Duni Royal Holiday Village - All Inclusive in Sozopol

First and last time when we went to Duni Holiday Village. I even don't think that they deserve 4 stars! They are still in the '90s.

Be careful with the rooms, we've got one full with mold hidden under air conditioner and they argue that the room is more humid, other clients before us were ok. It can be, if those clients were in that room 3-4 years ago. When we tried to change the room at reception the excuse was that they cannot do it without the manager! We tried to deal with management pacefully and now they are making us guilty through different ways.

The beach - is ok, kids liked.

This was our 5th consecutive year spending our vacation together with family and our group of friends (11–15 families in total) at Duni Marina Royal — and it will definitely be our last, because:

Year after year, the quality of services has been dropping dramatically, for example:

> The air conditioning in the room only works when it wants to, and even then, it barely cools.
At the restaurant, we found spoiled food (rice that was sour), undercooked food (raw oven-baked potatoes), raw chicken on the grill with blood still inside… forks missing — and when we asked for forks, they arrived after 15 minutes, carried without gloves… I honestly have no idea what those hands had been doing before.
When we gave feedback about the spoiled and undercooked food, they simply shrugged.
Dirt and trash on the restaurant floor (nobody cleans)… tables are cleared extremely slowly, 20–30 minutes… you sit down at a table where others have just eaten, and it takes half an hour before someone comes to clean it.
In short, an extremely dirty and unhygienic restaurant environment.
The pool is falling apart year after year… lots of missing tiles, children can easily get scratched.
Pool water is dirty — even if they clean it in the evening, by 9 AM there’s already a lot of sand, tissues, etc. inside.
The evening show at the theater is full of men dressed as women — not sure if that’s the best example for children to see.
The sandy beach is covered with seaweed as far as you can see, and only 2 people are struggling to clean it — they work until noon, then you never see them again.
The quality of the evening drinks at the lobby bar is getting worse every year — more artificial and full of syrups.
I asked for a fresh orange juice at the bar in the evening and was told it costs extra, even though we paid for Ultra All Inclusive!!

In short: I do not recommend this place!
