I was really looking forward to my visit little did I know that it shut down end of September, We arrived late and was greeted by a security guard who was nice, on reception was victor a lovely young man very helpful, as it was late we received a brown paper bag either some food in, bread bun, butter, apple, cake, croissant and bottle of water it was basic but enough, The room was on par with travel...
Currently staying here and hotel is not bad but the food needs to improve. Not much option for vegetarians apart from pizza chips and bread. Some salad. Does not cater for Indians.
The room was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic, and the animators organized fun contests, morning workouts, and water slides. And there was so much more! A paradise for both children and adults.
It was amazing! Stunning views from the sea view rooms. Our family liked it a lot. The food was delicious and the aquapark was very fun.
The hotel's services were all incredible: slides were all Ok and safe, pool was great, so were the restaurants. I would most definetely come here again
All in all a good experience. One big downside - it's a smokers paradise. The hotel should seriously consider smoking zones, or at least smoking free zones. It's impossible to try and enjoy the outsides without sitting in a cloud of smoke. Other than that an OK experience for the price. Clean public areas and restaurants. OK food, Italian resturante I would even go as fare as say it's good. Older room...

We have been to the hotel (section Mare; double room with two extra beds and sea view) for the second summer season in a row and we plan to go here again next year. The hotel is ideal for families with children; it has many attractions that will keep children entertained. Accommodation and meals (all-inclusive in several restaurants and stands including ice cream, be sure to try them all) are appropriate...
We’ve just returned from a week at Sol Nessebar Mare. Before we left, we read quite a few reviews that made us a bit worried—but now that we've been, I think some of those complaints were exaggerated or from people with a bit of an axe to grind. So I wanted to leave an honest and balanced review. Here goes… The resort is made up of three hotels, which is great because there’s lots to see and do. We...
Whatever I write, it will be little... to describe our incredible experience! We were greeted at the reception by smiling, positive professionals. The room was clean, spacious with a great view of the sea and the pool. The food was delicious and varied, drinks, ice creams as much as you want.... The pools and the aqua park were impeccable! The animators were of the highest level, charging with their...
Just few things. 🔆 ash trays behind the tv not outside. 🔆 if your tv doesn’t work at first then your sockets wont work ( took me three days to get my travel adapter working but I’m guessing i had no electricity coming to my room. 🔆outside light on balcony you can’t control, they turn them all on at 8:30pm and off at 11pm. 🔆hotdog and burgers wasn’t open to us (shameful) 🔆beds are very comfy. 🔆staff...
My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! The pool areas, the slides, and common areas were well maintained (some may need a bit more attention in my opinion). The rooms are okay, nothing too fancy...
Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away. Really good for family holidays. I wanna said big THANKS for private Doctor in sol nessebar resort, doctor help figure out my son high temperature and give me good advice. Of course couple things...

Here’s a natural, fluent English translation (kept strong where your tone is strong): ⸻ A very clean and fresh hotel. Clean rooms and a great playground for children. The à la carte restaurants have a very good selection – the Italian restaurant was especially delicious. The pools are ICE COLD. This was at the end of August, when the water had been naturally heated by the sun for several months...
We were so excited to come on this holiday after doing a day trip to the water park last year in August. We were not disappointed this time around. The hotel was amazing, clean, fresh and a perfect fit for families. The room was perfect for our family of 4 which included a 3 year old and 6 month old. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was to your all inclusive standard. Buffet breakfast...
We visited this hotel after my parents stayed last year with our daughter, and of course, the price was right. We arrived late evening, approx 25 minutes transfer time, we were first hotel drop off, quick and easy check in, staff were pleasant, as restaurants were closed, we were offered a snack bag and a bottle of water. Hotel is huge, we had a room in main building which was modern and clean and...
Now, where do we start… This was my Partners and my first All-Inclusive holiday and we weren’t expecting it to be a brilliant as it was! We didn’t really know what to expect. To begin with, we arrived during Lunch hours and once we received our AI wristband we were told to get something to eat as our room wasn’t ready yet, the food was very tasty! It’s Buffet style food for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner...
I writing this review but cause of the purple people who absolutely took my heart with their nice work and company. We appreciate how much of a good time you made me have! Special shout out To Adrian, Rosie and Tony for being so sexy!
I loved everything about the hotel especially the entertainment! Which was so cool and welcoming! We like you guys and we loved talking to you! 10/10 job

I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go. But I honestly can’t think of anyone worth complaining about. The pools are spot on, plenty of sunbeds, and the beer is cold! What more do you need. The place is clean, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to bars...
The hotel is amazing, don’t get me wrong. Foods great, entertainment is questionable with the animation team enjoying stripping on stage to their underwear in front of children, one member having nothing but a hat to cover his privates. Now to address the title… Me and my friend, both 15 female have came to this hotel with my family and we really enjoyed the water slides, HOWEVER. There are three lifeguards...
Nice hotel in a resort with two 4* and one 5* hotel, with large rooms, decent furniture. The food was plenty, diverse and of good quality. One pool, (the second for kids is like a bathtub), not enough as dimensions for all the people, with sunbeds crowded like seats in a cinema, half of them in shadow in the afternoon. However - the hotel is dedicated for FAMILIES - avoid it unless you have noisy kids...
Overall, the hotel is very solid – clean, green, nice pool, and direct access to the sea. Food is varied, and the fish dishes – smoked, fried, and pickled – are top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful, except for one lady at reception, who, when we pointed out that our "Sea View Room" had mostly Tree View with occasional flashes of blue, replied: "Hotel is full, nothing can be done." Classic: You...
Child friendly. All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long. Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service.
We've just come back from staying here and we had a brilliant experience. It was my first time abroad and also our first time going all inclusive. The food was good, something for everyone and I tried some new things while I was here. The pool was never too crowded as there are 3 across the resort plus beach access and slides. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm...

All inclusive and certainly value for money. Modern, staff are freindly and helpful and a very clean hotel. Food is varied and the breakfast omelettes are the best and the desserts were amazing. Negatives are that there could be some local area information ie towns and bus routes as not much to do in this area. The old town is close enough to walk to and you can buy museum entry tickets in bundles...
This is our second time at this property and to tell you the truth, after the renovations everything is much better! The rooms are fresh and the sea view is fantastic as always. The food is quite nice as well and we loved the ice cream at the new self service corner. Shoutout to Kristina - the Front Desk manager and the new guy Stelios. You were always ready to assist us with smile, which we appreciate...
Lovely Hotel, very surprised that everything was still available..ie pool bar, day and evening entertainment for such a late holiday. It made a lovely surprise. Staff were so helpful, and always there for you The animation team were brilliant a big asset to the hotel. George, Stefan and Maria you made our holiday super fun. The hotel it's self was spotless, staff were always cleaning, rooms were lovely...
We had only positive memories of the hotel. Comfortable, cozy, with modern furniture and a clean room. The variety of food in the restaurant was amazing. We can't even begin to mention the entertainers. Their motivation, energy, fun, and passion for their work amazed us. From morning exercises to evening entertainment. We weren't bored on vacation; we had a lot of fun, for which we are extremely grateful...
We have just returned from this hotel. The hotel was spotless, we found all the staff friendly and polite, particularly the reception staff who were very helpful and Iva and Anton behind the bar ensured we always had a drink and service with a smile. Well positioned for both Sunny Beach and Nessebar. We had a lovely room with a sea and pool view. Food you could always find something to eat. Breakfasts...
Hotel-nice with high technology and furnishings. Rooms-large and clean. SPA area-low level. Fitness-low level. Jacuzzi and pool-nice and clean. Restaurant-tasteless food, waiters do not communicate. Pool bar-low level and poor service. Lobby bar-high level, wonderful service from ANTON § IVA. They communicate very well in English. Night bar-high level of service from the bartender ANTON.

We were recommended Nessebar by a travel agent and it's not disappointed as a resort; think Dubrovnik without the hassle when you're in the old town across the causeway which is an easy walk from the Sol Marina Palace hotel. The hotel is very clean and well staffed. Food is acceptable as all-inclusive arrangements go; each day has a country's cuisine theme for the evening meal menu but breakfast and...
Went here for our anniversary. Been to Bulgaria several times before but mostly in the mountain area, Sofia and Plovdiv. Nice hotel, yes, the pool is small but perfectly adequate for a nice jump in and cool off. Of course there are pigeons and seagulls around - you're on the coast. Bit of bird poo on one of the cushions of the sunbeds. Generally the whole hotel was kept nice and clean and tidy...
We enjoyed a spectacular 10-day stay at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations from the very beginning. The receptionist that welcomed us helped fulfil all of our requests, including a room that overlook the Old Town of Nessebar, for my 88-year-old mother, who spent a lot of time indoor, so she wanted a good view. We started off our stay finding a complementary champagne, and some chocolates...
Just returned from a week at the Sol Marina Palace Nessabar. The hotel was very clean and we were well looked after. The room was spacious and clean with a really good air conditioning system that kept the room at a lovely temperature. Only one issue with our stay was that we were in room 406 and 4 times during this week we were woken up at 7am by a loud noise above the room that sounded like a jacuzzi...
Wonderful Location Room and Hotel immaculate.Food and drink Plentiful and Varied .Rooms and All the public areas were kept pristine.Special shout out to Luda who cared for our room Everyone on Reception and Restaurant staff.. The Sky Bar and Marine Bar were Excellent WE are returning in September we were so impressed. Thanks to You All.
Beautiful hotel in the most beautiful area of the world I stayed in the hotel for a week and could have stayed longer. Check-in was quick, and the young lady was pleasant and helpful. They gave us a picnic bag as the restaurant had closed and it was late when we arrived The rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. There was just enough hanging space for me and my daughter to put our...

Katya from the entertainment team was absolutely amazing she really made our holiday. She is a credit to the hotel. All the staff are very friendly
The hotel and the room’s were very clean and well maintained. The food was gods with a good choice of different things.
Entertainment daily both during the day and at night was very good with something for everyone.
Very impressed with hotel everything runs smoothly and everyone knows what they doing. Housekeeping was excellent and public areas were being cleaned through out the day. Food presentation was of good standard and colourful, unfortunately not always as hot as we like to eat it (they will mic for you) pizza at the snack bar was delicious burgers were cold. Thought the animation team too...
I cannot fault the Bilyana beach. From the moment we arrived i felt valued. The room was fab with a Seaview, everywhere was very clean. The staff were all amazing and couldn't help enough. I stayed with my husband for 2 weeks and we cannot fault it at all. The food was varied but there was always something to take your fancy. The entertainment was fabulous, talented and funny. There was always something...
We’ve just had a 9 day honeymoon and it was amazing, the hotel is clean everywhere the food was amazing everyday, lots of variety, rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, the drinks are brilliant but they need a local beer on tap as Bulgarian beer is amazing. Would highly recommend for a very relaxed holiday in an fantastic hotel and area

A wonderful, quiet and cosy hotel. You’re given a very warm welcome, as if you were special guests. The rooms are clean. Chris, the owner, is very friendly and attentive. He’s always there to help if you need it and happy to offer advice or recommendations. We were very pleased with the hotel. The location is also convenient. The most popular little restaurants and a grocery shop are nearby. It’s not...
The hotel is in a good location and the owner is great and friendly. Rooms are clean and come with a minibar.
Would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting.
The Owner, Chris, was very accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the hotel room was spotless.
Nice hotel close to Old Nessebar and Sunny beach
Very nice pool, very good breakfast. The owner is kind, we missed breakfast one morning and he gave us breakfast later. Old Nessebar and Sunny beach are in walking distance. We really liked the hotel.
Cozy hotel, lovely pool and friendly staff
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar.
Exceptional 👍

The hotel has an excellent location right by the sea, with easy access to the beach and a pleasant walk to the old town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is varied and tasty. The private beach, pool, and all-inclusive service make the stay especially relaxing.
On arrival hotel looked clean and reception staff friendly. More information would have been nice on arrival, especially needing tickets for towels, which we found out from a very rude life guide. No need for such rudeness. Room was very good. Very clean and spacious and reasonably maintained, although if you want a better hairdryer, take your own. Sunbeds, very uncomfortable. Pool bar ok. Young lady...
We booked this 8 day break late in the season and to be honest our expectations were not that high. Well done MPM Arsena, warm reception on arrival and very helpful. Hotel was lovely and clean, they were even cleaning outside in the rain. Our room was cleaned daily by Tina (Tuna) and what a credit to the hotel she is, despite the obvious language barrier she was so warm and helpful. Never been big...
The good: Clean, helpful housekeeping staff. Vigilant staff on the restaurant floor who work very hard and were a credit to the hotel. The bad: Cold, bland food, even at the start of service. Unpalatable drinks, syrupy cocktails, unrecognisable mixers. The Ugly: Parents getting drunk while their Young Kids ran amok through reception and communal areas. Rude, obnoxious adults too busy getting drunk...
We enjoyed a week’s stay here during the first week of the UK’s summer holiday. It was really quiet. Sun loungers were always available both by the pool and on the beach. The outdoor pool is small but lovely. It’s well maintained. The first few days we struggled to get in because it was really cold, we did get used to it though! The indoor pool was deeper and overlooked the sea. We had a family...
Great location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!
The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade. Rooms are very basic they lack proper lighting and electrical plugs especially by the night tables.

We love location of this hotel. The rooms with sea view have the sandy beach below and you can hear the waves all through the night. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. We had a Turkish cleaner who was brilliant. Rooms very clean. Receptionists can be aloof but it could be down to a language barrier. Overall the hotel could do with better maintenance in the room.
We had a lovely time at Nessabur. The hotel was clean.and we had a lovely view of the old town from our balcony. We enjoyed bed and breakfast which was a good choice of food and nice coffee. The only nit picking things were the hotel reception was gloomy and dull with poor lighting and awful artificial flowers. The girl on reception looked a bit lemon faced. The staff seamed a bit under confident and...
Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.
The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable.
The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'. I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is too small and does not fit...
We had a week stay, found the hotel spotless clean, more than enough choice for breakfast. Our room was to the side of the hotel, with sea views & very large balcony. Situated right on a very good sandy beach with lifts down to beach level.
The staff were great with special mentions to the bar staff, Toto was very informative, & his colleague in the beach bar was also very good with service & remembering...
Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Only 2 floors up, so no hardship. Found the reception staff were very helpful even though their English was sometimes minimum but we were in their country, so who am I to comment with my nil knowledge of...

Good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¥!¥!!!
I had an excellent stay in Melsa COOP hotel. Very welcoming staff, clean and tidy. Good good. Amazing pool and garden with beautiful flowers. Old city of Nessebar in walking distance.
Everytime I go there they are so friendly and the rooms are cleaner than every hotel I go in
Some issues with the seagulls in the morning, can't sleep because if the noise they make
An affordable and attractive option with proximity to a public beach (there are some stairs and an inclined walk, so keep in mind). The facility has a great pool on premises. Rooms are air-conditioned and spotless.
The breakfast was average, similar choice of items each day. Location was excellent 500 meters from beach, 5min walk to old Nesebar. Staff friendly, pool area lovely.
