Therma Eco in Kranevo

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel.

The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves.

The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar.
I arrived at the check-in time but the room was dirty so I waited extra and this is a common practice from what I understand. When I entered, there were still hairs on the toilet bowl and shower.

The food is okish, but certainly not 5 stars, not even by Bulgarian standards.

The parking lot is a fenced vacant lot

Good for kids, not so good for parents.

Bad parts:

The first problem, I sent 2 emails to clarify a situation, no answer until today. Not even a "we're sorry, it's not possible, or we're sorry, we had a problem with our internet service."

The second big problem, the complex is located on the outside of the town, the access road being unlit, narrow and poorly signposted. In fact, you have a large indicator with "Beach Parking" but not an indicator with "Guest Parking" or "Reception". I wandered around for 20 minutes on some unpaved roads because I followed the sign with Beach Parking, because it is a big sign and seems to be important. Wrong!

The 3rd problem is cleanliness. A lot of mold in the bathroom, broken or chipped tiles, non-functional main shower, unkempt furniture. There are also loose or chipped marble slabs on the outside of the outdoor pool, on which children lose their balance when they step on them in their children's flight. Pay close attention to this.
At the indoor swimming pools, no one tries to remove the water from the aisle, children very often slip there.

The 4th problem, we came home with some virus from the food, adults had stomachaches, children had diarrhea.

I think it is rather a 3-star hotel.

The good parts:

The room was pleasant, with characters and colors from the movie Frozen, the children liked it very much.

The soundproofing is good, we were not disturbed by the outside armosphere.
It has a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. A minus here is the lack of trash cans, the beach being quite dirty with both trash and algae or other things brought by the water.

There is also a children's playroom in the dining room, which is a plus. I think that the toys should be reviewed from time to time and the broken ones that represent a risk should be removed. It can be improved a little.

The children's club is boring and with few activities, such as coloring on sheets of paper. Children get bored quickly.

The evening club is good for creating a pleasant atmosphere for children and preparing them for sleep. There is also an outdoor park for the little ones.
This is also a plus.

The water in the outdoor pool on September 1 was extremely cold.

All in all, we felt good, but I think there is a great potential there that is not exploited.
Cleaning and some urgent repairs would improve this. And, answering emails would also improve the relationship with the client.
