I really enjoyed the animation team Geri and Tillya they were smiley and friendly and had a really fun mini disco and night shows

I really want to highlight the great animation. Tillya and Gery - whoever employs these entertainers at their hotel has already won. Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average. The staff is prioritising foreign tourist and not Bulgarians.

Honestly a great hotel. There are TONS of stuff to do in general. Tennis areas, shops, markets, horse riding, even a night disco (some nights). Food is pretty good and the beach is nice and clean.

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

It was a great stay, perfect for a family getaway. The kids had great fun in the large selection of pools, food was very good and the views absolutely perfect.

A resort which it's glorious times has behind, still can attract tourists by it's location and competitive prices. This was a girls trip. The apartment was clean and ready to receive guests. Easy to find, we found a parking spot every day. From towels to hair dryer, from cups to oven trays, everything was there. Acces to the pool was free. Everything was great, nothing bad to say. It’s a place that I happily recommend for my friends. We had a great time at this resort.

The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh. The room is large, spacious and clean.

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The hotel is right next to beach, and the view from the room was a killer. The stuff is nice and friendly, if you need something you can always go at the reception and ask. The hotel is clean, it's location is spot on, close to everything in Albena. All in all, great value for the money.

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. I picked this place because it had an enormous garden and its proximity to the beach since we were with a 3montthold. The staff were very polite. The food was good. The animation team were incredible as well. I got the chance to rest and recharge.

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day.
