the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

) when i am thinking, every one employee here looked like they are in a hell here. Ones who were positive and smiling was animators. The rooms was just like in the picture, very very clean

was expecting some melon or something not so fat during a day. There is also fresh bar open only for one hour in the morning and one hour afternoon

There are two pools, the busy one closest to the hotel ( this is because it serves cocktails and beers) the other pool only serves fruit just, hot drinks and wine, you can get freshly squeezed orange juice between the times of 9:30 am and 10: 30am and then an hour in the afternoon, the staff prepare it earlier so can be warm when you get it

Don't buy anything from the shops near to the hotel, walk a little in towards town and it ALOT cheaper. Nessebar is a nice day out, sunny beach is like Benidorm

The hotel was gorgeous, super clean, people were always round emptying bins and sweeping up, the cleanest hotel I've been to. Room was massive and well appointed, beds were really comfy

We absolutely loved our time at this hotel. We arrived early in the afternoon, so we had a couple of hours to wait before we could access our room. We were able to access all amenities, though

We had a junior suite at the corner of the left wing. It was very spacious, and we had great views of the entire complex. The shower is separate from the toilet, and there are 2 sinks just outside

The room is open plan, bar the toilet and shower cubicles, so I dont think I'd book that room when my kids are older as there wasn't much privacy when getting changed. The buffet restaurant was kept very clean

The tables, floors, and serving areas are constantly cleared of food. There was a wide variety of food served at every meal, but it didn't vary too much from night to night. All food was very well cooked

Food was delicious and probably the best we've had at an all inclusive. Lots of fresh meat and fish, loads of lovely salads

We were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Zeus. It is about 3 minutes walk from old centre and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Personnel was very kind but they do not speak English very well

We paid only for breakfast and it was very tasty, you could choose from vegetables, fruits, cheese, ham, eggs etc. Checkout is at 10am but taxi to airport was scheduled for 1:30pm and there was not problem with that

Everything was right in this hotel ! First of all the receptionist was so helpful and kind… big rooms with balcony nice view of town. Good beds, minibar, clean and comfortable room. Thank you!

I spoke to a local who said that it is well known by locals for being authentic and delicious, and when I was there, at least 60% locals eating there

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is

Also, waiter (don’t know his name) was friendly, always smile and that makes you feel very welcomed in the hotel, and makes your experience more positive

The problem was that not choice to buy a glass bottle water. The food taste was great and there was good choice, but nothing like last year and previous years before. Overall, was not so bad, but nothing like before

Please give advice to Reception staff be more friendly, give more information. Ivan is the Best, he must teach them. But Hotel very boring, no music, no life at all Please improve and update

The bar staff were also very attentive. I must give Teddy a special mention. The hotel itself was situated straight across the road from a beautiful white, sandy beach

We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent

There was a choice of 8 different breakfasts. All served to us by very polite and helpful waiters/ waitresses. Daniel, in particular, went out of his way to make our wedding anniversary dinner special

Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room

Our only slightly negative point was that the hotel is located slightly out of the way, meaning that it was necessary to get a taxi or bus ( not expensive) to go to the town centre

The beach next to the hotel is very good. Sea view from the balcony is wonderful, you could welcome the sun with cup of coffee early in the morning. This is my favourite place for vacation

We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach

We staying at the hotel since a few years and everything is perfect. The people who managing and cleaning are always trying to do their best for visitors. You will feel the place as your home, vacation will be relaxing

A very relaxing and chill atmosphere with the option of partying for all ages. A hard recommendation for families, couples and solo travelers

Only the corridors and the rooms need some renovation. Some rooms have improved, but there is a massive issue with the coffee service

800 visitors are served only from two coffee makers and it takes 20-30 minutes for breakfast to get the coffee

Seemingly a nice place, but had to change rooms several times. Feels worn out and with poor maintenance. The entertainers were good, but even they complained about the bad sound and acoustics

My daughter cut her leg in the pool on the poorly repaired stairs and on the third day of 5 her vacation ended because of the large wound. I imagine there are better hotels

First night we paid 125 lev for the 3 of us for dinner, which all we had was pizza and chips! Me and my grandson have not been for a breakfast yet, my partner goes though, we are at the snackbar which only consists of pizza, fries, pork burger, my grandson was really hungry , so got a pork burger and I was charged 8 lev, I'm furious as we are not eating any breakfast, oh and if he wanted fries...

So we came for a week to the sunset resort. First thought was omg what a beautiful building the rooms where spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and also shower wash was provided which was a nice touch

We found the little shop over priced I got charged for 2 bottles of water goggles and a little toy 48lev. The swimming pools where a nice size and plenty of sunbeds to choose from

My daughter now has to to to AA meeting for the amount of free ice creams she had 🤣 By the Wednesday we noticed one pool being shut which we was a little unhappy about but then it didn't put a damper to the holiday as there was another pool to go to

Also we had a bottle of water and coffee provided. We liked the keyless entry to rooms so you entered the room with a wrist band which was a nice touch again

My son had a little accident and I went straight down to reception and the maids come back so quickly and resolved the problem

The dinner was even more impressive - a combination of traditional Bulgarian dishes, fresh seafood and examples from international cuisine, everything cooked to perfection. In summary, we totally will visit again

You are given a towel for a reason. Breakfast was delicious with different varieties of choices and new additions every new day. The bathroom was very bad with wall mold

We had most of our meals at the hotel restaurant - the breakfast included in the reservation was a delight, there was an assortment of perfectly chosen cheeses, meats, vegetables and fruit, along with a variety of options, such as croissants, cakes, eggs, sausages, etc

Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

Our most favorite place to stay in Pomorie - the friendly owner and staff feel like family. We also celebrated our wedding there and had international guests - everybody loved the stay, the food and the atmosphere there

Nice place to stay in the centre of Pomorie. No lift or elevator either, no help with luggage. Rooms clean and large with balcony

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

Not far away from Saints Petar and Pavel Hotel, probably 10 minutes by walking. I would not recommend it as there is no strict pedestrian area. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance

It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market

Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains

Everything is very comfortable in the apartment, new modern furniture, in the bedroom there is a large comfortable bed, in another room there is a kitchen with a dining table and a sofa, there are all utensils for those who want to cook

Modern furniture in good condition. It is great to have breakfast on a spacious balcony overlooking the wasteland. The apartments are cleaned every other day

Each room has air-conditioning and TV making it very comfortable to feel at home. I advise all my friends and acquaintances to stay here

The only strange thing is that the hood worked inside and when someone smoked downstairs, the smoke went into our toilet

Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Nothing has really stood out but I still really recommend it

As a feedback I am letting you know that there was nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom. No toothbrush holder and the sofa was too dirty and out of place

We did not understand and had no clue what that sofa was doing there. Totally out of style and did not match the room. Internet connection at the hotel was bad. We didn’t have glasses for water at the room

Furniture and our room were modern and to our liking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothered us was an old, smelly sofa with stains that was situated in front of our balcony door

The rooms were okay, they were clean(except for the sofa) and kind of modern, with a little bit more effort they could've made some pretty good rooms. The staff was nice and rooms are cleaned daily

Spacious room, 2 balcony, on the balcony sun loungers, table and chairs, dryer. The room has modern air conditioning, TV (lot of channels for every taste). The cleaning was every day, towels were changed every other day

By the way, the sea is clean, sandy beaches with thick sand bottom, the entrance to the sea is gently sloping, suitable for children, 10 meters from the shore is still small, you can lie on the beach and not be afraid for bathing the baby

But in this, old and close to the old part of Pomorie, the redevelopment and related lack of green spaces, as well as the special summer bonus of cars parked everywhere, crowded beaches and crowded restaurants, is brutal

And the host is an exceptional person, who created an incredibly cozy and artistic environment. He directed us very precisely to restaurants and places with delicious and fresh food

He made sure that we had an amazing vacation. My daughter did not want to leave in the end. I would visit them again and again for the positive charge they carry
