The meal was good, the distance to the beach is very short and the fact that you can choose your sunbed without the additional fee is a big plus. But I was disappointed by the fact that the cameras seemed stuck in time (1970), I recommend an update.

The rooms are very outdated and not so clean. The air conditioning on the 5th floor was very weak in the room. The food was not the best, not well cooked. We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is very close to the beach and it also has swimming pools. The staff is professional and friendly, there’s a big variety of tasty food and many types of drinks. Rooms are spacious, we stayed in the apartment facing the sea and the view was amazing.

If you are cockroach and insects friendly person then it is a nice hotel. I had a terrible experience on a 5 day stay with this. I have changed 2 rooms and still insects were all over. I really want to highlight the great animation. Tillya and Gery - whoever employs these entertainers at their hotel has already won. Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Stayed with the family for a week. The positive side: cleaning ladies doing their job nicely. Rooms big enough, big beds. Really close to the beach. Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis.
