks English , which is very good for Brazil.
The breakfast is very good, with a wide selection of fruits

Have stayed here numerous times over the past year. One of the good affordable option with good sized room. WiFi was a little weak and some units are configured better than the other. Breakfast was decent and service was prompt
Well located hotel, good breakfast and very clean
Excellent hotel for business travels in the area
There s a mall just across with shopping and dining options
The room is good, suitable for business trips, convenient transportation, and there is a park, good nice.
Facilities: good
Sanitation: clean and tidy
Environment: surrounded by parks and large shopping malls
Service: good service
Excellent stay! Clean hotel and great location, close to JK shopping mall
Breakfast was disappointing, even though everyone was aware of the pandemic restrictions. However, it's excellent value for money, especially for ALL members. Employees Maike and Morgana make everything run faster and more efficiently. They are clear examples of why it's worthwhile for companies to invest in training their teams.

It is not bad. I would stay again . Just a little expensive
Clean, amazing room, spacious, very comfortable. Perfect location, close to stores, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is good too! I’d be back to this hotel with no doubt. Highly recommended.
Breakfast time starts late, need to have it outside paid your own.
Loved the staff, and the location is unbeatable.
Its nice apartment hotel.
Staffs are very friendly
Met all our expectations. Clean apartment, good amenities, friendly staff, especially Alexandra. Amazing breakfast.
Only downside is it is close to CGH Airport approach, so you may hear the noise of planes landing through 11pm.

The location of the hotel is good, but the guest service is terrible, and some employees are rude and disrespectful.
It was necessary to change rooms, because the first room I stayed in was very bad, the cleaning was terrible, they put items less than the number of people hosted and when we asked for the addition I was asked why I wanted it. Noisy room, some lights didn't work, I couldn't open the...
Hotel Real Castilla is a hotel located in São Paulo, Brazil. It typically offers a range of amenities and services designed for both business and leisure travelers. Guests can usually expect comfortable accommodations, breakfast options, and facilities for meetings or events. The hotel is often situated in a strategic location, making it convenient for exploring the city or accessing business districts
We were very comfortable, it is a safe hotel. Breakfast is also great, everything you could want is considered.
Overall experience is average.
Funcionários da recepção gentis. No buffet. Uma funcionária sempre com um sorriso acolhedor.
A cama bem confortável, um café da manhã bem servido. O horário do café às 06:30 o que me permitiu poder usufruir antes dos meus compromissos profissionais.
O valor da diária bem justo.
awesome place, have good bathtub and close of main places

We had another amazing stay at this hôtel. The highlights are the location , the breakfast and the staff always so friendly. We will be back for sure
Thanks
Had a phenomenal stay here. Our group of 4 stayed in the master suite which was so spacious! The overall rooms were clean. The bathrooms also felt spacious. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved staying here. We stayed 5 nights in Feb 2026, with our 5yo.
Great location - easy and safe walking to lots of great places (craft beer, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, even a kids cafe with a play area). We were close to carnival blocos, but the hotel felt quiet and safe.
We took Uber to travel further.
Nice spot for running, along the shaded bike path.
Our room was great, with a double bed...
I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive.
A special mention goes to Isaque, the young man at the restaurant—he was truly exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here...
The room is not soundproof and there is a lot of sound that makes it hard to sleep.
The room smelled really good, all the amenities were clean and new.
Breakfast was good, but room service didn’t have many options.
Room was spotless, staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Room was comfortable, always clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was great and tasty. Looking forward to our next visit.
Good hotel, consistent with its profile.
Amazing experience. Easy boarding and disembarking. 24-hour security. My room was quiet, airy, and spacious. Excellent location. Very good breakfast.
Everything was good ,breakfast, stuff ,clean room ,the only problem that you have it’s bad smell in the room that comes from the bathroom
Room was comfortable and always cleaned. Towels and toiletries were provided daily. Staff was always available and willing to assist. Great air conditioner. Breakfast very nice as well.
The hotel has an excellent location, the staff are very attentive, everything is clean, the sheets are of excellent quality, in short, it was a very pleasant stay.

I was expecting sauna and spa but unfortunately they closed these facilities.
It was my very first time at Blue Tree Hotel Paulista, and what a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. The internet was fast and extremely reliable. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment and very close to the famous Paulista Avenue.
I’ll be back!
The location is good, but the service is mixed. The waiter at the door who helped with the luggage was very enthusiastic, but the front desk and restaurant were very different. What I want to complain about the most is the elevator and room card. You have to swipe the card first, then press the floor and then press confirm. The front desk, restaurant and car pick-up area are on the 0, -1 and ⭐ floors...
Booked during the exhibition, the price doubled, the hotel is relatively old, and it happened to be renovated, the experience is average, the breakfast is the same as most Brazilian hotels, not too good, not too bad
The rooms are very noisy due to thin windows and walls which expose the rooms to heavy street noise, including a few restaurants and bars at ground level. The hotel lobby is also under construction right now and the entrance is complex, which should be disclosed in advance. WiFi doesn’t work well and disconnects regularly. The rooms are basic but clean. Air conditioning was not very strong, towels...
The room is nice, close to Paulista Avenue, the surrounding environment is average, and the breakfast is the same every day
This is my second time booking a room at this hotel. The room is very clean, and the hot water is excellent. It's a bit out of the way, but don't worry, there are two or three restaurants on the same street as the hotel, and I've already tried them for you – they're really good!
Room far from Paulista Avenue about 2 kilometers good breakfast staff very good price reasonable
Nice hotel but the area is not safe
Nice hotel, clean room, close to Paulista av., good breakfast.
Front desk staff was really helpful.
Everything was good, would stay again.
Cleanliness, breakfast, service, very good... Only parking left something to be desired.
I woke up at 7:30 on Sunday to the cleaning ladies talking super loudly in the hallway! They were there for almost half an hour, banging on doors and chatting!! I almost went out to ask for silence, but I thought it best not to stress myself out. I'm just not going back!!

A very interesting hotel. 18 story building from the 1980s. The bones are all there but it's starting to look rather 'beat up' on the interior. Not part of any chain it seems, but shows in the lack of corporate standards. I think this place is waiting for a new owner to pump some money into it. Hotels take a beating and the finishes are re-done every 6-7 years. This place way past that. But very clean
Some of the hotel staff know English, the top floor has a balcony with a great view, a pool, but the gym doesn't have good equipment. No complaints with the room.

Staff friends and professional
The service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful.
The hotel has a good location and easy access to everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind.
Clean, well kept with a friendly staff. They even gave us safe travel tips around the area.
The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!!
The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay....

The staff were helpful when needed and friendly. I like my room cleaned in the mornings and every day that happened during my two week stay.👍 Hotel is centrally located so near many restaurants, shops, etc. And the subway station is only a block away so, for me, location was ideal.
The price-performance ratio is acceptable, and it takes about 40 minutes to get to GRU airport.
great spot close to republica square, very clean, great staff, amazing restaurant, highly recommend
Excellent location and friendly staff.
Good stay
Small room but comfy bed. Good location and good price-value balance.
Good location, but they need to improve them service.

We stay there few weeks ago nice hotel but toilet wasn't clean from last people and on pillow was hair from woman..
Very good . I liked all the service offered
Well located hotel. Good service from the staff, as well as their availability at all times. Good cleanliness and an excellent rooftop pool. The gym is very small. They are giving breakfast in a very small room because they are under construction in the usual place
Problems in the room with air conditioning and bathroom.
Requested exchange and responded promptly.
The room is quite large and decorated in an old style. The service is quite good.
Excellent location, but with some negative points: bad pillow, old furniture, low quality breakfast and terrible service from a girl at reception. The elevator didn't read my card, I was stuck in it, the girl had difficulty opening the door and even claimed that it was my fault for not knowing that there was an intercom in the elevator. I do not recommend the hotel.

Very good hotel at great location
we really liked this place, it was great size for 3 of us and the staff was very nice
Property central to area. Courteous staff, clean room, and comfortable beds.
Matiz Manhattan hotel is the best stay options in Jardins. It's a great value for the price, and the location is perfect.
Good location in SaoPaulo, close to many restaurants. Hotel misses a bar, so you need to go out for a drink, nevertheless I enjoyed my stay.
WiFi network needs a big upgrade/update. WiFi was unfortunately not as hoped

Free breakfast and friendly staff, room condition not the best. Mini store in the hotel that serves microwavable items but no microwave in the room. Asked if we had to request one they said they don't come with the room. Mini fridge dial was broken and freezer section frozen over. Kitchenette did not have much to offer. Cleaning services were great, safe area but loud
Older hotel near av paulista
The area isn’t the nicest, The room are very good. I had a nice spacious room just reformed. And the shower was fantastic
Breakfast was simple but ok
Internet was good
balcony was great and staff was superb.....everything great except Wifi.....need faster Wifi
Actually the Location is very good, No, have cold water actually no hot water
Good hotel in prime location, but in desperate need of renovation.
It's alright, the main thing is that it's big, but the decor is really outdated. The big, round bathtub is nice.

Very good simple rooms with plentiful and quick hot water for the facebowl and shower. Great breakfast with eggs and sausage and cold cuts.
Simple rooms, but clean. The showers run hot and plentiful. The breakfast is excellent with a selection of cold and hot dishes.
Good hotel, not luxurious but very good for the price.
Great business hotel
Good, clean rooms with very good space for one person. Very good showers with quick and plentiful hot water. Convenient light and air conditioning switches by the bed. Truly excellent breakfast with good selection of hot and cold dishes, pastries, breads, yoghurt, fruits. Little vegetables though. Safe area with many restaurants and shops close by.
Excellent location, decent hotel, but rooms are small and beds are small as well and the wifi is pretty bad. The a/c in the rooms are the old window kind, very noisy. Awesome pillows, good shower, and brreakfast is decent. The hotel garage for parking is convenient. Overall not great but not too bad either.
This place has a great location and a terrific breakfast. The staff is very efficient and professional. The room, however, was small with only one outlet that was not compatible with my IPhone charger. In addition to that, the TV is attached so high in the wall hurting my posture and eye sight.

I stayed at the Nacional Inn São Paulo and really enjoyed it. The room is simple, but it has a TV, mini-fridge, and air conditioning, which is very comfortable. I just thought the TV picture could be better, but other than that, everything was perfect. The location is great, there's a supermarket right across the street, and it's easy to call an Uber from the door. The breakfast was very complete and...
Very cool staff, all requests are taken into account, it was nice to communicate. The hotel and the room are clean, which is very important for families with children. The area is dangerous, but if you do not go out in the evening, you can stay here. Good breakfasts, a large selection, but every day the same thing, that is, do not expect that there will be variety.
