We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

We decided to give this hotel another chance. Unfortunately it's the same old problems!!
9:30 am and 24 sunbeds sitting empty but 'reserved with towels ' shocking!! Woman just told me husband she has to reserve 12 beds every day!
Dirty rooms, broken sink.
Sunbeds reserved, despite a couple of signs saying it's not allowed. No one checking that people aren't reserving them, impossible to get a bed on the beach, so have literally given up, as there's no LIFEGUARD (is this legal?)
Parking is beyond a joke
Staff are either lovely or rude. Some Indian workers wandering around the restaurant, I have never seen people move so slow. One guy was being shown how to sweep up (seriously)

The hotel displays signs saying (no reserving sunbeds, all belongs will be removed after 1 hour) this is nonsense, impossible to find aFREE - hotel Laguna guest bed on the beach....all reserved and NO one monitoring . At least 6 beds draped with towels, it's now been 2hrs plus since they were reserved (selfish people, selfish acts)

A praised hotel that does not live up to its stars. The capacity does not correspond to the number of guests, the parking lot is full, there are also no places on the beach. After 08.00 everything is "reserved" with towels thrown on the sun loungers. There is no one to follow up on this. The food is nothing special, sometimes old. The restaurant is also small for the number of guests. It is not worth the money, they clearly rely on old fame. I do not recommend!

I do not recommend this hotel and despite the good location, I will not visit again.

Pros:
- Staff at front desk are kind and try to be helpful
- Pool area for kids and adults appeared clean
- Family room was a good size
- Good sized outdoor playground that is in good condition for children to play

Cons:
- Food is low quality, breakfast is the same every day, a lot of food is fried/frozen
- Seating is not enough when the hotel is full (often there is no place to sit outside or inside during peak hours for lunch and dinner)
- Sun loungers on the beach are not enough and by 7-7:30am all of the sun loungers are reserved
- Wifi and mobile connectivity is really poor by the main hotel lobby- it is impossible to get good internet access
- Housekeeping is not consistent and rooms are not cleaned every day nor are towels and linens replaced regularly.
-Limited Parking - impossible to find a space without blocking other drivers. Accidents/dings are highly likely so don’t go in your nice car

Worst of all- we had an unfortunate incident during lunch. The buffet table light sends off electricity shocks and unfortunately my two-year old was shocked when he touched it. We immediately told staff and they switched the lights off. During the next couple of days, the lights were continuously used and were kept on despite our complaint and even the manager tested the lights and was also shocked. There is an electricity problem that has to be dealt with.

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay. The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days

We have recently returned from a holiday at the Laguna Beach Resort and Spa for which we paid extra for all inclusive. What we received was nothing like we were told. 1. There were no pizza or ice cream available anywhere. 2. Very limited what was available at the snack bar, just some biscuits that were the same all week and some open sandwiches. 3. Jacuzzi and indoor pool were unheated switched off on the 15/9 2 days after we arrived and we had 5 more days to stay. 4. Food was cold at every meal everyday, we went into the restaurants at 1145 and the food was already out and we weren't allowed in until 1230 there was no heat on the food. 5. Carpets were very dirty in the main areas and bedrooms. 6.Bathroom was very dirty specially round the taps and inside the shower. 7. Staff not very friendly, concierge was very pleasant. 8. Bed linen and towels were vey clean. Overall very disappointed with the holiday and was glad to come home.

I know it's near the end of the season but that's no excuse for the lack of amenities available. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Food is running out and not replenished ie tea bags, coffee machine not working, no ice cream or pizzas in afternoon. The food is always cold and poorly cooked. The beach is dirty and not looked after. Half the sunbeds are now chained up for the winter. The bathroom is very dated and in need of repair. On the whole an awful place in a very dirty area with nowhere to walk

The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned.. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom. Our daughter (2-yr old), dropped her hair band, I told her to get it and she brought me a different one (not ours) 😳
There are two drawers in the room - one had some painkillers and the other - the wrapper of a used condom 🤢
WiFi is only available in the lobby bar, which is an issue for us, because of the babycam, so we had to stay in room after the baby went to sleep at 8..
