I would describe it as a beautiful small hotel in Kos. It has very good food and breakfast, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna with a spa that you can use. In addition, there is always hot water in the room and the room is always warm. It is located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the shops, which is very important.

Terrible hotel, unfriendly staff, unhygienic! What was probably lovely once upon a time is now very run down and uncared for. All the amenities are not as advertised. NO Lift NO Minibar NO Satellite Tv NO WiFi - we asked everyday and they kept telling us it was the providers fault. The staff have WiFi as they played the music through Spotify and their laptops were working fine. Fridge in room not working Uncomfortable beds Dated rooms Breakfast - extremely poor and re-cycled from day before. Milk for cereal was off and all the cold stuff not refrigerated. Hot items were just kept uncovered and open to the elements so food dried up very quickly. Coffee machine was broke one day so we were told we would have to pay if we wanted a coffee!! Spa jacuzzi was dirty. Loose tiles and screws found on the bottom. After using this we felt very itchy. People complained but were generally fobbed off with poor excuses. The only positive about this hotel is that the location is close to gondola, but there are many other great hotels that offer short shuttle bus ride to gondola, so I would definitely opt for one of those.

It was a nice and really warm experience, I say warm because the room sometimes was too hot. The staff was friendly and the position of the hotel is placed a few meters from the center of the village with the gondola and all of the cafes, bars, and restaurants. The room was well equipped with many storage places the only disadvantage I can say was the semi-open shower box that makes the bathroom full of water and the second one it is about the floor that is with carpet (not the best choice for a clean floor). In the end, I can say that I had a good experience and I recommend that place as a budget option for accommodation in Bansko center.

Large rooms, cheap and good food at the lobby. Staff is really nice, we stayed a week in jan 2020 and would recommend to anyone!

The hotel was very well located, the staff is very nice and welcoming.
Breakfast was very nice, but dinner was really not worth the extra money we payed.
Another thing that really annoyed us is that you only have 1 pair of towels, and if you want to another one for the spa or something like that - they simply don't have anything to give you!

Great location as it was very close to the gondola and all the bars and restaurants. The food was a bit average and they gave us unlimited beer and wine between 6.30 and 8.30 however it was warm beer and they ran out of red wine at one point so proceeded to give us a bad white wine instead. The sauna and steam room facilities were good however the "jacuzzi" was more of a pool as it was luke warm. There were problems with our hot water as there was a main switch that the cleaner turned off so it meant our shower was cold.

Good value hotel in a good location if you're in Bansko for the mountain - 5 minutes from the gondola. The rooms were basic but had what we needed. The spa area was amazing - only regret is not using it sooner! We had problems with our hot water - apparently the switch for the room turns off the water heater, and the cleaner kept turning it off during the day so we'd come back to the room with cold water each day. The food was basic but not too bad. Beer and wine was free with dinner from 6.30-8.30, but pretty average tasting warm beer.
