We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Special thanks to Sofia from the reception for her kindness and for allowing us a late check out - it made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My husband and I wanted a quiet week away for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed! Very peaceful and quiet. Situated on the beach and a couple of supermarkets nearby. We asked for a late checkout and Tanya and Sofia were happy to accommodate us, thank you and keep smiling!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.

5 stars for the overall experience. Rooms, location, service. The waiters have also been great. Especially Daniel has been super attentive. He deserves a raise! Thanks for having us this off-season.

This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

I've read some bad reviews but I disagree.. y'all are crazy. The rooms need a little work but are big, clean and comfortable. The food is great, great choice. Kids entertainers was just the best. Close to the beach, pools are perfect for all ages.

I’m going there to play squash, because there are two courts in the hotel. Not sure about everything else, but the courts are good enough. The restaurants inside the complex are also nice.

Nice and quiet place in Aheloy with 2 pools, very near to the sea shore

If it weren’t for the stench from the nearby sewage treatment plant, the sea full of algae, and the lack of more organized infrastructure such as a promenade or sidewalks, this place would be beautiful.

Nice facilities,rooms,great food and service. The parking is paid and bring your own beach umbrellas (not enough). A lot of people from Poland, Ukraine and Czech Republic.

First time visiting this complex. Amazing place. Great pools, bars and restaurants. Everything you might need is available on-site. Next year we will be back for sure!

First line located gated holiday complex with 2 Pool areas, Restaurants, Supermarket, Gym and Wellness. Very friendly service and a good place for a relaxed family vacation.

The resort hotels in this seaside city are right on the beach, which is very comfortable.
