The hotel needs improvements , customer service was great, specially in restaurant. Thank you to Ani, Valentine and others cooks and servers. Please forgive me for the names. Evenings and lunches, restaurant do not provide tap water to customers. We must to buy bottled water in plastics if we are trusty and this situation was very disappointing to us. The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. I was wrong. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is. Had a lovely 5 nights here. Bedrooms huge and had X2 small double beds as singles. Fabulous seaview from the balcony. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and there is something for all. Desserts were amazing. We got the names of everyone we were served by which was much appreciated. Easy walk across the bridge directly onto the beach. Disappointed of the Spa zone: overcrowded, Steam Bath out of order, infrared bath was not working properly...too cool, Salt room- out of order too... Please, take care about the mildew in bathroom...Lighting in bathrobe looks like home made, lamp is blinking and an electricity noice can be heard...doesn't seem to be safe. Dust over phoneset and furniture, dirty drain in bathroom- full of hairs; spots...

Great place and great service! Really loved the Holiday Program, the live music, and the bands! Also quite nice is the SPA Area with salt water.

I love everything about this place.The staff is so nice and respectful.I almost never switch up my order at any place accept at this restaurant because all the food is just wonderful.They improved their cooking a lot over the years.Me and my perants have been coming here for the past 9 years in a row and we don't intend of stopping

Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. Special thanks for Teodor who is part of the lobby bar team, Peter and Reneta who always support us and make our holidays amazing. Always happy to be back!

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent...

5 stars for the overall experience. Rooms, location, service. The waiters have also been great. Especially Daniel has been super attentive. He deserves a raise! Thanks for having us this off-season.

This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

First line, decent food and rooms, but there are difficulties everywhere.
