Hotels All-inclusive in Nessebar

We made use of the indoor pool which was lovely, We were booked in till 1st October but hotel closed on 30th September So staff were surprised we were still there however we were looked after there was 12people left till late , We were there as the staff party was starting it was lovely to see them all coming in dressed up and I think it is a lovely thing for the company to do for them to be honest...

One of the highlights was the food. The variety and quality of the meals were outstanding, catering to all tastes with a mix of local and international cuisines

I was really looking forward to my visit little did I know that it shut down end of September, We arrived late and was greeted by a security guard who was nice, on reception was victor a lovely young man very helpful, as it was late we received a brown paper bag either some food in, bread bun, butter, apple, cake, croissant and bottle of water it was basic but enough, The room was on par with travel...

Yea and coffee and water were available through water dispenser and hot drinks machine on each corridor, not very pleasant for the people in the room opposite as it was very noisy, The hotel was very clean and our cleaner was lovely, foyer area and public areas were really clean, Food was plentiful and the cakes were amazing along with the watermelon, all drinks were self served, To be honest I...

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic, and the animators organized fun contests, morning workouts, and water slides. And there was so much more! A paradise for both children and adults.

However it is annoying to see that you cannot get a single piece of baklava half an hour after the opening of the restaurant because dozen pieces are taken out by some other guests, who then leave it at their table as a waste

Accommodation and meals (all-inclusive in several restaurants and stands including ice cream, be sure to try them all) are appropriate for the price and are completely sufficient for a normal family vacation

The only minor negative is that, unlike last season, the midnight snack served last year in the form of great sandwiches between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM in the lobby bar was canceled this year - we couldn't find an adequate replacement and we don't know why these sandwiches were canceled (?) - but otherwise there was still more than enough very good food and drinks at the hotel

Each hotel has its own buffet restaurant and pool, which are only open to guests of that specific hotel. However, the water park and slides are available to everyone

The beach is just right near the hotel, during our stay it was clean, as was the sea (a little seaweed here and there), and the entrance to the sea is suitable for children (a lifeguard is present)

The staff is very helpful in most cases. The animators have interesting entertainment for all age groups. Families with children will certainly appreciate that every day around 11 p

the entire hotel complex (there are three interconnected hotels - Bay, Palace and Mare) goes quiet and there is no loud music production, etc

We had to pay 100 euros extra to keep the room for a few more hours on the day of checkout, which I find outrageous given that this is about hygiene and preventing the children from infecting others in public areas

This was at the end of August, when the water had been naturally heated by the sun for several months – yet they were absolutely freezing. To the point where your lips turn blue after about 10 minutes in the water

This was extremely disappointing, as the whole purpose of the trip is sun and swimming. There is one wave pool in the water park that is around 23°C and manageable

All the others are without a doubt around 20°C, including the children’s pool. So if warm pool temperatures are important to you, this is not the right place

There isn’t a single pool with even reasonably “okay” cold water – they are so cold that it’s impossible for both adults and children to stay in them

Another downside: the children got food poisoning on day 12 of our 14-day stay

The place is clean, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to bars, restaurants, drinks, food, snacks the lot. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always take the time to say hello

The food is spot on, lots of choice and and options. It’s not al a carte, but when you’re providing for that many people you don’t expect Michelin star food, but the food is still very tasty

First I want to say a big THANK YOU to the chef from the Bay restaurant! Keep up the good work guys!! We have been visiting many 5* hotels but the food was not so good as it is at Bay!! The beach is nice, clean rooms, lots of activities for kids on evening but you have to pay for

I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go

But I honestly can’t think of anyone worth complaining about. The pools are spot on, plenty of sunbeds, and the beer is cold! What more do you need

The room is big and spacious, though you're not quite sure what for. All Inclusive drinks are fine – unless you try the rum. That thing tastes like a blend of paint thinner and wood stain

Hotel-nice with high technology and furnishings. Jacuzzi and pool-nice and clean. Restaurant-tasteless food, waiters do not communicate. Pool bar-low level and poor service

All inclusive and certainly value for money. Modern, staff are freindly and helpful and a very clean hotel. Food is varied and the breakfast omelettes are the best and the desserts were amazing

This is our second time at this property and to tell you the truth, after the renovations everything is much better! The rooms are fresh and the sea view is fantastic as always

We had only positive memories of the hotel. Comfortable, cozy, with modern furniture and a clean room. The variety of food in the restaurant was amazing. We can't even begin to mention the entertainers

Towards the end of the holiday choice was a bit scarce, but what was offered was always cooked to perfection and sweets were yummy. Old town Nessebar was a short walk away and was definitely worth the visit

Their motivation, energy, fun, and passion for their work amazed us. From morning exercises to evening entertainment. We weren't bored on vacation; we had a lot of fun, for which we are extremely grateful

The hotel is very clean and well staffed. Food is acceptable as all-inclusive arrangements go; each day has a country's cuisine theme for the evening meal menu but breakfast and lunch have a good selection too

I'd recommend trying to get on the odd numbered side of the building which also overlooks the old town; if you can get to the back of any given floor (101 or 102 in that floor plan would be ideal but same applies on floors 2, 3 and 4) then you'd have a quieter time all things considered

We were in room 120 (see floor map attached) which while comfortable with a nice bathroom and effective AC was immediately above the lobby bar and it's outdoor area on on end and overlooked the lobby atrium at the other end so it wasn't the quietest room at times

Of course there are pigeons and seagulls around - you're on the coast. Bit of bird poo on one of the cushions of the sunbeds. Generally the whole hotel was kept nice and clean and tidy

Been to Bulgaria several times before but mostly in the mountain area, Sofia and Plovdiv. Nice hotel, yes, the pool is small but perfectly adequate for a nice jump in and cool off

The food at the restaurant was the best we’ve had in Bulgaria so far, and we’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over the years

the accommodation is excellent, the rooms are spacious and very clean, but the food was not to my liking, it was diversified but not to the liking of the Romanians, the landscape is wonderful, the outdoor pool is very nice, and the indoor one is wonderful, very Instagrammable, the sauna is a place where you can relax

I cannot fault the Bilyana beach. From the moment we arrived i felt valued. The room was fab with a Seaview, everywhere was very clean. The staff were all amazing and couldn't help enough

We’ve just had a 9 day honeymoon and it was amazing, the hotel is clean everywhere the food was amazing everyday, lots of variety, rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, the drinks are brilliant but they need a local beer on tap as Bulgarian beer is amazing

I stayed with my husband for 2 weeks and we cannot fault it at all. The food was varied but there was always something to take your fancy. The entertainment was fabulous, talented and funny

Great location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!  The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade

On arrival hotel looked clean and reception staff friendly. More information would have been nice on arrival, especially needing tickets for towels, which we found out from a very rude life guide

Good location and helpful staff

The sea is nearby, the river is good, the swim is great. On the way to the sea there is a cafe Water Spirit, the food suited us and everything was at reasonable prices, soup and the second came out within 8-10 leva

I liked the hotel, clean, tidy, comfortable. They cleaned every day, changed the towels every other day, the bed after five. The attitude of the owners to the guests of the hotel left pleasant memories

You must definitely visit Old Nessebar, by bus, there is antiquity and beauty going through the roof. The rest with us was a success, the weather is in early September 2019 was great

The room was clean and the staff repeatedly offered us to change the sheets and asked if we needed anything. we were not special guests, but the attitude was friendly. Yes, breakfast started early

The hotel is maintained in a declining condition. The furnishings are old, worn out. The food is in a narrow repetitive menu, the taste is average (not amazing, not offensive). The staff is normal (non-conflict)

If 5* quality is wanted then pay to go to such a place, but remember that the Zefir is a 3* hotel which actually punches above its ratings and gives excellent value for money, although we decided to eat out on many occasions to savour the different types of food, as the All Inclusive deal did not suit our way of having a holiday or limit us to being back for set meal times

I booked a four-star hotel as a super last minute. The TripAdvisor rating is sufficient at first glance #75 of 252 on Sunny Beach. Only after paying did I start reading the reviews and start to worry

It had torn curtains and what appeared to be bloodstains, making it seem as if a violent crime had occurred there before our arrival. Our room contained a double bed, a pull-out sofa, and an additional small folding bed

Truly an amazing experience in this amazing all- inclusive hotel. The food we were offered was very tasteful, the staff was really friendly and offered us a great experience during our vacation

Upon arrival I find out that it's not such a horror. But you need to look at the hotel as a two and a half star, which is the real state. It definitely does not correspond to the four-star rating

We stayed at the imperial resort hotel in bulgaria, for 7 nights , my only regret is , i should of booked to stay longer , we were treated like royalty 👑, the management and staff were lovely, the range of food and drinks were fabulous, the hotel its self had a friendly atmosphere, and was very clean , we would definitely come back again to this beautiful country and fabulous hotel

Good hotel, so a lot of people. The food was delicious, just a fight for a place at the table. Cleaning in the restaurant all the time. Cleaning in the room every day, change of towels and bedclothes, nice cleaners

We had a wonderful vacation here and truly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to be helpful and kind

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. The pools and the waterslides were well maintained and fun for the kids. The meals were normal with a good variety for everyone

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

All inclusive drinks are limited and weak - we drank plenty of cocktails during the day and as a self confessed lightweight, they didn’t touch me

The hotel and the staff working in it were very nice and polite. I recommend it to everyone that wants to relax and feel good.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the pool area was very clean and relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and cheerful, ideal for a vacation. We’ll definitely come back next summer!

We booked a Superior room with a sea view, which did not disappoint us at all! Big compliments to the cleaning staff and the girls at the reception. They were very friendly and helpful

We visited the hotel in mid-September. Room 332 was in perfect condition with no mold, no stains, no defects. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The cleaning ladies did a great job every day

Good variety of drinks on all inclusive, the spirits are poured very strong but not something I would complain about

Special recognition goes to the manager and the waiters, who were always friendly and smiling. There was a wide selection of food, and everything was delicious and fresh

6 metres all the way round which isn’t inclusive of people with different swimming abilities. All in all had a fantastic holiday and would definitely book with this hotel again!

The location for us was great, about halfway between sunny beach strip and Nessebar, very easy to get the bus with multiple bus stops near the hotel and only 2lev each way, there is also a mini tourist train which takes you to each place too 7lev each way

The pool is ok, the only down side is that the sunbeds are little dirty, from dust, sand, something spilled, etc, but that can be easly cleaned. There are activities for kids like waterpolo and dance party

The beach is not so close, there are parts with 2 sunbeds and umbrela for 30 lev (16euro) and in front of Zazu Bar and Bedroom bar are 50-60 lev (26-32) euro for 2 sunbeds with mattress and big umbrela and two towels

New towels on request,for a hair dryer you should ask at the reception. The food was delicious, little repetitive but still ok. The service is very fast they make sure everyone has everything they want

Bedroom club guest are allowed to use the pool and the toilet. There is day party every day and is little more busy for the weekend

The best part is the pancakes chef that makes pancakes for breakfast on the spot, with very delicious chocolate cream

One remark is the cutlery and the glasses should be polished. Otherwise they might have food on them even washed

Pool area is clean and the drinks at the bar are amazing. The Barman Emil is super friendly. He have told me and my friends about the places worth to see and makes the best drinks

Sunbed wise I never had an issue getting one and there seemed to be some available throughout the day, I was there the end of August/beginning of September. It was very clean, the cleaners never seemed to stop working

The animation team, Alex and Nicky, 2 lovely lads who always encouraged everyone to get involved in the activities. The only negative I had personally was the food, but there is always something you can find to eat

I wasn't expecting too much from a 3* hotel but what a great place this was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my toilet flushing the first day and they sorted it within the hour

All the bar staff were great, the restaurant had plenty of choice and the ice cream in the afternoon was so tasty! The entrainment team really tried even when not many people wanted to join in

At first we thought it was alot smaller than we were used to but actually preferred it as everyone spoke to each other and mingled. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners work non stop to keep it that way

One minor detail that could be improved is the music in the restaurant- it could be a bit more quiet and relaxing. And baby chairs could be also changed (at least trays). Apart from it, everything perfect

3 stars only because: - BIGGEST DOWNSIDE: there is no WiFi in the rooms! you can barely get some signal in the terrace - depending on your luck, some room have ac broken, walls dirty, bath not cleaned, bed covers needs a proper cleaning - drinks are just some cheap brands - small diversity of food and most the time is have no taste

If you don't want to stay in the upbeat part of sunny beach this hotel is ideal its 10 minutes on the bus to flower street and going the other way 10 minutes to the beautiful Old Town of nessebar 2lev per person on the bud, and only 10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach

Can chose wine or beer, juice or soda, coffee and tea, hard alcohol at the lobby and pool bar - good quality! Animation all day long, games and competitions! Fun for children in the pool and waterslide! In the evening is quiet and calm, relaxing

Regata Palace was a very nice surprise. Great location close to Cacao Beach, friendly staff, big and clean pool, comfortable room, tasty food (I had the all inclusiclve package). Highly recommended!

There was another interaction with him a few days before check-out where he assumed I'm not a guest in there, confusions are normal, but his approach was rude. You simply can't provide this kind of front of house service

The location is perfect and convenient for a walk to Nesebar and central Sunny Beach. I'm vegetarian and managed to make a meal each time and I was happy with the options, but those that are vegans might struggle

I went in Burgas beach with my friends, the animation team made my vacation, really nice people, the food was amazing too I came here last year and the food this year is better , I'm happy they are improving, rooms are clean and I can't say one bad thing about the hotel

Best animations at the swimming pool! Greetings from the scientist Rooms were clean, we really enjoy the stay. We were with few friends there. It was our second time here in Burgas beach hotel

The poolside entertainment is led by wonderful people! The animators make the whole day enjoyable! The Kids Club was the perfect place to leave my daughter alone and have some time to myself during my vacation

You have to walk a bit to the center on the beach. But the peace of this hotel is worth it. There is something to do when the weather is good, entertainment by the pool all day long

The entertainment is for adults and for children. Cheerful service always helpful. Inside you can play billiards, table football and air hockey

Hotel Longoza is truly a hotel worth recommending! Very clean, delicious food, and plenty of attractions on-site

I’m a very fussy eater and there was always something I could eat, only down side was it wasn’t very hot, the themed nights were great. Although the pool is a little small the grandchildren loved it

One of the greatest Hotels in Sunny Beach. Me and my family used to go at Rome Palace Deluxe since 2020, even twice of one year. We love everything here, from position, rooms to great and variate food

Location: Great clean hotel, 7-10 mins walk from the beach. Beach is less crowded than central area of Sunny Beach. Hotel is Not too far from Nessebar and main area in Sunny Beach. Rooms: Rooms are reasonable size

Food is also quite good, personally I enjoyed. Big swimming pool with few slides. Nice snack bar and evening show. You can expect communication with staff in either of 4 languages, Russian, English, German or Bulgarian

We have enjoyed vacations at this resort. To consider, easy acces to the beach and you can go over the sand dunes or to follow nice street with many small shops. Rooms are good as price/quality

We didn't like Sunny Beach centre as the restaurants are poor and its more for partying than we wanted with our 4 year old

The hotel it's very clean, professional staff, the food is very delicious and has a great variety. Perfect for families but also great place to relax for single people

There are many clubs around, the beach is 5 min away. There is a near bus station to visit Nessebar

Wifi is available everywhere & works perfectly! One small improvement could be the cleaning of the glasses, they are not always the cleanest! Overall I would say this is an excellent hotel with superb location & superb food!!

the drinks were decent, the beer was cold and to our surprise, the pool had great water temperature, which we NEVER found in Bulgaria! The water is usually terribly cold in the pools, but not here, this was the best surprise ever

We stayed for one week all inclusively this july, we always found something to eat at the restaurant tho the variety didn't change much during the week. There was an ice cream buffet and the kids loved it

Location of the hotel is great, few minutes walk to beach and good restaurants nearby (I recommend checking La Flor for example), short and free bus ride to the action water park, and you can even buy the tickets straight from the hotel

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and thoroughly cleaned everyday, the food was good, 2-3 main courses, 3-4 side dishes, fish everyday, fresh salads, veggies and fruits, we always found something to our taste, the kids too

Amazing fish, fresh and well cooked! Probably the most friendly restaurant in this area:) sincere and respectful people, great service! If will ever come again to Bulgaria, definitely visit Azurro Barbeque again!

On our first day here, we visited Azzuro, the restaurant next to our hotel, and were warmly welcomed by the sweetest, kindest, smiling lady

If I could I would rate this place 6 stars We were only at the restaurant but it was so cheap I thought it would be terrible but it was so good it would worth 3* the price, The service was fast and the waitress was kind, the world needs more places like this

The best restaurant in Sunny Beach. Welcoming and friendly staff, they are actually happy to see you! Cocktails are always on happy hour two for one!!! Food is fresh and delicious! Can't wait to go back! Yummy!

I have stayed in many hotels in Sunny Beach and this hotel, was the most amazing value for money. It was clean, comfortable, and has good varied food and drinks. The staff were polite, welcoming and efficient

Cheap as chips, absolute bargain, wife had pork in a pickled sauce and chips, I had the full mixed grill, both meals came with a complimentary small beer, I also had another small beer, total bill came to 44

Exactly same food is repeated every day becomes boring at some point. Free drinks are in very very low quality

it was renovated two years ago and now it is even better then before. spacious rooms with all amenities and airconditioning and very good buffet in the dining room/restaurant for breakfast and dinner for half board dil

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the customer care was wonderful, they really took good care of us! The food was diversified and really delicious, there was an everyday room service!! We were there for our daughter’s birthday and they prepared a surprise for her without any extra cost 🥰 We really recomand it!! The only minus is that their spa isn’t all the time available, you need to book it in...

the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc

i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach

Coffee and drinks are decent, the only complaint is perhaps the snack bar and its offer, which is monotonous. The swimming pool is excellent, a bit crowded, but wonderful fun for children

Next door although: sports bar does a fantastic breakfast, @ only 25,45lev working out to around £11 for 2 breakfast meals including drinks (Y)

Good location, close to the sea. The food was really good dispite the previous reviews. Clean room, nice sea-view if you chose the sea-view room. As a minus was the missing wi-fi
