All in all a good experience. One big downside - it's a smokers paradise. The hotel should seriously consider smoking zones, or at least smoking free zones. It's impossible to try and enjoy the outsides without sitting in a cloud of smoke. Other than that an OK experience for the price. Clean public areas and restaurants. Clean and spacious throughout the hotel. Plenty of good quality food options in the main restaurant and in other parts of the resort. We found the staff to be friendly. HONEST REVIEW! NOT A 5 STAR! I have just got back from the Sol Nessebar Palace and am honestly so glad to be home. First of all the pools. They are far too deep, I am 5,7 and can just about touch the floor the water comes up to my neck so not ideal for little ones. The pools are also freezing cold the little ones don’t mind but as an adult wanting to get in it’s not pleasant. The food is terrible....

My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! We were at SOL mare July with ITAKA. It was a wonderful holiday. Thanks to the reception for putting us in two adjacent rooms. The food was delicious. There is also a water park. The kids didn't want to leave the last day:) We will visit the hotel again☺️

Arrived BH Monday. Rooms are basic but do the job. Food isn't great, white meat often looked like it wasn't cooked thoroughly which was massively off putting, especially at 8 months pregnant. Loved the place, great location on the beach, staff friendly and prices very reasonable. We went end of September when most places were closing for the season so that was dissapointing but had a lovely relaxing break all the same. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable. The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'. Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

A great place, worth the money. Nice staff, especially the tall gentleman from reception. The room was big, the pool was clean, and they even brought a topper for the bed(they were 2 single beds). The food here is amazing – some of the best chicken bites, fries, and pizza I’ve ever tried! I had the chance to talk to the owner, who told me they only use fresh meat and quality ingredients. No frozen or pre-made products – everything is cooked on the spot. You can really tell by the taste. Highly recommended!

The best restaurant in Sunny Beach, we visit it every year. They have the best chicken and the band is playing some lovely music that everybody knows. The holiday at this hotel was amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainers were amazing and the program was great too. The drinks and all the staff were the best. I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean. The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. Lovely apartment, good view, food is slightly above average of the typical Bulgarian low cost all inclusive, staff friendly but check in poor. You wont get lunch on your first day or even a drink until after 2pm, nor will you have access to your room.
