Exceptional Stay with an Incredible Team!
We had an unforgettable vacation at Hotel Aquatonic, and while the facilities are great, it is the staff that truly makes this place special. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who made our stay so comfortable and welcoming:
Physiotherapy & Health: A huge thank you to Boyan and Vasiliy for their high level of professionalism, and to Dr. Ivanka Buhova for her expert care and personal attention.
Dining Experience: The restaurant team is outstanding! Special thanks to Beni, who welcomed us so warmly every evening, as well as Miglena, Silvia, Stiliana, and Anastasia. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Kudos to Niko the bartender and the entire restaurant staff.
Reception & Planning: Kristian and the whole reception team were very helpful. We also want to thank Elena (Marketing) – her constructive email responses before our arrival made planning our vacation seamless.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in Bulgaria . I am visiting the place minimum twice per year .The hotel is clean, the rooms are large and nice, the food is great with a big variety, the massages are very good, and the staff is more than excellent, always smiling and ready to help. The water in the pools is clean and there are many types of spa. I highly recommend on your visiting to check on the salt room and all other treasures from the Spa like infra red room , steam room and etc.You will have amazing experience!
The hotel have a wonderful view of the Balkans and you can enjoy the little train that passed right under the hotel, nearby there is Lake Kleptuza which you can enjoy your daily walk!

Overall the hotel is nice, we liked the buffet food, the spa is big and has lots of amenities, the room was big and spacious.
At lunch time however - we waited more than 30 mins for two SOUPS, one came and the other they told me after all the waiting - had been finished, which left me angry and hungry. Not to mention I am also pregnant. I wasn’t going to wait god knows how long for something else, if a soup that’s supposed to be ready, takes that long

Aquatonik used to be our Spa Hotel of choice for years since 2015 and we had always been very happy with its facilities and staff. Unfortunately, last time we visited has been an experience we would never want to repeat. While swimming in the outdoors pool, we noticed a guest with a cigarette in the water and drinks on the pool edge. When we asked him kindly not to smoke inside the pool, he started to be aggressive and confronted us. We reported the incident at the Reception, but the reaction was: “Have you reported it to the Lifeguard?” and no action was taken. Anyway, the next day we had to leave with a feeling of a ruined vacation. We are in the hospitality business and we know you try not to have conflicts with your guests, but if certain rules are not emphasised, you can’t help but loosing the customers.

Excellent service, good location. The spa is very good. The hotel is old but was very clean. We had a one-room appartment. The rooms were big, only the sofa wasn't very comfortable. The prices in the minibar were acceptable. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was very delicious. You can have lunch in the restaurant, good price, delicios food and perfect service.

This is 2 stars hotel. Old rooms, very small and old swimming pool, good spa. Bad location near the train, the hotel need to be closed for some period and fully renovated. But the worst is the dirty swimming pool. I was so surprised when I saw how the responsable Guy is cleaning the swimming pool. With sponge for plates only the walls where is visible but the sole is very very dirty. The water labyrinth in the spa is extremely dirty too. Bad smell in the bathrooms. No more than 2 stars for this hotel. It's a pity with this good spa.

Wonderful mineral water and facilities. Few things showing age but kept clean and functional overall (important). Lovely place for a family vacation in mountain air and amazing mineral water source.

The place is perfect for couples or families . We had a really good time during our stay. The rooms, food and service were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, taking care of everyone. We spent a lot of time in the spa area because our kids loved it and had a lot of fun there . I Do recommend the place. We will be back again.
