The resort hotels in this seaside city are right on the beach, which is very comfortable.

Best location, amazing breakfast options, very large rooms, impressive wellness area; the parking situation is a bit tricky - but the service is over all friendly! The staff is helpful and the mineral pools are a dream! Just on the black sea beach with amazing view in first row.

The SPA is not bad. I can't imagine how crowded it is if the hotel is even half booked, but out of the season it's fine

I am staying here now and I am shocked how inaccurate all negative reviews are , the hotel is gorgeous- great spa with many saunas and pools, fantastic medical procedures, close to shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the centre. I have stayed for 5 nights for mini vacations with my wife and her sister. The hotel is a very beautiful building in the centre of the town. The rooms are OK, but need a kind of renovation. I've never been in this hotel but the N bar under the hotel it is amazing. This is the the best place in this city with flavors cocktails and one of the guy I am thinking he is the owner he is fabulous. Thank you and we will be your client again.

A whole day without water (not hotel's fault) was problematic. Also our room was never cleaned in 3 night stay - although requested. Shower curtain round small shower which I personally dislike. Waitress in restaurant gave us no eye contact or speech - just threw the menus down onto table. We ate elsewhere! Apart from all that we had a relaxing few days.

Love it. Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Bed was comfortable. Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. The hotel is situated right next to the sea and offers great views to its guests. The room was nice and clean and from the balcony we could look at the beautiful Black Sea. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they make you feel at home. Thank you! We will definitely come again!

I like it very much. It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea. That works too.

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic, and the animators organized fun contests, morning workouts, and water slides. And there was so much more! A paradise for both children and adults.

We love location of this hotel. The rooms with sea view have the sandy beach below and you can hear the waves all through the night. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Hotel is actually ok, but depending on who is in duty , service can be ridiculeous. It is not an high end hotel, but ok fuctionning air conditionning, clean, good beds . We had a great stay! The employees were nice, cleaning every day, nice rooms and amazing location. The shower tap was very sensitive and could benefit from renovation. The pool was not heated, but considering the hot weather, it was not a terrible issue. The rooms could benefit from smart-tv. Nice appartment. Very close to the beach (aprox. 5-7 min walk), has access to the pool downstairs and it is cozy. The only thing is that the cleanliness could be improved, meaning that the bathroom didn’t exactly look like it was just cleaned. Otherwise, a good quality for the money.

Had a great stay at the Continental park hotel. Rooms are spacious enough. The bed is big, balcony with a view of the interior garden. Toilet's ventilation isn't working. Not to mention the shades, which make night out of day, in case you need an extra rest. A natural spot, not new and fancy but well maintained, from cleaning to garden attention. Will recommend and visit again.

I went to hotel dunav last june. Rooms are big little bit wonky could be better. The location is good, big walking street within a kilometer. The bad thing about the hotel it that the meat in the hotel resturant is RAW and my step dad got food poisoning from it. Room was what you pay for with decent views of the souring area and sometimes the sea depending on your room, however its beside the main road and can be very loud at times so earplugs is recommended. cleaners do well and are always near by. breakfast was sufficient and does the job but don’t expect nothing amazing. the staff are friendly. and the lobby and bar are sweet

Nice hotel and a lovely family that run it, hotel is in a nice spot as when you step outside it's a short walk to shops and bars also it's not far from the beach. Just needs more people doing half board as the evening meals wasn't really that good but the evening meals for our last 2 nights where brill as 50 Hungarians stayed at the hotel.

Was here last week 14th - 21st may with my daughter, grandson & niece. We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back. The hotel is situated on the south/central side of the resort. There is lots going on in the area from numerous pubs / karaoke bars / restaurants, all very reasonably priced - many bars offering the local Kaminitze beers at i lev ( approx. 40 pence ) There are loads of places selling full english breakfasts at 8 to 11 levs. ( levs at moment 2.35 to the pound ). The cleaners leave a lot to be desired, room not cleaned for days, toilets down stairs stink the high heaven and some of the staff are rude and one of the cleaners on our floor (7) shouted at my husband 'i don't care' when he asked for clean towels, most of the food is cold too, won't be staying again I'm afraid

This is our favourite hotel in Sunny Beach, been many times before, we stop half board. Meals are very nice, with plenty of choice on evening meals. It does annoy me when I read the reviews, about breakfast as boring, everything is there, from a cooked breakfast, to yoghurts, cereals, fruit, pancakes, waffles, tea coffee and cold drinks. The hotel is close to rhe center of sunny beach, the brakefast is good most of the food is homemade, the room was big and comfort and the stuff was nice and thoughtful

Fabulous stay at Hotel Lotus! Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast with good coffee from George, and a perfect location near the beach. Big thanks to the friendly staff — especially George, Tanya, and Nikki. Loved the food, the 10% discount, and the handy supermarket downstairs.

The location is perfect, just on the beach. The room was smelling, not so good, but the sheets were so clean and ironed . The restaurant of the hotel was very well equipped and with very delicious food.

It's always a pleasure to come back here. The hotel is nice and cozy, large and sparkling clean rooms. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The staff is very helpful and kind. At the restaurant I tried almost all the dishes and they were all very good. Thank you again for everything, Hotel Lotus!
