the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

First line, decent food and rooms, but there are difficulties everywhere.

Best location, amazing breakfast options, very large rooms, impressive wellness area; the parking situation is a bit tricky - but the service is over all friendly! The staff is helpful and the mineral pools are a dream! Just on the black sea beach with amazing view in first row.

The SPA is not bad. I can't imagine how crowded it is if the hotel is even half booked, but out of the season it's fine

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. I was wrong. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is. Had a lovely 5 nights here. Bedrooms huge and had X2 small double beds as singles. Fabulous seaview from the balcony. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and there is something for all. Desserts were amazing. We got the names of everyone we were served by which was much appreciated. Easy walk across the bridge directly onto the beach. Great place and great service! Really loved the Holiday Program, the live music, and the bands! Also quite nice is the SPA Area with salt water.

One night stay at beginning of the Bulgarian adventure. Staff were great, very helpful and welcoming (although not particularly smiley). July 2025 The hotel is OK, staff are not chatty or particularly helpful. Smoking is a real issue here, we wanted to sit outside for our meals but there were a lot of people who smoked, even in the rooms i woke up one morning and could smell smoke in the room, i went out in the corridor and it stank. We had literally the best stay here. Kitchen-briliant, the chef really knows how to cook delicious soups, meat and All kind of sauces.. wide range of food for breakfast, Lunch, dinner, meantime you Can get food from snack bar- i was sad there was mostly fried snacks like fries, burgers and pizza.. was expecting some melon or something not so fat during a day. We stayed at Festa Via Pontica for a few days and really enjoyed it. The staff at the reception were super friendly and always ready to help - it made a great first impression. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned regularly during our stay, which we really appreciated. It just felt easy and relaxing. The location is great too - close to the beach and perfect for a summer getaway...

Just got home after staying 7 nights here with the family and it was an amazing holiday. Literally covered everything we need from nice rooms great food and great selection of drinks and snacks. All the staff work so hard and especially the entertainments team (Peter, Hrizz, Lea, Stefan, Yoni, Natali) who really made our holiday special with fun amd games and dancing. They always go above and beyond...

Have just come back from an absolute amazing time at Festa Via Pontica. The whole place was so clean. The linen in our room was changed every other day including clean towels ! Beds available at any time by the pool or beach. The bar staff were friendly and more than happy to make cocktails ! Food was decent...a bit limited at times, but was better than most. The wine tasting night was a nice...

Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Plastic slippery and plastic swimming suits are a no no. You are given...

Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

The rooms were very clean which is the main consideration for me. Beds were fine. The restaurant of the hotel has excellent food. However, the hallway and elevator smelled strongly of urine. The spa facilities need paint and updating. The breakfast area not very clean.

We absolutely loved our time at this hotel. Chek-in was very quick. We arrived early in the afternoon, so we had a couple of hours to wait before we could access our room. We were able to access all amenities, though. We had a junior suite at the corner of the left wing. It was very spacious, and we had great views of the entire complex. The shower is separate from the toilet, and there are 2 sinks...

Travelled as a couple but part of a larger group inc kids/teens. Hotel is modern (build 2019), extremely clean and has friendly staff. Pool areas are great with a massive central pool, 16+ pool/area, activity pool and four water slides/ aqua area. There is also a spa with internal pool and Jacuzzi. One buffet restaurant, three à la carte and food court. Four bars - main building, pool, food court...

Wow - where to start? Put simply - if you want a top quality hotel with great food/drinks and amazing staff then this is the place for you. Absolutely nothing to fault - it's that good. The natural mud bath and salt lake by the sea was a hidden gem. A bonus was the 12 minute journey from Borgas airport.

Great hotel! We had a fabulous family maisonette with was great with our 3 children aged 7-9. Food was lovely, room and hotel environment were clean. Great swimming pools and a really nice snack restaurant at the pool. The entertainment team was absolutely superb! Kiko and his team were doing a fantastic job to make our holiday memorable! So please make over my big compliments to them!

The hotel was gorgeous, super clean, people were always round emptying bins and sweeping up, the cleanest hotel I've been to. Room was massive and well appointed, beds were really comfy. Food was delicious and probably the best we've had at an all inclusive. Lots of fresh meat and fish, loads of lovely salads. Lots for the kids to eat including their own section with pasta, sauce, dessert, actimel...

I love everything about this place.The staff is so nice and respectful.I almost never switch up my order at any place accept at this restaurant because all the food is just wonderful.They improved their cooking a lot over the years.Me and my perants have been coming here for the past 9 years in a row and we don't intend of stopping

Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. Special thanks for Teodor who is part of the lobby bar team, Peter and Reneta who always support us and make our holidays amazing. Always happy to be back!

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent...

This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.

5 stars for the overall experience. Rooms, location, service. The waiters have also been great. Especially Daniel has been super attentive. He deserves a raise! Thanks for having us this off-season.

This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

Good all inclusive, weak staff

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, but the bed was very unconfortable...The bath-hub was stucked(the water didn went away).The food was not good at all and it was the same every day...The price is too high for what you receive.

Very clean, staff friendly, food good. Had many a good night in the Green Bar connected to the hotel. Short walk to the beech and water park . Small supermarket near by. For me the only negitive is there is no actual Bar . You can get drinks with your meal or at the small pool bar but nowhere to sit and socialize. But me and my family had a great time!
