I love everything about this place.The staff is so nice and respectful.I almost never switch up my order at any place accept at this restaurant because all the food is just wonderful.They improved their cooking a lot over the years.Me and my perants have been coming here for the past 9 years in a row and we don't intend of stopping
Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. Special thanks for Teodor who is part of the lobby bar team, Peter and Reneta who always support us and make our holidays amazing. Always happy to be back!
We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent...
5 stars for the overall experience. Rooms, location, service. The waiters have also been great. Especially Daniel has been super attentive. He deserves a raise! Thanks for having us this off-season.
This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

Good place for a family holiday for the price.
Fantastic food and great service the best restaurant in pomorie by a mile ,highly recommended .
There are not enough parking spaces for all guests (and parking is hell in Pomorie). Rooms are fine but the studio I paid like an apartment was a standard double room with a chair-bed. Other than that it is quite cozy.
Beautiful viewing, excellent service, good location, so pleasant place to stay!

This is an aparthotel. It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market. Apartment with two bedrooms. Impressions are ambiguous. Pros: a huge terrace where you can relax, large room area, 200m to the sea, low price (280 € 7 nights). Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains. Microwave, hair dryer, toaster, oven declared at the time of booking are not available...

The rooms were okay, they were clean(except for the sofa) and kind of modern, with a little bit more effort they could've made some pretty good rooms. The staff was nice and rooms are cleaned daily. The appartment is very good, and there is a nice view on the beach :)
We staying at the hotel since a few years and everything is perfect. The people who managing and cleaning are always trying to do their best for visitors. You will feel the place as your home, vacation will be relaxing. The beach next to the hotel is very good. Sea view from the balcony is wonderful, you could welcome the sun with cup of coffee early in the morning. This is my favourite place for vacation

We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach. The city center is 15 min walk.

Very close to the beach, has an indoor outdoor pool. About an hour's walk to the center and 15 minutes by car or public transport.
I don't know why the complex has 5 stars at all. We are accommodated in a private apartment, which is very nice and comfortable, but so far... When we checked in, they gave us countless rules - nothing bad, but no one observes whether they are followed. Parking is on the street, who boils where, there are no sidewalks except in front of the complex. The beach is close, but not nice, yes it is calm...
A good place is spoiled by a cruel manager. Hit a child!!! And left a nail mark on the skin! I respect the rules of residence and fulfilled them all the time of our stay - for two weeks. But at the same time, an unpleasant incident occurred today involving the administrator. The son of 10 years old stood by the pool, waited for me and took a tube to play for swimming, from which, by negligence, water...
We bought an apartment here. It is a nice residential building. The service is good.
