The service is terrible. In the evening he wanted to eat, so had to go for ramen. The hotel has no hot water. Had to go nearby and make homeless the package.

The location is very good, the beach is in front of the hotel, the old town and the center are nearby. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in front of the hotel entrance

The two barmen at the lobby and pool bar were asking for tips everytime you wanted to get something even if you have all inclusive and many times we had to wait a lot until the barman smokes his cigarette and comes to give us a cup of water

I know it is indicated in the offer, I do not think that for a 4-star hotel they should limit you in this way. The pool is okay but the children's section is extremely dirty with yellow water

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, it was cleaned every day by a very nice lady, who changed towels and sheets every day and made small surprises for our good mood

It was important for us that we could find a wide variety of food for our child (year and a half) - there are two soups for dinner and lunch, fresh vegetables, cooked meat, purees for the very little ones, etc

Our stay in the hotel was absolutely pleasant, this was the best vacation we had. While the hotel base is questionably 5 stars, we enjoyed such peaceful and quiet stay that all minor flaws were easily omitted

The food was very tasty and while some of the items were the same every day, we always found something new to taste. The Bulgarian corner was especially good, with very tasty cooked traditional food

The beach is a beauty, clean sand and water, perfect view and location. We enjoyed the entertainment for children and adults, especially the dancers

Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price

The worst part: the hotel has depreciated quite a bit over time, with mold around exhaust fan in the bathroom; dirty sun lounger on the room's terrace; the fact that room's terraces on the first floor are literally into each other without any privacy; amazingly how they charge you for the parking of the hotel per night, no matter that you are hotel's guest; loud music starting around 01:00 AM till...

Spent 10 day's at this hotel,with my partner, we are on our last day booo. The hotel 🏨 is of excellent standard, Breakfast is of a good standard, in our opinion there is plenty to choose from

You can eat breakfast alfresco, or in the restaurant overlooking the marina. We didn't eat in the restaurant of an evening so can't comment

I’ve been visiting this hotel every year for the past 10 years and always considered it the best option in Sozopol – great location, close to town, and just a quick taxi ride to the trendy beach clubs

Apparently, lower price = lower quality, and a decade of loyalty means absolutely nothing here. Too bad – I used to recommend this hotel to friends… now I’ll have to think twice myself

We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

Our daughter (2-yr old), dropped her hair band, I told her to get it and she brought me a different one (not ours) 😳 There are two drawers in the room - one had some painkillers and the other - the wrapper of a used condom 🤢 WiFi is only available in the lobby bar, which is an issue for us, because of the babycam, so we had to stay in room after the baby went to sleep at 8

The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom

00 everything is "reserved" with towels thrown on the sun loungers. There is no one to follow up on this. The food is nothing special, sometimes old. The restaurant is also small for the number of guests

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

A simple and easy go-to option for a short stay. The location is very central and easy to get to nearby restaurants and bars. Parking is tricky though.

Hotel has other amenities too wich I didn't get to check, such as swimming pool and spa. Bar is small and closes at 23 but the staff is really nice. 15minuts by foot from the old town

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and everything was fine but a couple of details could be improved. Nobody put toilet paper if we don't ask even after changing towels

Some tables of their restaurant are situated near the road and you can hear and see cars passing by this road. But in general, it is a beautiful hotel with nice staff and good breakfast

The swimming pool is in the shadow in the evening, for me it is ok because I like being in the shadow after a hot day but my housband didn't like the cold water. In the morning, the sun is there, so no problem

The staff on the reception was not polite. The lady was rude with staff members. Breakfast was poor. Had some troubles with the bathrooms (clogged drain and broken shower).

Look no further! Best place to stay. If you’re looking for rest and peace in the middle of busy Sozopol. The hotel is covered with flowers and plants which makes it a very cool and beautiful environment during the summer

The rooms are very clean and have great airconditioning. But then, the costumer service: just perfect. The hosts are the sweetest, always offering a coffee, welcoming us 2 hours prior to check-in time

You still feel like you are staying at a friendly uncle's spare bedroom -- you get a clean bedroom, a clean but very basic bathroom to yourselves, and great advice about where to go and what to do

The neighborhood is a tad out of the way but within 10 minutes of old town and new town. and has some nice breakfast and lunch eateries right next to it. There are some kids selling lemonade, too

I was talking to the friendly manager and the history of the hotel is that it started out as his wife's family home before he expanded it into a hotel in 1995

It didn’t feel busy at any point either- very relaxing - whether we chose to chill at the beach or the poolside. There were little added extras for free too- today we got free diving lesson and it was brilliant

Lovely hotel. Rooms spacious, excellent buffet breakfast, clean and large swimming pool plus other pools you can use, large jacuzzi.

The hotel sits on top of the rocks, right above the water, and you can enjoy romantic views from the terrace of the restaurant, or from your own balcony if you book a room or apartment with water views

One of the few hotels in Sozopol that is trully waterfront. Amazing views of the entire bay, the Old Town and the open sea

Overpriced for a humble remnant of a once luxury hotel. View is awesome. Noise at night - not so much. They have a nice rooftop terrace that's closed ?! And a restaurant that' serves frozen food. Breakfast was inedible.

The rooms were comfortable. The food was medeoker, but the staff was super friendly. There is a parking space for 12lv per day.

Great customer service, not a bad breakfast and not a bad location. However, dirty rooms! The floor is dusty, the toilet seat was disgustingly yellow, and the sheets had stains. Also, mad expensive for what they offered

The evening menu and the quality of the food in general is disappointing especially given the price point. I did send two plates back, inedible, one obviously made from scraps and leftovers, no apologies from the cook

Just back from our second stay at the Selena, as normal a word for the staff who are a credit to the hotel. The cleaners never stop ,rooms are serviced every day, and public places kept very clean

Just opposite the Hotel front door is a small pancake stall, the two ladies work from 08:00 to midnight and serve fantastic crepes with all sorts of fillings (ask for the english menu) ideal for a mid afternoon snack

Dont expect bacon and eggs for breakfast every day, but there is a good selection of cold meats, cheese, pastries etc. Cant comment on the evening meals ,we always go Bn B

Leave the hotel via the rear door and a short walk left along the promenade takes you to the vibrant old town with bars, shops and restaurants. We ate out every night of our stay and found prices to be very good

There is easy access to the many restaurants, and a lovely walk to the old town, which is a must visit. The hotel itself has lovely sea views from the rear of the hotel, and its a two minutes walk to the beach

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

It was a perfect holiday! Room cleaning was excellent. The entire village is designed to make you feel relaxed and to enjoy the holiday. Various types of delicious foods!

Fine hotels ,clean the area with an abundance of blooming roses and lime with an unusual flavor,food dishes,water Park,amphitheatre, if desired, one can find entertainment!

Large green areas, Aqua parks for adults and children, awesome show, several playgrounds, a huge beach with no Intrusive people offering this and that, nice staff, comfortable clean rooms, great choice of dishes in the restaurant, quality alcohol

What we didn’t like: • Staff were mostly rude and unprofessional, especially bartenders who couldn’t even make a basic cappuccino or cocktail and often spoke disrespectfully

Amazing ! You can pay 20bgn per person for the access to an equipped beach, a natural swimming pool, a swimming pool with a magnificent sea view and a great park! perfect to spend half a day, very relaxing and clean.

We will definitely come back during the summer! Guests get free breakfast, free parking, access to the gym and two outdoor pools. There is also a paid sauna and a tennis court (though we haven’t tried it yet

I visited the complex only to see the sculptures garden. Maybe not all sculptures are great, but some are quite impressive. Their arrangement in close proximity to the sea and on top of the rocks is very good

The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, air conditioning, balcony and a comfortable bed. The prices are reasonable during low season and the value is really good compared to what you get

Average place, not really clean rooms. Common for Sozopol, there is no parking place, but there is overnight parking not far away from the hotel. Room price is average based on the season price

Beach is near like 5 minutes by walk. There is small pool which the water quality seems not really clean
