1* hotel, 5 floors, no elevator. When we arrived, we dragged our suitcases up to the reception 4 flights of stairs. And it was possible to drive along the ramp from the other side. But none of the staff spoke about it (((
Two extraneous women were placed in the 2nd room with a double bed of two parts, we had to move them apart.
The chair bed had a broken base.
The room was poorly cleaned, and under the bed apparently not cleaned at all.
During the cleaning of the rooms, the water is not changed, they are carried mainly in the middle of the room.
The toilet and sink were cleaned somehow, the bath was not cleaned at all.
The toilet is wobbly and not bolted to the floor properly. Sometimes it leaked.
There were days when the rooms were not cleaned and the garbage was not taken out.
The room was found living creatures in the form of small ants.
There is no hair dryer in the room, there are only 6 hangers in the closet.
WIFI works disgustingly: the connection in the room is not always, a little better at the reception, if not a lot of people.
The TV showed, but also through time.
Air conditioning and refrigerator worked fine.
The mattress topper was only on one bed and was littered with hair from previous guests. The sheet is ordinary, not with an elastic band, so it constantly slipped. There were 2 duvets and bedspreads in the closet. There was one bath towel per person.
Bed linen was changed once every 2 weeks.
On the balcony there was a table and 2 plastic chairs with cracks, so they sat very carefully. There was a precedent when a chair broke under a tenant and he was forced to pay.
Out of 6! sun loungers only one was not broken. The umbrella stand was one for all the sun loungers, another tattered umbrella (see photo) was inserted into the table.

There is a kettle and iron at the reception.
There is no laundry or dining room at the hotel.
The hotel sign is in the backyard.
Near the hotel there is a road: at night until 2 o'clock you can hear a lot. Then rest and from 5 o'clock noise again.
In the rooms themselves, the audibility is small, but if you are not lucky with your neighbors, like us, then it's a disaster!
In order to go up to the hotel, you need to overcome a rather steep climb, which is very tiring in the heat.
We ate in the dining room of Mistral 2, I already wrote about dirty dishes, spoiled dishes and other delights.
Also, there were two bottles with the inscription olive oil in English on the distribution in the public domain. What was my surprise when, pouring a salad from a small bottle, I smelled vinegar! And it really was him!
Considering that children, including small ones, eat there, the consequences could be disastrous.
Calling the elder in the kitchen and presenting this bottle to her, she was amazed by her reaction: she calmly confirmed that it was vinegar!!!
I demanded that this bottle be removed, because the labeling did not match, and indeed, in my opinion, this should not be freely available where children are. She removed it, but when I took two steps back and turned around, the bottle was again in the distribution.
I had to threaten with a visit to the director of this institution, and only after that the bottle was taken into the bowels of the kitchen.
How surprised I was to see her on the other side of the distribution after dinner! But now they put an orange label on it that said, "Ocet."
None of the adults I asked to name what is written here could answer my question. So how are the kids?! could then understand what it is???
There was a sewer drain on a nearby street into the sea. I didn't manage to swim in the end.
