The location ist the best possible: it's two steps from the beach and restaurants (1 minute walk) and still completely quiet, as it is hidden in a "secret" lane. There is no noise at all! At the 4th floor the is a romantic view on the roofs of the old city. The balcony is big enough. The water pressure is very good. Mini-fridge is silent. Curtains are dense. The sun doesn't disturb...

Cosiness and space. Good location, clean and nice. Grocery store 15 meters and beach 30 meters. Good internet and attitude.

Clean rooms, large bathroom and terrace. Close to the southern beach of Ravda, also to the center 4-5 min. Kind hosts. Parking is paid 5 lv per day, which is nothing compared to other places.

Excellent place to relax! Extremely clean, neat and well maintained, comfortable rooms. The location is perfect - close to the main street with restaurants and to the beaches, at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. All this at very reasonable prices for overnight stays. I would be happy to visit it again.

Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. Special thanks for Teodor who is part of the lobby bar team, Peter and Reneta who always support us and make our holidays amazing. Always happy to be back!

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent...

This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.

5 stars for the overall experience. Rooms, location, service. The waiters have also been great. Especially Daniel has been super attentive. He deserves a raise! Thanks for having us this off-season.

This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

Good balance between price and quality. Best for families as most of the animation team activities were for children. Rooms are good and large. There were 2 air conditioners in the room. Food is great with lots of varieties. Alcohol is quite light :D

the hotel was GREAT, it had good kids entertainment good dances I can say that the animators do their work with enthusiasm and love and I'd like to go back just to dance with them,the hotel has various choices of tasty food and the rooms were good with aircon and free WiFi

I've read some bad reviews but I disagree.. y'all are crazy. The rooms need a little work but are big, clean and comfortable. The food is great, great choice. Kids entertainers was just the best. Close to the beach, pools are perfect for all ages.

The hotel is advertised as a 4 star it is not. We are a English family. Most of the staff didn't speak English or very very little. All instructions of all inclusive were in Bulgarian, there was no English version available. We did use Google translate which was good. Great apartment hotel right on the beach in Pomerie. Had balconies overlooking the Black Sea and the lake in front.

The hotel itself is great, our flat was spacious and very modern with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. It's a bit of a walk to the town centre, but on the positives it's far from all the noise. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of cleaning, there seemed to be housekeeping present only on check out.

Beautiful view, quiet and reasonably priced

The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room.

All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. Family hotel with a very good location in the Old Town. Close to the beach, the center, as well as some of the good restaurants. The owners are cool people. They help with everything, very understanding and pleasant. The rooms are relatively small. I have some comments about the bathroom - the showers are not OK, there are no shelves. The terraces are very small and unusable.

A great hotel, clean throughout, friendly staff, comfortable and cozy rooms, and a huge plus—the large balcony. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a glass of beer in the evening. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the sea and beaches. By the way, the best beer is at Birra Bulgaria, which has a great selection of beer and fish. The best location in the town. The room had the basics to take you through 10-20 or even more days-long vacation. The owner/ manager was very kind, supportive and understanding.

This hotel was alright for a 2 night stay. I was given room furthest away from the wifi router which made it hard to stream shows perfectly. The room was fine and Belcony ok but no chair to sit on. The staff(owners l) do not speak a word of English so can not ask them any questions but they were pleasant. The location is nice and view ok but I asked for higher room when I booked which they obviously...

Even in the winter season the hotel is working and they provide you everything you need. The staff if amazing - really nice and helpful. Best thing - location and balcony view!
