Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly.

It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best. The pool is very clean and perfect for families with children.

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive". The rooms are basic but the position next to the palace and the gardens more than makes up for it's previous mentioned shortfalls.

While the hotel is decent for 3 stars, services are poor. I arrived and asked for a quick laundry, they took 3 days to deliver on my checkout.. Ate something bad in the resturant and puked it... the breakfast is not good to say the least. The operating hours of the resturant are written wrong, and if you are thirsty of hours good luck... Beautiful place, it's actually "just like in the pictures". The view is amazing, the apartment was roomy and clean, everything was as expected. I would definitely visit again. It's on top of the cliffs so that gives an amazing view, but also makes it harder to access without a car, unless you're up for the hike.

Splendid view Disadvantages You need to drive everywhere and the roads are very very bad, No restaurants near, The beach is far away No ac in the bedrooms, only in the living room Maybe a transportation to/from beach at request or every hour is desirable. Also an easy acces into the hotel, with ramps is desirable.

For its fares, which is 25 euros per night for an all-inclusive option, it is a great place to stay. It is close to the beach, the food is tasty, the personnel is amiable. The stores and the bus stop are nearby.

NR1 we were very satisfied as a family We had a holiday for a week, the hotel is a family business, husband-wife and their sons work together. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the sea, very close to the bazaar.

The room was not cleaned well. There is only one free outlet in the room, two phones cannot be charged at the same time. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Great location - the best possible in town, friendly welcoming at arrival. The service in the restaurant is however very slow, the food is overpriced and prepared with the cheapest possible ingredients - even for the seasonal products, and the breakfast is nothing more than pitiful. As mentioned in the other comments, paying 3,5 euro for table water at breakfast doesn't help.

It's been 3 days since a hotel employee has been mowing the grass with a moto scythe every day. The noise is terrible. I recommend they use an electric scythe so we don't feel like we're on a construction site. Smoke and noise

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside . Garden was nice to sit in. Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge...
