Currently staying here and hotel is not bad but the food needs to improve. Not much option for vegetarians apart from pizza chips and bread. Some salad. Does not cater for Indians.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic, and the animators organized fun contests, morning workouts, and water slides. And there was so much more! A paradise for both children and adults.

It was amazing! Stunning views from the sea view rooms. Our family liked it a lot. The food was delicious and the aquapark was very fun.

The hotel's services were all incredible: slides were all Ok and safe,pool was great, so were the restaurants. I would most definetely come here again

All in all a good experience. One big downside - it's a smokers paradise. The hotel should seriously consider smoking zones, or at least smoking free zones. I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go. Hotel in old town Nesebar the best location in my opinion you can go by walk everywhere. They give you parking for free in the big parking. The room was quite big, the bathroom was very small we couldn’t even use the shower or the sink without closing the door. There is no staff after 6pm.

We love location of this hotel. The rooms with sea view have the sandy beach below and you can hear the waves all through the night. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

Hotel is in great location. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. We traveled for business and I didn't expect that I would need to buy myself soap for a 4* hotel. Soap dispensers are unacceptable for a hotel! Location is great and they have parking which is fantastic.

We had lunch at the restaurant in this hotel, and we all four friends walked away unhappy. The young girls working as waitresses have a major ego and attitude. St. John Nesebar is a lovely hotel in a perfect location—right in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, with great views. An affordable and attractive option with proximity to a public beach (there are some stairs and an inclined walk, so keep in mind). The facility has a great pool on premises. Rooms are air-conditioned and spotless.

Very nice hotel with friendly stuff and clean rooms. Big and clean swimming pool. Entertainment and toys for little kids.

The hotel is on the first line. Great breakfast. The old town is a short walk along the promenade.

Everything was wonderful, only if you diversify the breakfast, everything will be on a level.

The hotel is decent, it is clean, but despite the late season, the workers made noise with the machines and plaster was falling from the ceiling of the artament. The location of Hotel Perun is very nice and the money was worth it because of the view.

Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.

The service definitely prefers customer satisfaction over immediate cash gain. Staff speaks excellent English and acts very professional. Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends.

Lovely elegant rooms. Large spacious, light and airy. Not your standard tourist fare. Breakfast is adequate though not the best around. Excellent location with good views from restaurant and most rooms.

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance. The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience.....

Very nice place with really good food and wine selection! Staff ware friendly and take care for us during our dinner. *Note: We choose not so popular time and it was kinda empty. Actually it was raining and the taxi driver bring us there. Still it was pretty cool for random found restaurant. I am pretty sure we will go back there on next time we visit the city. Btw, i saw there is a parking spot behind...
