I am writting about their bistro. Rather good pizza but awful Service. I have asked waiter for addicional plate, he said ok and ...that is all, he havent bring it. Then we were long waiting for the bill. Awful Service. Not recomend this restaurant, they not caring about clients at all !!!

The review is for the restaurant as we didn’t stay in the hotel. Wonderful food, great service - everything was served quickly and was made in house, really tasty and nice. Highly recommended!

I would like to review the restaurant downstairs in the hotel, not the hotel itself. The quality of food is like from a cheap buffet. The chicken wings were not cooked enough. French fries not fresh. Chicken skewer - quality of meat was very bad. The only positive thing was the stuff. The waiter was very polite, kind and quick.

Hello, today 24.07.2016 we returned with the hotel opal primorsky. When we prisli to accommodate vseci dear. When we vosli into the room to stink nam gave a slap over your head! Kupelna spinava full of kos, disaster!!! For celi stay upratovacka did not move even a finger! ciste uteraky we'll pytali every day.We were on holiday as a family I manzel 5r son and 7mes. son,,, co me zaskocilo that gave prenosnu postielku nam to the room and without madraca!!! chore!! The hotel is cook and cook well but packed disaster rano pridete on the packed and already sliedi kuchar and personal someone co you da and uz rozoberaju people!!! bazen for 8 days was not cisteny and lehatka not even dezinfikovane distinct compared to the hotel every day cistili bazen also lehatka here zero points!!! I'd like to write down a review for the restaurant downstairs, not the hotel.

I'd like to rather describe our experience with waitress and the kitchen wait times. It took soooo long until we got our meals and one of the meals has been forgot by the waitress so once we all were done eating, it took about another 15 minutes until the last meal was brought.
I felt kind a sad for my girlfriend eating alone and even more sad that she had to watch us eat.

I can not fault this place, from booking to arrival it is fantastic. The team and particularly Pavlina is simply a great example of great Hospitality. Great location, value for money, quietness, room comfort, large balconies, aircon, and Wifi all are of a great quality and speed. Loved it
