Sunny Castle Hotel - All Inclusive and Free Parking in Kranevo

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Castle, Kranevo. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room (101) was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This is definitely a place we will return to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

It is not a big hotel, therefore you’ll find here a quit place, relaxing atmosphere, pool and restaurant not crowded. For a family with small babies, with regular schedule of sleeping and feeding, this is the perfect place to stay! Very clean room and all common spaces. Mrs Angelina is the master of towels figurine! Congratulation and thank you!

Great and tasty food! A wide diversity of dishes, suitable for all culinary needs of guest. Pastry and sweets home made, fresh and tasty fruits and vegetables.
We, as family with 3 babies, we had a lot requests out of order and all personnel was supportive, helpful and proactive.
Beach is right in front of the hotel, 1 min walking. The Reception provides towels for beach and pool.
Along the time, we were guests in a lot of hotels and I can compare objectively. Therefore, I am not subjective when I say that Sunny Castle is one of the greatest places to have few relaxation days, regardless the needs of your family. For sure the people there will help you with everything you may need.
The only thing that can be a minus (but is not the hotel power to change) is the “artistic program” of the hotel next to Sunny Castle. Music is really loud around 21.00, mainly in weekends, and this can make difficult the sleeping schedule of the babies. Therefore, when check in, you can ask to have the room with windows to the main street.

A very pleasant experience at Sunny Castle. It is situated practically on the beach and they have free sun chairs for the customers. The beach was clean and there was a nice bar/restaurant(here you have to pay, for the free hotel beverages you have to go 100m to the hotel). On the beach there was also a little space for playing some beach volley or football.
Food was very good - a lot of vegetables, fruits and things you can find at the All inclusive hotels - everything in smaller quantities because it is not a very big hotel.
There is a pool but we didn't test it.
Personel was helpful. A big plus for the girls from the reception - they spoke very good English. Area around the hotel - there is not much to do apart from beach, Kranevo is not a place like that. If you want to have some days at the beach, have no worries about the food this is the place to be.

By far, our experience was flawless.

The lady at the reception (Alex) was very kind and helped us check in even if we arrived earlier.

The rooms are spacious and clean and decorated/furnished with great taste.

Everything was spotless.

Food was always fresh and it was easy to find something to my liking each time.

Most staff speaks English.

Beach towels, umbrellas and sunbeds were always available.

To sum it up, we had a great experience and we highly recommend Sunny Castle Kranevo.

Very clean. The staff was extraordinary. It was my wife’s birthday, and they surprised us during dinner by bringing a big cake and a bottle of champagne. We were amazed by their attention to detail. It’s a small but charming hotel. I have nothing to complain about

Great hotel, very clean and well organised. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We are very impressed by their hospitality. We went for a weekend and we will definitely come back. The breakfast was delicious and it was served on the terrace.

I was so surprised about the service level in this hotel - probably one of the best experiences I ever had with hotels. A lot of attention to details and staff is super nice. You really feel taken care of and also have a fair share of amenities available. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have all inclusive but were also offered many options. Prices in the bar - both hotel and beach were also very good. If we ever in Bulgaria we will definitely come back. Very delicious food with many different dishes! Friendly and nice staff! Absolutely clean rooms and restaurants! Near to the beach with sunbeds and sun lounges free of charge!
