An excellent hotel. The attentive and polite owner, Pascal, is always ready to help and offer advice. It's clean, neat, and no-frills for a relaxing stay. Everything is within walking distance: the embankment, the sea, shops, and the bus station.

The location was very good, the host and the staff were friendly. The only thing that made me give a slightly lower rating is the cleanliness. There is a lot to be desired, it was quite dirty and a bit old inside, especially the doors. I am writing this more as a recommendation than as a criticism. If there were no hairs stuck in the fridge and dust everywhere, I would come to this hotel every summer

The place is very quiet and peaceful, 3 minutes from the stop in the center of the Old Town. Perfect location for the beach and mud therapy. The hosts are very kind and responsive.

Beautiful view, quiet and reasonably priced

The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room.

The location ist the best possible: it's two steps from the beach and restaurants (1 minute walk) and still completely quiet, as it is hidden in a "secret" lane. There is no noise at all! At the 4th floor the is a romantic view on the roofs of the old city. The balcony is big enough. The water pressure is very good. Mini-fridge is silent. Curtains are dense. Family hotel with a very good location in the Old Town. Close to the beach, the center, as well as some of the good restaurants. The owners are cool people. They help with everything, very understanding and pleasant. The rooms are relatively small. I have some comments about the bathroom - the showers are not OK, there are no shelves. The terraces are very small and unusable.

A great hotel, clean throughout, friendly staff, comfortable and cozy rooms, and a huge plus—the large balcony. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a glass of beer in the evening. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the sea and beaches. By the way, the best beer is at Birra Bulgaria, which has a great selection of beer and fish. The best location in the town. The room had the basics to take you through 10-20 or even more days-long vacation. The owner/ manager was very kind, supportive and understanding.

Very nice and cozy. The beach is about 200m. and the owners are terribly kind and positive people. The rooms are very cozy and with nice views. I recommend with both hands.

Clean rooms, large bathroom and terrace. Close to the southern beach of Ravda, also to the center 4-5 min. Kind hosts. Parking is paid 5 lv per day, which is nothing compared to other places.

Excellent place to relax! Extremely clean, neat and well maintained, comfortable rooms. The location is perfect - close to the main street with restaurants and to the beaches, at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. All this at very reasonable prices for overnight stays. I would be happy to visit it again.

I’m not sure why the reviews don’t mention the parrot. It’s really cute, though I personally struggled to sleep because of it, you can hear it rumbling from every floor.

The Hotel is very good. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the check-in and check-out was smooth and took no more than 5 minutes combined. We stayed for one night and you couldn't really ask for much more from the stay. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

The place is nice and has a lot of potential. The food was tasty, it needs a bit of diversity at breakfast. The rooms are clean but neglected. We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. They are just annoying. A day before our leave, their population reduced. Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated. Right now it's an ugly accessorie to this place.

I've never been in this hotel but the N bar under the hotel it is amazing. This is the the best place in this city with flavors cocktails and one of the guy I am thinking he is the owner he is fabulous. Thank you and we will be your client again.

A whole day without water (not hotel's fault) was problematic. Also our room was never cleaned in 3 night stay - although requested. Shower curtain round small shower which I personally dislike. Waitress in restaurant gave us no eye contact or speech - just threw the menus down onto table. We ate elsewhere! Apart from all that we had a relaxing few days.

Love it. Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Bed was comfortable. Nothing has really stood out but I still really recommend it. Perhaps because of the views of the sea. Reception staff is super friendly and the restaurant gives good service too.

Family owned hotel - very cute family, all are kind and respectful! Lovely people. However, the lack of black-out curtains and the super soft mattresses makes sleep qualify not so good. If you can sleep with transparent curtains, you would like it, because the owners are very sweet and kind.

Definitely something with the rooms cleaning should be improved. A lovely family Hotel with good kitchen / restaurant at ground floor. I enjoyed a weekend at the place and i decided it was the best value for the price I paid. I was going around and saw other Hotels but none of them was in good conditions or the surrounding was as quite like at this place. But even it was quite with a little walk you was in the center and get all what you needed.

Really nice restaurant! Quick and super friendly service. They've got a kids menu and a trampoline and all the vegetarian dishes are highlighted in the menu, so you don't have to guess. Tasty food, huge choice of desserts and good prices.

The people at family hotel “Stemak” were so professional and sweet. The hotel is a 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. The food store is 100 m away. There’s also a pharmacy close to the hotel. Near the beach there is a big alley where we rode a bike, had a walk and ate at a restaurant. What a lovely time in Pomorie!

Location was great. There were markets, an exchange office, places for breakfast, pubs nearby.

The hotel is very good, clean, with nice location, there are many restaurants and shops around and it is very close to the beach. The staff is very nice and friendly, they helped us with everything that we asked for, including keeping our luggage after checking out, so we could enjoy our last day at Pomorie before we leave. We will visit the hotel again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay.I appreciate the cleanliness and the very responsive and polite people working there.The location is also a big advantage because there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach is very easy for little kids.

Clean and close to the center of the new town of Pomorie. Stayed in one of the flats. It is reasonably priced however no plates, or cutlery. No kitchen area really. Just 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat we had had really bad WiFi reception. Other than that for holiday accommodation it is good.

Great apartment hotel right on the beach in Pomerie. Had balconies overlooking the Black Sea and the lake in front.

The hotel itself is great, our flat was spacious and very modern with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. It's a bit of a walk to the town centre, but on the positives it's far from all the noise. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of cleaning, there seemed to be housekeeping present only on check out.

This hotel was alright for a 2 night stay. I was given room furthest away from the wifi router which made it hard to stream shows perfectly. The room was fine and Belcony ok but no chair to sit on. The staff(owners l) do not speak a word of English so can not ask them any questions but they were pleasant.
