Hotels with beach in Nessebar

The sandy beach is lovely, there are many pools and the aquapark is open for a long time (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, which is longer then in other similar hotels)

Nice beach, fresh but cold outdoor pools. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for families with older teenagers, but families with small kids, absolutely. As long as you like to smoke or inhale other people's smoke

However it is annoying to see that you cannot get a single piece of baklava half an hour after the opening of the restaurant because dozen pieces are taken out by some other guests, who then leave it at their table as a waste

It is not the hotel's failure that many guests cannot behave appropriately in an all you can eat restaurant and they take out extreme amount of food, which they cannot eat and therefore the level of wasted food is very high

Maybe the best all-inclusive hotel at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There are so many kiosks in the garden where you can eat various and delicious food like paella, panini, burgers, fish and chips, etc

Went here for the first time in 2022 with some friends and met the love if my life here. Excepting our first child in October! The hotel is wonderful and so is the staff

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

We were at SOL mare July with ITAKA. Thanks to the reception for putting us in two adjacent rooms. The kids didn't want to leave the last day:) We will visit the hotel again☺️

We've had a few vacations of this type in the past. I have to write that I was a bit worried about Bulgaria, but the experience here has been a very pleasant surprise

All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long

Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

We booked into the Italian restaurant and the food was beautiful, I really enjoyed the baked egg plant dish. The staff on the bars were also friendly but Antonio and Imren on the lobby bar are a credit to the hotel

They made us feel really welcome and always had time to talk to us, always greeting us with a smile! The icing on the cake was the weather being beautiful all week! We hope we can return next year

The view was fabulous, looking out at the Black Sea. Food at the main dining hall was fantastic with each morning, afternoon and evening offering some slight variety in the choice of food

It is our second holiday in this clean, well-kept and strategically located family-run beachfront residence: very quiet but a ten-minute walk from Forio Porto and well connected to all the attractions of Ischia

Comfy room and nice breakfast. Chris, the owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Location is great for nessebar beach, shops and transport links

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

Probably upset that we complained, the cleaning staff just threw some towels on the bed the next day, changed the trash, and tossed a roll of toilet paper somewhere, without bothering to vacuum the floor, even though it is a beachside hotel

Liked · Awesome view from he apartment and terrace/balcony. Probably most convenient place in New Nessebar for the beach and reaching the Old Nessebar. Definitely recommend and will be back if in Nessebar

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location, right next to the beach, the low price, and also the pool, which was a useful alternative when the wind was too strong at the beach

Disliked · There were no broom to wipe sand which comes from the beach. Microwave would be very convenient, but there was not. Bathroom with at least curtains would be much more convenient

After the second night, housekeeping stopped coming, so we went to the reception ourselves to ask for toilet paper and clean towels

Even though the door was locked and we shouted that we were inside and changing clothes, she came in anyway. So, be prepared with a lot of patience. Breakfast was abundant, but the food was poor

Nice, clean hotel, very close to the beach and best restaurants in Old Town Nessebar, in a quiet area.

Comfortable rooms with a pretty garden to drink coffee mornings. The climatisation keeps the temperature cold in the rooms during summer heats. Very warm welcome, the owner was really nice

Excellent location, quiet, clean, discreet, cute patio, small grocery store just around the corner (fresh local fruits!!!). Also really nice hosts.

Very close to the boardwalks which takes you to the incredible beach. Although we stayed very much out of season, the hotel remained quite busy

Had a wonderful stay at imperial hotel in sunny beach all the staff where extremely pleasant especially Rado who couldn’t do enough for you made our stay amazing and extremely helpful on our last day with where to freshen up before transfer to the airport what facilities where still available to us on our all inclusive my advice if you leaving late the all inclusive is only available for the lunchtime...

The rooms are cleaned every day top service. The bar staff can't do enough for you . The swimming pool is very warm and cleaned every day

Do not leave any open food products on the floor as there will be an army of ants in it at the morning. The sunbeds are reserved with a towels before 10 am so be early if you want to have a spot

The best part of the Hotel is that its located only 500 meters from the Beach. Two sunbeds and a pafasol costs 27 BGN and if you wants, there is also free spots on a Beach where you can go with your own towel

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel is in a great location and not a long walk to get to the main ***** of Sunny Beach and the beautiful beach

Overall, this hotel is great and I would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Sunny Beach!

The main room had a sofa, foldout bed, fridge, desk and a TV. The bedroom had a large bed, wardrobe, coat and shoe rack, desk and a TV. The reception area is clean and always staffed. The bar opens from 11 am until 11 pm

The restaurant, on the second floor, is spacious and you also have the option to eat on the veranda. With three sitings for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty of time to sample the various dishes

Last visit in September booked a family room excellent and the pool bar run by Vasko and Vlado fantastic the guys are great

The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor

Just to know: nobody tells you before but you have to pay 15 Lev’s/day for two seats and an umbrella, because the hotel doesn’t have its own beach

The staff were friendly and helpful. If we needed something like an iron they had it. Tania one of the chefs was amazing, made us feel at home. We had great service at the bar too

Evrething was perfect,rooms ,service and location! Specially I like the animation! There is 3 kids who are very lovely and very polite! This 3 kids they make me feel child again I really enjoy dancing with them !

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! We have had the most amazing time. On arrival we were greeted at reception, checked in and had our luggage taken upstairs to the 5th floor for us

If we needed to ask a question such as where is the bus stop or the free bus to the aqua park they were more than happy to help and even allowed us to take a picture of the bus routes

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water

Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.

The only small minus I would see is the cleaning, because the employees often do not have time to clean the whole hotel's area and calmly sweep under your feet while you are eating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

An ideal hotel for families with children. They have a really large selection of dishes that will delight not only with their appearance but also with their taste. You can also try a large amount of seafood

They enjoy their work and it is clear that they sincerely care about the children. They put in all their effort, which is ultimately reflected in the children's bright eyes

Almost every evening is themed, with various shows that follow after dinner. A wonderful team of animators takes care of the rich program for children

If I visit Sunny Beach again in the future, I will definitely consider this hotel

There was tons of sunbeds & parasols available and they provide towels if you want. The animation team were excellent, a lovely bunch of people. All the staff were friendly throughout the hotel

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

The only negative is the very cold pool, but we always warmed up in the water gymnastics with the animator Lara, she did not let us freeze

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

The beach area - sunbeds are on the second line, most with bird droppings after the night, which no one cleaned. The restaurant is a separate part that spoils all the good impressions of the hotel

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

We stayed 3 days in MPM Hotel Astoria. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Reception was very helpful and the whole hotel was tidy and had a good vibe. No lines to the bar neither in the restaurant

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel

In front of the hotel on the beach there is a beach bar and massages. The beach there is perfect!! And the price is small for that you get there ! Best vacation !!!

It's a very busy part of town so if you want to be in the mix this is where you should go if you want a quieter stay look and going much further up the strip where it is a more sleepy vibe, but I've got no complaints thanks for the great memories

The outdoor pool is a bit cold in September, but the indoor pool is still hot and there is a sauna. The beach is about 3 minutes away, right next to the strip

Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the beach and an easy stroll to shops, bars etc. special mentions for Anastasia at the pool bar, she was always so friendly & she made the best drinks

The whole hotel is modern, there are several bars and there is a continuous programme of activities during the day - and in the evening there are shows, which are surprisingly entertaining and of high quality

Great hotel, I was there in summer 2023. Loved the atmosphere, service, decorations, music, location, games and animations (foam party in the pool was awesome!). The food and coffee were delicious. I surely recommend.

The meals are as varied as possible, snack bar during the day plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. Surprisingly good quality of everything, sometimes the meat was raw though

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

I left my bag with new cosmetics in the belongings room. I asked to keep it for a few weeks. I asked if it was okay and nothing would happen to it. I returned to the hotel again for 3 nights

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

They were constantly cleaning. One area I think needs sorting is the hot tub in the spa area, buttons didnt work, water was murky and the outflow was green. All staff work hard all day every day

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

The location is perfect with a short walk to the private beach with loungers and umbrellas affording shade and comfort from the heat
