Very clean and comfortable rooms. staff were lovely especially the receptionist Rado and restaurant staff. Very useful shuttle bus to slopes and storage for skis. Would recommend for a budget friendly stay.

We had a lovely weeks stay here in February for our annual family ski trip, was our first time staying at Edelweiss and was perfect, we stayed half board the evening meals were all homemade and good quality with a few kid friendly options included, great reasonably priced drinks at the bar too, the shuttle bus is available each morning and stops outside the gondola, and also later afternoon collection from drop off point to Hotel although we enjoyed the less than 10 min walk down the hill each day so didn't use that part of the free service. The rooms are suitable for a small family just about, the rooms were warm and cosy and plenty of hot water with a decent Internet signal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to others, the value for money is great. We usually stay in the centre but now feel this is better as great value and shuttles stop outside gondola so better than staying nearby and dragging your skis about. The Wright family

We stayed at Hotel Edelweiss for 5 nights when we came skiing. We had a brilliant experience the welcome was great despite it being 1am. The room was comfortable and warm. The food was really good, lots of choice, beautifully presented and really tasty. The staff were all great and we had a fabulous stay.

I stayed at Hotel Edelweiss in Borovets as a solo traveler and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I really appreciated having a bathroom with a bathtub instead of just a shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home. The food was delicious, with great variety and quality. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying here, and once again it was absolutely fantastic. You really can’t fault the service or the level of care shown by the staff — they are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, you are made to feel truly welcome and well looked after. The food was once again of a very high standard, with impeccable service in the dining room every day. We used the shuttle most mornings and it was always punctual, making it a convenient and stress-free way to reach the slopes. A wonderful stay from start to finish — highly recommended, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

My hotel experience was pretty cool. Awesome food diversity, nice isolation, a lot of fun activities, and most importantly the staff was very welcoming. They were so kind and always willing to help when asked. Especially one guy named Rado that worked in the reception, going an extra mile for us while in the hotel and even after we checked out.
