Excellent budget hotel. We stayed in June and were delighted with our stay there. The rooms are kept very clean. The balcony had a lovely view of the black sea. Breakfast is actually very good for a budget hotel. The staff were lovely and the 4 minute walk out to the beach was brilliant. This hotel is at the quiet end of sunny beach named carina beach. It is a world apart from the heart of sunny beach which is awful on most levels. But this area is almost like a different resort. Would I stay in this hotel again. Absolutely.

Fantastic location at the North End where it's quiet. 2 minute walk to the beach. 3 minute walk to local supermarket. "Train" stop to centre right by the Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel at end of June and although room was clean there were quite a few health and safety issues within room and hotel.. sockets on wall were loose and hairdryer in room 103 not safe to use due to handle over heating. Breakfast was very poor and if you wanted a hot cup of tea you had to boil kettle in dining area due to water in boiler being luke warm... I almost slipped on wet floor in reception area one morning due to mo signs warning floor had just been cleaned.

We have just returned from this hotel location is great but our room sockets wouldn't work near beds 1 was hanging off hairdryer had tape wrapped round it and the handle got really hot tv wouldn't work.The cold meats and cheese were fine at breakfast but the eggs and beans were always cold the 2 young boys at bar were really good as was Stephanos on reception pool was lovely but not enough beds for everyone you had to get up at daft oclock I wouldn't return to this hotel for all these reasons I think Tui needs to look at it this is a honest review

Went there last year for a week never again what a place a dump locked out twice nothing to drink or eat after arriving at 11.30 at night nothing in the room to make a cup of tea breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced the was the most basic I have ever seen one staff member most of the time she locked us out twice we had to bang the door to wake her up to let us in I could go on and on never again what a dive

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. My room was clean and spacious. I’ll definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Wonderful experience! Very close to the beach~ 2min walking to the sea. Rooms are very spacious, service was good, view is amazing, seaside. Free parking near the hotel, ~1 min walking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool is nice. Everything was as we hoped for, even better. Only recommendation for the host is to diversify the breakfast a bit more.

A very nice hotel where we spent two weeks. Rooms clean and bedding and towels changed regularly. The staff were lovely, especially the girls that work on reception, the ladies that do the cooking and the lads Dario and Costa that work behind the bar/restaurant. They very kindly organised a birthday cake for my two year old and bought him a gift, which was very thoughtful and lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely small family run hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms basic but all you need. Bring shower gel as none provided. Maids daily so lovely and clean. Food is lovely cooked to order. 2 minute walk to beach which is gorgeous . Plenty shots supermarkets round about to keep fridge stocked up. Will definitely be back.
