Warm welcome from all the staff. Hotel is in middle of nowhere . But that not the hotels fault. The rooms were cleaned everyday and mini bars filled . Taxis are expensive. There is a free shuttle to Pomorie which can be booked at desk. The rooms are excellent. Great views of the beach. A great selection of meals which caters for everyone. The Hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic, we’re currently staying in one of the family rooms. We were informed some facilities would not be available as the season was coming to an end.We had a excellent welcome by reception staff given a good good pack as we had arrived late.We were shown to our room within 10 mins of arriving. Best location, amazing breakfast options, very large rooms, impressive wellness area; the parking situation is a bit tricky - but the service is over all friendly! The staff is helpful and the mineral pools are a dream! Just on the black sea beach with amazing view in first row.

The SPA is not bad. I can't imagine how crowded it is if the hotel is even half booked, but out of the season it's fine

I am staying here now and I am shocked how inaccurate all negative reviews are , the hotel is gorgeous- great spa with many saunas and pools, fantastic medical procedures, close to shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the centre. I have stayed for 5 nights for mini vacations with my wife and her sister. The hotel is a very beautiful building in the centre of the town. The rooms are OK, but need a kind of renovation. For a 4-star hotel, it should offer more things in the room, for example slippers for bath. Cleaning of roon was available every day and very early. We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.

This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

I've read some bad reviews but I disagree.. y'all are crazy. The rooms need a little work but are big, clean and comfortable. The food is great, great choice. Kids entertainers was just the best. Close to the beach, pools are perfect for all ages.
