Warm welcome from all the staff. Hotel is in middle of nowhere . But that not the hotels fault. The rooms were cleaned everyday and mini bars filled . Taxis are expensive. Best location, amazing breakfast options, very large rooms, impressive wellness area; the parking situation is a bit tricky - but the service is over all friendly! The staff is helpful and the mineral pools are a dream! Just on the black sea beach with amazing view in first row.

I am staying here now and I am shocked how inaccurate all negative reviews are , the hotel is gorgeous- great spa with many saunas and pools, fantastic medical procedures, close to shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the centre. I have stayed for 5 nights for mini vacations with my wife and her sister. The hotel is a very beautiful building in the centre of the town. The rooms are OK, but need a kind of renovation. For a 4-star hotel, it should offer more things in the room, for example slippers for bath. Cleaning of roon was available every day and very early. We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated. Right now it's an ugly accessorie to this place.

The hotel has excellent location about 200 meters from the beach. The room was very clean, spacious and we had a wonderful view of the sea. The bed was big and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast tasty and varied. Nothing to complain about.

A lovely family Hotel with good kitchen / restaurant at ground floor. I enjoyed a weekend at the place and i decided it was the best value for the price I paid. I was going around and saw other Hotels but none of them was in good conditions or the surrounding was as quite like at this place.
