I booked a 2-bed room, and they gave me a room with a double bed. I couldn't share the same bed with anyone else. They said the room was full and they couldn't provide the room I booked. Finally, they added a makeshift bed next to it. , it was super uncomfortable to sleep!

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice. The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub. The design is minimal yet warm, with thoughtful details that instantly help you relax. Good hotel for business stay. The breakfast is good enough but nothing exceptional. Swimming pool is OK, sauna is good. Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below.. Location is fantastic...many clubs anf nice bars for daytime drinking in the neighboorhood....

Good hotel with nice rooms. The reception desk was often left unattended, and the breakfasts are served at a nearby hotel, which we weren't told about and found out about from other guests. In general service was OK but one thing anoyed us very much when paying the final bill. We were charged around 44 euro for 24 nespresso capsules. We assumed they were for free as a service, like in all other hotels we stayed. Very disappointing.

One of the best hotels ive been to for the price. Easy check in and check out and great services across the whole hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms for 3 friends. Smart TV was also great to watch Netflix and YouTube. Also lovely view from the top floor of the city.

The location was very good, however, the bathroom was in desperate need of maintenance. The shower was open and the entire bathroom got wet, which was very inconvenient. There wasn't even a single roll of toilet paper when we arrived.

the hotel was very close to the center, it was clean but the personnel did not speak good english. communication was not that easy. I had requested a parking place for my car in their parking lot and they offered me a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel for 19 euros per day and if I left after 19:30 I would not be able to park again.

I stayed there for a night during my stay in Sofia, Bulgaria. The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is close to the metro station, markets and food shops. This is mixed experience. I spent thefe 2 nights. The first night was a nightmare. We got aroom on the 3rd floor which is old and poorly maintained. The air condition didn't work in a warm night, and we didn't sleep all that night. We complaied on that evening, but they couldn't find a solution for that night. Even though the hotel is outside Sofia center, there is a tram nearby. Transport is cheap. Breakfast was good with lots of fruits and sweet desserts besides the usual items usually served in continental breakfast. It seems like a popular hotel for birthday parties.

The hotel has quite a good location, close to the city center on the pedestrian street. The rooms are quite old and mattresses are quite bad, but everything is clean. The weirdest thing that this hotel is enforce you to leave the keys on the reception. Basically they asked you to do it when you are passing by the reception desk. It's very annoying.

Great place for a short getaway to Sofia. The hotel is warm and comforting with lovely staff who are only too happy to help. Fabulous location within walking distance to most places, but the metro is close by just in case. Would highly recommend

My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The location is fantastic and easy to access. This hotel is really great. I am very grateful for everything it has given me. Last night I discovered that there were actually three supermarkets next to it. When I left, I took a photo of it outside. It was really great. thanks There is a tram stop right outside. It is very convenient to take the tram to the bus stop.

The elevator is damaged and cannot be used, so you need to take the stairs to carry your luggage to the room. The network signal is good. Breakfast is a meal that matches the cafe next door. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. The sound of people walking in the corridor and closing doors is very obvious.
