Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. Special thanks for Teodor who is part of the lobby bar team, Peter and Reneta who always support us and make our holidays amazing. Always happy to be back!

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent...

This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.

5 stars for the overall experience. Rooms, location, service. The waiters have also been great. Especially Daniel has been super attentive. He deserves a raise! Thanks for having us this off-season.

This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

Good balance between price and quality. Best for families as most of the animation team activities were for children. Rooms are good and large. There were 2 air conditioners in the room. Food is great with lots of varieties. Alcohol is quite light :D

Family hotel. Perhaps, when the hotel opened it was 4 stars, now definitely 3 stars. The sofa, coach and duvets are covered all over with stains, there's mold in the bathroom. the hotel was GREAT, it had good kids entertainment good dances I can say that the animators do their work with enthusiasm and love and I'd like to go back just to dance with them,the hotel has various choices of tasty food and the rooms were good with aircon and free WiFi

I've read some bad reviews but I disagree.. y'all are crazy. The rooms need a little work but are big, clean and comfortable. The food is great, great choice. Kids entertainers was just the best. Close to the beach, pools are perfect for all ages.

The hotel is advertised as a 4 star it is not. We are a English family. Most of the staff didn't speak English or very very little. All instructions of all inclusive were in Bulgarian, there was no English version available. We did use Google translate which was good. It's pretty good, but too far from the downtown and the beach is not so comfortable

The property has excellent location- in the morning you can enjoy the sunrise from the living room and in the afternoon the wonderful sunset!

Great apartment hotel right on the beach in Pomerie. Had balconies overlooking the Black Sea and the lake in front.

The hotel itself is great, our flat was spacious and very modern with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. It's a bit of a walk to the town centre, but on the positives it's far from all the noise. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of cleaning, there seemed to be housekeeping present only on check out.

Perfect location with great view. Good rooms and great service in the restaurant.

My favorite place for vacation ! Good restorant and food The beech is in front of the Hotel .There is no all inclusive ,but you are free to go walking distance in the old city

Beautiful view, quiet and reasonably priced

The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room.

It is great to stay there. The worst thing was The weather was cold 😞

After staying for 2 nights in a hotel in the centre of Pomorie, we decided to find something closer to the sea and it was the best decision ever, since we found Iglika. The location of the place is great and you can walk barefoot to the beach! Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and cozy, and we really had to force ourselves to go outside instead of just chilling on the balcony (amazing view...

Amazing view and perfect location Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole.
