An excellent hotel. The attentive and polite owner, Pascal, is always ready to help and offer advice. It's clean, neat, and no-frills for a relaxing stay. Everything is within walking distance: the embankment, the sea, shops, and the bus station.

The location was very good, the host and the staff were friendly. The only thing that made me give a slightly lower rating is the cleanliness. There is a lot to be desired, it was quite dirty and a bit old inside, especially the doors. I am writing this more as a recommendation than as a criticism. If there were no hairs stuck in the fridge and dust everywhere, I would come to this hotel every summer

The place is very quiet and peaceful, 3 minutes from the stop in the center of the Old Town. Perfect location for the beach and mud therapy. The hosts are very kind and responsive.

Just happy with everything! We rented a studio with a balcony at the end of August for 5 days. The room is comfortable, spacious, clean, with a kitchenette, with everything you need (air conditioning, TV, excellent Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle, dishes, dining table and even a safe in the room. There is a balcony on the north non-sunny side, which is also ok, there is a clothes dryer...

Very central located, close to the centre of the town and to the beach. Very clean. I did arrive very late, however the night team member (or owners) picked up the phone from the second ring, opened the door and welcome me. In the room had a fridge, TV, and most important AC. Beautiful view, quiet and reasonably priced

The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room.

The location ist the best possible: it's two steps from the beach and restaurants (1 minute walk) and still completely quiet, as it is hidden in a "secret" lane. There is no noise at all! At the 4th floor the is a romantic view on the roofs of the old city. The balcony is big enough. The water pressure is very good. Mini-fridge is silent. Curtains are dense. The sun doesn't disturb...

Family hotel with a very good location in the Old Town. Close to the beach, the center, as well as some of the good restaurants. The owners are cool people. They help with everything, very understanding and pleasant. The rooms are relatively small. I have some comments about the bathroom - the showers are not OK, there are no shelves. The terraces are very small and unusable.

A great hotel, clean throughout, friendly staff, comfortable and cozy rooms, and a huge plus—the large balcony. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a glass of beer in the evening. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the sea and beaches. By the way, the best beer is at Birra Bulgaria, which has a great selection of beer and fish. We'll be your customers again!

The best location in the town. The room had the basics to take you through 10-20 or even more days-long vacation. The owner/ manager was very kind, supportive and understanding.
