the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

First line, decent food and rooms, but there are difficulties everywhere.

We found the little shop over priced I got charged for 2 bottles of water goggles and a little toy 48lev. The swimming pools where a nice size and plenty of sunbeds to choose from

First night we paid 125 lev for the 3 of us for dinner, which all we had was pizza and chips! Me and my grandson have not been for a breakfast yet, my partner goes though, we are at the snackbar which only consists of pizza, fries, pork burger, my grandson was really hungry , so got a pork burger and I was charged 8 lev, I'm furious as we are not eating any breakfast, oh and if he wanted fries...

My daughter now has to to to AA meeting for the amount of free ice creams she had 🤣 By the Wednesday we noticed one pool being shut which we was a little unhappy about but then it didn't put a damper to the holiday as there was another pool to go to

Also the 2 pool bars had plenty of drink

So we came for a week to the sunset resort. First thought was omg what a beautiful building the rooms where spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and also shower wash was provided which was a nice touch

Also we had a bottle of water and coffee provided. We liked the keyless entry to rooms so you entered the room with a wrist band which was a nice touch again

Indeed, we had booked and paid for our stay from October 13th to October 24th, 2025, but due to a sudden rise in my blood pressure, I was rushed to the hospital where an abnormal rise was found due to the sulfur contained in the hotel's thermal pool We presented the doctor's note noting the rise in pressure and accepted by the hotel

Best location, amazing breakfast options, very large rooms, impressive wellness area; the parking situation is a bit tricky - but the service is over all friendly! The staff is helpful and the mineral pools are a dream! Just on the black sea beach with amazing view in first row

I am staying here now and I am shocked how inaccurate all negative reviews are , the hotel is gorgeous- great spa with many saunas and pools, fantastic medical procedures, close to shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the centre

Direct access to a gorgeous beach- pure heaven! The only slight criticism is , where I agree with some other peoples comments- it would be nice to have a tour desk or at least some info about sightseeing available

The SPA is not bad. I can't imagine how crowded it is if the hotel is even half booked, but out of the season it's fine

Otherwise I truly recommend this hotel for those who want to spend relaxing quality time and improve their health

There are two pools, the busy one closest to the hotel ( this is because it serves cocktails and beers) the other pool only serves fruit just, hot drinks and wine, you can get freshly squeezed orange juice between the times of 9:30 am and 10: 30am and then an hour in the afternoon, the staff prepare it earlier so can be warm when you get it

Don't buy anything from the shops near to the hotel, walk a little in towards town and it ALOT cheaper. Nessebar is a nice day out, sunny beach is like Benidorm

Please make sure your littles ones can swim and that you supervise them at all times in the pool, we found the lifeguards sleep a lot or on their phones

We also saw the lifeguard clean the side if the pool with bleach, a lot of our swimwear is now green

Bathroom tiles had mould and shower could of been cleaner. Food was good, plenty of choice, there was a lot of pork. The fresh bar offers pizza, hotdogs, fries and burgers

We were a family of 5 and had two rooms, the one room ran out of shampoo and conditioner, we had to ask 4 times, the fourth time being more forceful to get them filled up

Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

I would be very happy to share my positive review for this hotel on as many platforms as possible, because good hotels deserve fair recognition

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. First, booking and check-in were organized effectively, we had no problems even though our flight landed late in Bourgas. The room was spotless, with a perfect view

We absolutely loved our time at this hotel. We arrived early in the afternoon, so we had a couple of hours to wait before we could access our room. We were able to access all amenities, though

We had a junior suite at the corner of the left wing. It was very spacious, and we had great views of the entire complex. The shower is separate from the toilet, and there are 2 sinks just outside

The room is open plan, bar the toilet and shower cubicles, so I dont think I'd book that room when my kids are older as there wasn't much privacy when getting changed. The buffet restaurant was kept very clean

The tables, floors, and serving areas are constantly cleared of food. There was a wide variety of food served at every meal, but it didn't vary too much from night to night. All food was very well cooked

Lots for the kids to eat including their own section with pasta, sauce, dessert, actimel, baby food. It's fabulous, really well thought out

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

The view was bad and the flies were very bad but the pool was very nice and the floaties were good this is my review

Perfect location, everything else needs improvement, but still the location is unique.

Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Nothing has really stood out but I still really recommend it

We stayed here for one night and it is brilliant, the room was very spacious with a very big bed and the shower cubicle was large the staff are very friendly and welcoming the food from the restaurant at the hotel is delicious they have lots of outdoor seating with lovely views I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes a relaxing time with good food 👍

Big and clean room with a view to the black sea. Location very convenient, so close to the center of the area. Simple and tasty breakfast. I surly would stay in this place again!

I would like to share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel!! First of all the location is perfect ! With incredible view! The hotel and rooms are super clean ! The restaurant is perfect with delicious food, also this hotel has free breakfast , which includes up to 7 options to choose from

Have eaten at the restaurant many times. Menu is excellent with variety of cusine to suit many tastes. Staff are friendly and professional

By the way, the sea is clean, sandy beaches with thick sand bottom, the entrance to the sea is gently sloping, suitable for children, 10 meters from the shore is still small, you can lie on the beach and not be afraid for bathing the baby

The restaurant was just perfect. Everything was fancy. The food was very delicious and fresh. Great service, very friendly. We eated everyday there for our stay in the town.

The hotel is situated practically on the seafront, in a quiet location, well suited for a family holiday. My son lived in the Studio -a bedroom and a lounge-living room

Fans of discos and noisy guests would not recommend, but for those who like to fall asleep to the sound of the sea from the open window -very nice

Nice place to stay in the centre of Pomorie. No lift or elevator either, no help with luggage. Rooms clean and large with balcony

Supposed to have free breakfast but they were going to charge us for it so decided not to eat there

View to north is exquisite :) between lake and sea. The staff care is felt all the time with owner present as well :). Small issue with no specific parking. Also a bit pricey for all the value and the family claims

Hotel with great location and view. Be prepared that personal on the reception does not speak English very well. We had a room with sea view and it was really great. Rooms are clean but it can be better

Personnel is very friendly and helpful and you can notice that everything is kept exceptionally clean by a team that loves their jobs!

We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach

The location ist the best possible: it's two steps from the beach and restaurants (1 minute walk) and still completely quiet, as it is hidden in a "secret" lane

The sun doesn't disturb here, it takes only a small part of the balcony, so the climate is very pleasant inside, even if you dont use air conditioning

There is no noise at all! At the 4th floor the is a romantic view on the roofs of the old city. The water pressure is very good

The hotel itself is great, our flat was spacious and very modern with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. It's a bit of a walk to the town centre, but on the positives it's far from all the noise

My favorite place for vacation ! Good restorant and food The beech is in front of the Hotel .There is no all inclusive ,but you are free to go walking distance in the old city

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of cleaning, there seemed to be housekeeping present only on check out
