The rooms haven't had their maintenance in the last years, still the same as before. (Sealing joints have never been replaced, dirty fan even after beeing closed for several weeks). There is no daily cleaning in the rooms.
Many times I visit Burgas, Bulgaria per year. This was my first stay in hotel Prestige. According to the price level and what you get is absolutely one of the better places to stay. Nice room with lots of space. Really good area and neighbourhood. Also close to Sea Garden or City Center. The breakfast they serve is good to normal standard.
The receptionists do a wonderful job and are very helpful. Will book again soon!
